I'm a pretty big Jamiroquai fan. Tell me why this is a good deal. Doesn't *seem* like it, but is this a rare repress or something?
EDIT: Walmart has this for $21 with free shipping. Even Amazon has this for the same $25.61.
If you can't find enough vinyl you can fill with other items you need at 20% off.
The best fill I saw was getting cheap brand name laundry detergent, paper towels, TP, fabric soffteners with this deal. Buy 3 of these items totaling ~$30 before 20% off and also get a $10 Target egift card.
Anyone who is interested in this: find another post about this or go search it directly from Amazon. Don't reward this referral link spammer.
Here's a direct, non-referral link. Make sure to click to the vinyl listing.
There is some serious confusion because there is a single LP release and a deluxe 2 LP release. Amazon has the description for the 2 LP release on the single LP release...
They've since added the actual 2 LP release, but it costs much more.
Edit: also worth mentioning, reviews for both releases are mixed together... which makes it even more confusing.
You must be seeing the new reddit layout, which seriously, seriously sucks.
If you download RES, it keeps your reddit in the classic style. I didn't even know what people were complaining about until I opened up reddit incognito, and proceeded to retch.
Its a Wax time release. Stay away.
Legit OJC version on amazon for only a dollar more.
Why would I pay 18 for a damaged Celebration Rock when I could get it in new condition for the same price?

The 30th anniversary tricolor is on sale at Walmart for $16.21 It might appeal to some for only a few bucks more
I don't even know who this artist is and I should probably do something more productive with my time, but just wanted to mention that the price history is pretty easy to verify, and is not what you claim.
> $30 out the door for a 2LP seems perfectly reasonable to me.
Not when it's only $26 via Amazon Prime.
I've been buying/selling vinyl for 15 years. I've never paid $10 for domestic shipping, nor have I ever charged a customer $10 for domestic shipping. That's double the actual cost of shipping an LP (mailer included).
The five minutes it takes to package it up and hand it to the postman should be built into the operational costs of the business, regardless of whether it came from Amazon or a small record shop.
If not Amazon has it too now Hurry Up, We'Re Dreaming (2LP) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005HS00P0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_YYB129CQMQDTPHTBXDZV click the other sellers used/new lower link on Amazon to get it for $25.98
I don't know about deals, but I highly recommend the ones from Sleeve City.
The ones I linked are the thickest ones, but there are a couple of other options as well. Watch the little video about the differences. I like them because the fit both single and double LPs, seem durable, and the plastic doesn't fog.
They are also on Amazon for a few more dollars. I haven't ordered directly from Sleeve City, so you can calculate whether it's worth it depending on shipping or if you have prime.
I've also used these, and while overall they're fine and also fit double LPs, I don't like them as much because I've split some sides trying to get the records in.
It's currently $15.87 on Amazon (however it is temporarily out of stock) https://www.amazon.com/Head-Door-180-Gram-Vinyl/dp/B01GI5U6CM/ref=pd_ybh_a_6?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=HRTDPJZ34JD60T1WTGAX
There's a different listing on Amazon for the Pink Vinyl so I'm pretty sure the "Limited Edition" label on the 11.99 pressing is erroneous
Buyers beware. Checked this version on discogs and it's not looking good. Apparently, there's a better pressing and this one is not it. https://www.discogs.com/Queens-Of-The-Stone-Age-X/release/2984283

The 30th Anniversary UK version is even cheaper at 12.99! Prime eligible and out of stock, but Amazon will honor the price if ordered.

