If you want to access the USA WWE Network you will need two things: first, a Paypal account and second, access to a VPN. Set up the Paypal account using an American address like, I dunno, Apple HQ or whatever.

Afterwards, access your VPN (I personally like PrivateVPN and link in to an American server so that when you access the WWE Network website it will think you're based in Los Angeles or New York or another city. If you've already tried to access the WWE Network website without a VPN you'll need to clear the caches from your web browser. From here you can make a WWE Network account and you can select the option to pay with Paypal. Link to your Paypal account with the American address and you're on your way. You'll need to log in to your American VPN when accessing the WWE Network website but after that it's smooth sailing.
