Stockpile is the app that I've been using for several years now. They're still allowing people to buy these stocks, because I just did. No, its because the default account type at RH called “instant” is actually a margin account! it a margin account that comes with no buying credit so it seems like a cash account. Proofs in the print from RH itself:

If you’re ITM and haven’t closed the position before 3:00pm on expiration day.
At this point, my personal choice would be to leave my Robinhood positions in place and not risk transferring during our current uncertainty.

Dude I was just making a suggestion based off the information I have from Robinhood that they put an announcement out about halts on certain stocks. The announcement was in the app when I opened it this morning. Link to the announcement is below. Read it yourself, they don't stipulate which stocks, which is why I suggested "IF they HALT AMC and GME" I made a suggestion provided the information it is based on, watch AMC and GME and decided for yourself.

To answer your question, assuming Robinhood has figured out its liquidity problem from last time they should not be limiting your buy orders. However trading halts may be initiated by the SEC or the exchange.

You can buy 350 shares on Robinhood now retards, no longer 10 share limit. The smart move is to open a new account on another platform AND max out share limit on Robinhood while you're waiting for funds to arrive on the other platform......then of course dump Robinhood for good in a few weeks after we land on the moon

When you set up your new brokerage account, you can enter in the transfer information from Robinhood, just grab your Account information from your Robinhood app. It takes 5-7 business days, but it is relatively painless, minus the $75 Robinhood transfer fee.

Blockchain is, for the most part, immutable though. So it isn't the right technology for a message board. That's why it's so great for transactions, once you commit a block it can theoretically never be rolled back, modified, or deleted. Not without majority consensus from the nodes, or a sophisticated exploit.
Luckily we don't need blockchain to decentralize, there are plenty of other technologies available. Look at PeerTube for just one example.