Amazon drops portrait of a legend to $13 every once in a while, it sounds fantastic and isn’t grey market European junk like this. Here’s the Amazon link and wait for that one https://www.amazon.com/Portrait-Legend-1951-1964-2-LP/dp/B00JZO33YM
Amazon also has a couple of copies of the RSD release for sale.
Back in my day (specifically April 21, 2018), I had to to go TWO record stores to find this album. Kids these days have it so easy.
Hey you're in the wrong sub. But here's what you're looking for, I think. It doesn't look like there's a vinyl version of the deluxe. Sorry.
https://www.discogs.com/Wolfmother-Cosmic-Egg/release/1985519
Discogs archives all versions of stuff. You can also use it to keep track of your own catalogue.
Just to warn potential buyers, the 2011 Manifesto pressing (which is the version for sale) has a weird pressing fault that causes the same song to be played twice and one song to be missed out. I don't have this version myself but according to discogs, it's on all copies of this pressing.
For the record, I was pretty pleased with importcds when I bought Physical Graffiti from them. It came in a flat cardboard container that I can best describe as looking like a flat ravioli. The only nitpick is that one of the corners of the sleeves was slightly compressed and rounded. Otherwise nothing was warped.
EDIT: I found this new on Discogs for about the same price. Could save on tax if Amazon charges tax in your area. https://www.discogs.com/sell/release/5742501?ev=rb
If they're gone by the time you see this post, try keeping your eye on the page in case they re-list them (EDIT: It looks like they just doubled the price of their last remaining copy to $17.63, so I kind of doubt they'll relist it at the lower price).
They've got some really good deals going on in addition to this Hendrix LP: https://www.discogs.com/seller/Collectors-Choice/profile?price=5to10&format_desc=LP&format=Vinyl
According to camel, this is a huge price drop from an average of around $130 to $90. I mean, it's Christmas music, but still.
You can get all three versions for a couple bucks more. $17.99 for 21 Records and 21 CDs. Insanity. Limited-time deal: Garth Brooks: The Legacy Collection https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07S65DG37/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_6CXC3YC26Y808K3NRWW0
Yeah, I think there's something to be said for starting at the beginning with the first studio album. Not the most polished, doesn't have the big hits, but it sets the historical context and gives a good taste of the raw energy that the Dead brought right from the start.
I bought a bad pressing on Amazon last summer. Had the tinny sound issue that was mentioned and volume was very low. This is the one I bought. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000002WPH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_TMJ61FWBTZ2BPTHTRR3R?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1) Check yours against this one when you get it. Maybe you can return it if it's the same. There isn't enough info on the MB page to know if it's the same pressing.
Going by Amazon prices, you're basically getting a free $260 turntable:

https://www.amazon.com/TN-300-Analog-Turntable-Pre-amplifier-Digital/dp/B00P9W6SUK
I noticed the MSRP.. Walmart has many hidden gems.. Its not easy to to navigate their website but I've found some amazing deals lately. I bought this today for $12.93 .. Amazon has never come close. https://www.amazon.com/Love-Streams-Tim-Hecker/dp/B01BG455IU/ref=tmm_vnl_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1518309576&sr=8-1
This is usually sub $15 on Amazon. Now if only someone could find me Darklands for this price.
Mine did not come with the 7" 45 either. The one that comes with the 45 is considered an "indie exclusive". See the link below... you can buy that copy off Amazon by its nearly twice as much.
Damn, I got Prime shipping too so I could also skip the $8 shipping from Merchnow!

This is a single disc.
The 45RPRM Abbey Rd 1/2 Speed remasters were $35-40. This is a 33RPM 1/2 Speed remaster, akin to the single disk version of his other reissues selling for $15-$20 (I am almost certain; if you zoom in on the cover it states "In addition to this. We have released a double 45RPM half speed mastered edition.").
All of the 33RPM versions of Ambient reissues are up for presale for $22.19 on amazon now.
The 45RPM of this is here ($46): https://www.amazon.com/Ambient-Music-Airports-Brian-Eno/dp/B07HT26GQK/ref=sr_1_8?s=music&ie=UTF8&qid=1540951608&sr=1-8&keywords=eno+ambient
Though this has the same cover OBI as the $22 version, but it states under the title that it is the "Double Vinyl" version.
Personally, I'm plopping them all in my cart at musicdirect.com (they're around $44) and hoping for a 20% off discount on black Friday. These seem like no-brainers for the double LP versions due to the track lengths.
I would recommend not buying this copy. Sorry!
I would recommend buying the 2013 Island Records Back to Black version. It's not on Amazon US, but it's listed on Amazon's UK site. You can usually get it shipped to the US for $25 or a little under.
Agree, stellar album and pressing. Also, this is available for Euro 12.99 from Amazon France, which is Euro 10.82 after deducting VAT if you’re shipping to the US. (Talk Talk - The Colour Of Spring [Amazon.fr]. Shipping is Euro 8.50, which makes it slightly more than this ($22.00 shipped) if you only purchase this LP. However, Amazon France has a bunch of great vinyl for Euro 9.99 to 14.99 and if you buy 3 or 4 the shipping per disc goes down and makes for some great deals.
Not a deal. $16.99 on amazon https://www.amazon.com/So-Tonight-That-Might-See/dp/B073LC38ZW/. Lowest was $12.99. Price History
I will once again say that the Mono Box Set is soooooo worth it. You can find it around $80 pretty often and it's absolutely outstanding.
$22.50 at Barnes and Noble
I just stumbled across this release. It's a surprisingly successful full length remix album, featuring the likes of producers like DJ Spooky.
A little background can be found HERE
All of the tracks are on youtube HERE
Even if you don't wind up picking this up, it's work checking out. One Amazon review claims "Fans of Tortoise, Neu, DJ Spooky, and musique concrete will enjoy this ear candy." Not sure if that's true across the board, but I'm definitely enjoying it.
I'm not sure if you meant to link to the doublemint variant specifically, but I am pretty sure that if you order you'll receive the 2nd press - Blue/White Split. https://www.discogs.com/Tigers-Jaw-Studio-4-Acoustic-Session/release/7727917
Unfortunately, this one really isn't much of a deal. The Discogs median price on this thing is only $15 and there are copies on there for cheaper than this, right now. You can also currently buy the clear vinyl version for $13.99 directly from the Newbury comics ebay page.

