Yup, I did this trail a few weeks ago and, while the start had some people, it emptied out about a third of the way in, and the whole walk around the lake was empty.
Ok, so I feel your pain. I have gradually discovered that the dirt roads and connections to them are where it is at. To get decent mileage, you have to go out and back and loop around, etc. You do not want to spend time on 35, 22 etc unless you have to and then be picky on which section. Not sure where you are, but check out these options centered from the village of Katonah. You can cut out out and backs or add more and most loops can be done in both directions with some creative detours to turn around in nice ways. Doing this can get you up to 45-50 miles if you are really desperate. Simple loops on both sides of 35 can get you in the 20-30mile range. I recommend at least 32mm tires and more if it is muddy: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/34978022
We did portable and love it. DuroMax XP12000EH 12000-Watt 18 HP Portable Dual Fuel Electric Start Generator,Blue and Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M0N8256/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_td3gFbREMSCTY
This one is dual fuel, propane and gasoline and peaks at 12,000 watts.
You need to pick the generator based on peak current usage. I figured the peak current by combining starting current draw for a 1/2 hp well motor, oil boiler blower motor and refrigerator. I also run the internet router and a couple of outlets (kitchen / living room) off of it for a few lights and occasional use of a microwave. A 4400 Watt generator (the rating they put on is typically peak watts, not average watts) was sufficient in my case. I also recommend installing a transfer switch rather than running cords from the generator to the appliances. I used a reliance controls transfer switch I highly recommend that you call an electrician to do it rather than trying to fiddle with the mains yourself. As to the model of the generator, I just have a cheap Chinese model that I bought for 300$ off Amazon. It is a basic model but it has worked without issues for the last 8 years when ever I needed it.
Some glass, like tempered, cannot be cut. If we’re talking about a simple pane of glass for a picture frame, for example, its more likely a glass shop would prefer to just sell you a new 10x11 piece.
Your budget, to be honest, seems unrealistic. If cost is your primary factor consider this:

Westchester lacks some of what the City has; the City lacks some of what Westchester has.
What Westchester has is open space. Have you gone out and enjoyed it? There are bountiful lands for long country walks, for hikes. There is horseback riding. There is fishing and even hunting (heavily regulated as Westchester is densely populated; get a permit and follow the detailed rules).
I recommend this book: https://www.amazon.com/Walkable-Westchester-Walking-Guide-County/dp/194445019X/.
Westchester can't replace what the City has but it has some interesting things of its own.
Yes for The Arena in white plains. I got a groupon for $20, it includes one month membership and 2 personal training sessions. I never actually took advantage of the one month bc I felt like it was so empty it was a bit creepy. But hey, for. $20, it's worth it.... Esp if you just do the included 2 personal training sessions, you definitely got your money's worth. https://www.groupon.com/deals/pure-fitness-club-377521
Dude, you are making stuff up and spreading BS. I keep asking you to prove your claims and you are simply unable to. "Most of Europe doesn't require any tests for vaccinated travelers" is simply FALSE. Here's my proof: https//www.kayak.com/travel-restrictions
This book covers the history of Westchester, from settlement to today. Just received it as a gift and it looks like a great read!

I don't have time to list everything, but I really love using the all-trails site and app. You can use tons of different filters from what you want to get out of the trail, and rate different hikes. Here's a wide view of the area but definitely check it out! On the top by filters I've left it open for you but you can move the slider for length of the hike and difficulty you're looking for among others like if you want to see a cave or a waterfall or dog friendly etc. For example here's the same view but only showing hikes longer than 7 miles
Also the app is pretty cool for use as GPS on a trail and recording your data and stats.
May be worth checking out the trails around Beacon: https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/new-york/breakneck-ridge-trail-to-south-beacon-mountain

There are a few around that area, with Storm King also nearby.
8K for a whole house is actually pretty reasonable, depending on the house. I have had excellent experiences with this group: https://nextdoor.com/pages/alcedo-painting-port-chester-ny/recommendations/ . They were polite, fast, the work was good quality and the price was reasonable. (I am not the recommender in the post, but the contact info is there.) I would not recommend anyone from Precision Painting, ever, from personal experience.
I don't know if everyone can see this, since it's a post on Nextdoor. But even if the link doesn't work for you, you can read the words below.
Where in Westchester? Are you near White Plains? I was in need of this also. Been on my to-do list for months. A few weeks ago on Nextdoor, 170 Maple street was recommended. I took the name, number and website. Long story short I did need a Primary on Thursday. I called one of the PCP numbers, explained why I needed and would they take me. No problem they said! Not seen them yet, probably next week, but so far so good.

This is a good article answering your question. If you don't know how to check some of these things I would ask the shop you bring your car to to do it.
I recommend getting something ANSI certified that doesn't require a battery. Needle gauges are the best in my experience. Here's the one that I have. Excellent build quality and easy to use. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07647FJ9J/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_0WAV13P3FN487A58XXGK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
$10.50. Everyone who owns a car needs a tire pressure gauge. Guessing how much air you have is a good way to ruin your tire, or possibly kill yourself if the tire explodes from being over inflated.
Put these IEM earphones in and you won't hear anything. I wear them to sleep every night since I'm so sensitive to noise.
One thing nice with the Mitsubishi units is you can get a wall mounted thermostat for it and setup a daily schedule for it. Not all brands can do that. There is also an app for it (kumo cloud) but that is awful. The thermostat is very nice. Not cheap but worth the cost for the familiarity and scheduling.

Have you searched for what the suggested repair is?
With a $10 laptop tool kit and some searching, many issues can be fixed.
Had to replace my Dell XPS 13 display assembly recently, was able to order it OEM from aliexpress. Nobody local had the part.
A similar idea - when our a/c went out a month or so ago, I bought a few gel ice packs from CVS and kept a rotation going while I was sitting around and watching tv etc. I’d have one on the back of my neck and usually one somewhere on my lower half. At night I’d keep a couple on me as I fell asleep. It really helped.
Like these. And with the Velcro you could wear them around.

Thx for the response. Where did you order the screen? Somewhere like this? https://www.kreplacement.com/product-10507.html
These OEM displays from overseas seem a bit sketchy... no Dell logo? Here's one on Amazon with the Dell logo, but shipping is 2 months and its $380... Looks like there's a few on Ebay as well.
Did you get the blinking light pattern, 2 amber and 7 white?
Mine works fine thru external monitor. Tried different drivers, resetting Bios and Cmos battery, reconnecting display cable, etc. I am comfortable doing the repair myself, I just don't want to order a whole new display if that's not the issue. Only thing I haven't tried is doing another clean install of windows.
Sucks, it was such a beautiful display.
I tried calling Apexx in Elmsford, they said they wouldn't do it.
There is actually a new app called Messenger for Pokemon GO that gives you a popup similar to FB Messenger so you don't have to close the game.

You can also search it up on the Play Store.