camelcamelcamel.com is awesome
$26 is pretty much the standard price from amazon. It did recently go up to the $30s, but now it is back down to normal.

From the release date, the mention of this being a limited edition pressing, the numerous Japanese sellers selling this release, and the average cost of other sellers selling this release (~$90) it is quite likely that you'll be pleasantly surprised with your purchase. Here is a list of the Japanese releases.
The only Discogs release that mentions limited edition is this one.

FYI, this is actually a double LP. In addition to the remix album, you get a regular studio album as well.
Just received it in the mail. It's not the one you linked, but rather this one.
By all accounts, it's a fantastic, heavy pressing! Definitely scored with this one.
Camel will only check every so often, depending on an item's popularity. If the price drops but goes back up before camel gets around to checking, it won't show up. That's why on my site (vinyl-deals.com) every album is checked at least a few times per day, regardless of the popularity. Some as many as 10 times per day.
Here's a 2011 post they did on how often their prices are updated: http://camelcamelcamel.com/blog/how-our-price-checking-system-works
I wouldn't call it frequently. http://camelcamelcamel.com/Syro-Vinyl-Aphex-Twin/product/B00M4CAAIE?context=browse
I think some albums are put on sale early on to get the hype train going. It bumps the album up in sales, and some people actually look at those lists. Also, more reviews doesn't hurt if it's a good album.
Looks like it was $13.99 just a couple months ago. Either way, I have this and if anyone is wondering it's a good sounding pressing. I compared it to a friends early 70's reissue and the mastering was near identical, except my copy is in much better condition. I'd say at this price buy with confidence.
My copy of The Slider on Fat Possum however sounds stale.
I've read that the MOV version is superior to the Plain pressing, which does not surprise me.

I think that this store has mislabeled this record as "2xLP", as there has only been a single disc released. All the tracks listed under the details are the same tracks listed on the single disc release version.
Regardless, $7 is a great price as long as the shipping is reasonable.

I just picked up our endless numbered days delux for $18.99 which looks to be the lowest price for this. I mainly chose this one over the standard because it appears to be a better pressing. Let's hope.

I want to post two Baroness deal but by mistake I posted only one deal with wrong link. Here is the another deal Baroness - Try to Disappear (Ltd. Picture Disc) - £16.09 (lowest) [was £26]
02/28/1969 is discounted $25; not sure if that is a "Deal" or not, but I might spring for this. All the reviews are saying this is a great recording and pressing.

I believe this is a 2010 reissue and not the new remaster being released in March. If you take the ASIN from UK product page (B00004WWQW) and search the US Amazon site, you arrive at this listing and details:
Vinyl (October 14, 2010) Number of Discs: 1 Format: Import Label: Domino Records UK ASIN: B00004WWQW
This is an insta-buy for me, so thank you. I'll note, however, that you accidentally linked Discogs in the title, so here's the link to Amazon:

Ahhh well, in that case it's cheaper on Amazon right now if you have prime...https://www.amazon.com/Lateralus-Vinyl-Tool/dp/B00005BGV2/ref=ice_ac_b_dpb_twi_lp__2?ie=UTF8&qid=1497898628&sr=8-1&keywords=lateralus
I don't know why Mondo/Deathwaltz makes a super nice package that has an expensive and interesting design and then goes with a third rate pressing house. Yeah, try cleaning fire walk with me.
There is also a good Rhino pressing at https://www.amazon.com/Twin-Peaks-Fire-Walk-Me/dp/B01MSDGC6X/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1506609291&sr=8-2&keywords=fire+walk+with+me+soundtrack+vinyl but Amazon doesn't seem to be selling it themselves anymore. Just third parties.
Including shipping, this comes out to about $16.51 (12.24 pounds) on Amazon UK right now:

its out of stock there at that price. but amazon still has it for that price w/ prime. its out of stock too but you can lock in the price if you order w/ them and they'll just ship it when ever they get it back in stock https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01I23QZ7I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I ordered this pressing off Amazon a couple years ago and it was skipping a ridiculous amount on each side. According to the reviews I wasn't the only one. The Definitive Studio Album Collection (7LP) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076MS1QZQ/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_zisVAb2YVN9FW
Same price at Amazon although temporarily out-of-stock but you can still lock-in a purchase for $11.99!
I'll try! No way am I paying more for shipping than the actual record itself
edit: came across a listing that looks like it'll be up on UK Amazon site soon.
I found an archive of it from March and it has the marbled image and they refer to it as "Blue Marbled" in the description.
Amazon listing error? I'm shocked! 😂
The only thing I could find were these speakers (which probably don’t appeal to everyone): https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B016P9HJIA?aaxitk=jqs15plwFH6hK1R1ooIyzA&pd_rd_i=B016P9HJIA&pf_rd_m=A3DWYIK6Y9EEQB&pf_rd_p=3863651456206764718&pf_rd_s=desktop-sx-top-slot&pf_rd_t=301&pf_rd_i=edifier&hsa_cr_id=2991035080501
Aside from that I got some phone chargers and a lot of error screens while amazon crashed haha.
According to the UPC, this is the 10th Anniversary release. This edition is currently going for $22.43 on Amazon:

To my wife's chagrin, I have 7 turntables in the house now. That's 1.75 tables per family member. I think the LP120 is a great deal for the price but, within a similar price range, you may want to consider the Denon DP-300F which you can get for $249 + Free Shipping on Amazon right now. The main reason I went with this table is that I wanted at least a semi-automatic model as I often fall asleep with records playing or wander to another room and forget. Hate realizing that a record's been spinning in the run-out groove for 11 hours. This one is fully automatic, but I usually drop the stylus manually and just let it auto return. Includes a dust cover and the unit actually looks much nicer in person than it does in the listing-pics. Fairly heavy, nice finish, etc. Only thing I really wish it had was vertical adjustment, but I've been able to manage OK by experimenting with platter mats of varying thickness. Some folks have reported speed issues, but I've been listening to 5-7 LPs a day (more on weekends) for around 4 years now and have had zero problems. I ran it with internal preamp for a while before upgrading to Cambridge Audio (CP1 I believe) and bypassing the internal. Honestly, I'm not sure I could pick one from the other in an A/B blindfold test. It comes with an entry-level cartridge which I used for a few months before upgrading. Since then, I've used Grado Black, Shure M97xE, AT92ECD and AT95E. I've been happiest with the Shure and usually watch for deals on that one now, although I'll probably go Ortofon Red next and then upgrade to Blue from there. The Denon DP-300F was my first turntable. Since then I've picked up a vintage Dual, Kenwood, two Technics, a Sony for USB recording and an Onkyo.....but the majority of my listening still happens on the Denon. Just my .02
The same price at amazon as well but you have to reach the shipping minimum if you don’t have prime.
Not really a deal. $16.38 on Amazon - https://www.amazon.com/So-Tonight-That-Might-See/dp/B073LC38ZW/. Lowest was $12.15. https://charts.camelcamelcamel.com/us/B073LC38ZW/amazon.png?force=1&zero=0&w=926&h=555&desired=false&legend=1&ilt=1&tp=all&fo=0&lang=en. .

WORRY. is also $13.49 right now, FYI.

I'm using this one! I have a squeaky clean too, I've had the same concerns but combining the two definitely gets the best results.
If you do get one though only use distilled water or purer and you'll need some type of additive too!
