Lots of people underestimate the power of Google; you can actually get a lot more out of it if you know how to search effectively.
This is a pretty good info-graphic on the subject: http://mashable.com/2011/11/24/google-search-infographic/
The fancy "search operators" can help, but aren't always necessary. The biggest tip in my opinion is learning how to word sentences properly. Instead of writing everything out in plain English, focus on the main keywords and leave out the fluff.
Take a deep breath. It's ok. I just did a quick glance at all of the forcast paths and none look to be heading our way. Here is a good site and to see them: https://www.wunderground.com/hurricane?index_region=at
Its peak hurricane season, so the Atlantic is bound to be active. Listen to our local weather people on the news for updates. They will always talk of the tropics and let you know the chances or any coming our way.
Edited to add: watch channel 6 wect weather. I just watched wway due to footbal being on my normal wect. Weather report was shite. Wect does a much more thorough job. You can also get watch it on their apps or webpage.
For those who want a quick and easy snapshot of #of cases/deaths in various areas, this Link from Johns Hopkins is pretty handy.

Back in the early 80s, my dad ran the Sound and Light show at the Battleship. 6 year old me would run all over that ship and have some horrible nightmares about being trapped on there. I still love it, though.
For the best stories, Danny Bradshaw is your man. He was the caretaker there for years and years, living on the ship 6 nights a week. He has lots of stories. His daughter helped him write a short book about his experiences a few years back and it is on Amazon, amongst other places. By new if you can (if you do)please. Not only do I remember him fondly from my childhood, but I believe this is also helping with his retirement.

Here's a link to their terms of service: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/433/can-children-travel-on-airbnb
You must be at least 18 years of age to travel (stay in somebodies airbnb) or 18 years of age to make your place available as an airbnb.
So being 23, she's allowed to create an airbnb account, and stay at an available option.
It's still somewhat flat, but an interesting place to check out would be the Dow Chemical Plant remains in Kure Beach. There's no real "trail" because it's off in the woods and they don't really want people in the area, but you can usually find a small bike path leading to it. You can also spend a good amount of time walking along the river, and there are some old bunkers along the way. I usually park at either Federal Point Cemetery or Joe Eakes Park.
Everybody around here loves artfuel, and rightfully so, but my personal preference is American traditional and I think Little Brian at Glenn's Tattoo downtown is the best for that style. He did this cardinal on me as well as the sailor girl on the front of my arm.
Check Tunein. I used to use that and it would have some scanner channels on there.
EDIT: did a quick search and found a couple on there. Worth checking out: https://tunein.com/search/?query=wilmington%20police
I’ve been using these. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B087TDP3YZ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_5X8FW2YGTD225GFK38JY
Any comment / comparison to what you’ll be offering? I am not a huge fan of them as they are difficult to open (they seal very tightly and don’t have much area to grab above the zipper)
I bought this one because it claimed to get stuck between rocks less but it has its pros and cons. Apparently I sold amazon out of it because my imgur post blew up. Hahaha
Pros: doesn’t get stuck between debris as easy, easier to sink and drag along the bottom allowing it to pick up more stuff, great 375lb strength which anything stronger I don’t think I could dislodge it from thick metal under water
Cons: really heavy so it gets tedious to lug around and throw, it’s expensive and I’ll cry harder if I have to cut the rope then if it was a $20 one, my wrist hurts
Basin Trail is my fav https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/north-carolina/basin-trail-aka-hermit-trail

You get to pass the "Hermit House" where Robert Harrill lived. He was a very interesting dude.
Don't wait with those kind of symptoms. At least go to an Urgent Care clinic for some level of diagnosis. Most have info on their website of cost for people without insurance. Many will have some sort of payment plan I believe. Also, check out https://www.healthcare.gov You might still be able to apply.
Did you check with the Leland Gamestop? I was in there a couple days back and thought I heard one of the associates talking about a new batch coming in.
Edit: Found this on the Facebook Marketplace while looking for cheap PS4 games. Hope it helps!
No need to try and peer pressure this fella into selling you his
For water, get a 5-stage RO water filter and put it under the kitchen sink. If you have a sprayer, use that hole for the RO faucet.
There aren't a lot of speeding traps but there's a lot of traffic so unless you're buzzing around MLK you're probably not going to hit any real speed except on off hours.
The local take by the cops? Generally speaking they're not cool about it. I don't see them going out of their way to find it but if they do, they're probably not giving you a pass.
Other weird intricacies? I'm sure there are but, compared to what? Is Ricky Meeks still around? lol
I have something like this. I don't have this exact brand but I have something similar. You really want one with the hot and cold water option, its a game changer.
As for the 5 gallon jugs, you want at least ~4-5 5gal jugs to refill and you can fill them at filling stations at Whole Foods or outside of Food Lion, Walmart, most grocery stores. Costco has a delivery option, but its pretty expensive imo. I usually fill 3 jugs or 15 gal of water for ~$3. Costcos is a montly fee its like $30 a month or something.
There are five or six books that have been written about Mr Harrill, available on Amazon. This is the one that I remember reading:

Have you tried: Dermoplast & Tucks
Hope you find relief soon
Don't know if this is your kind of thing, but I went to a IT meet at Hops Supply Co. on Oleander last night. It was arranged on LinkedIn and I think they are trying to make it a monthly event. The beer was decent, the discussion wasn't all tech, and I had a good time. If you are interested at all, look for I.T.s BEER on LinkedIn or FB.
Tonight is a deep house night at Pravda. As far as I know there won't be any top 40 crap played or anything overly "electronic" like dubstep or electro. I'll be playing at some point, and it'll probably be along the lines of speed garage, classic NYC house, and deeper jazzy tunes. Here's some of my stuff if you want to check it out.
There's a bluegrass jam band at Satellite on Sunday. Going to add it to the list. They're always fun. In fact, any band with Jones Smith on upright bass is high quality. Check out Big Al Hall if you haven't.
I hook up a little air compressor (uses the cigarette lighter plug) the blow out water from the pipes at the main inlet. I don't use antifreeze. My first year I didn't remove the kitchen sink goose neck and the water at the base froze and cracked the housing. So now I blow air in the system and just remove the goose neck, never had any problems. This is what I use https://www.amazon.com/Camco-36153-Brass-Blow-Plug/dp/B0006IX68O/
I live in an apartment. I installed a 5 gallon 5-stage water filter under the kitchen sink. I just used the hole in the sink for the sprayer for the faucet from the RO filter and it's worked fine. And it'll be easy to take with me when I leave. This is the unit I purchased if curious.
PFAS is still in the drinking water if that's your concern. Get a 5-stage RO water filter and put it under your kitchen sink. (This is the one I have, if you want a recommendation.)
Here's some research on the effectiveness of filters. A two stage filter removed 94%. Full home systems varied widely. But if you're just looking for clean cooking/drinking water, a 5-stage RO system is the way to go.
This book came out yesterday. I've ordered it and should get it today. I know it's not specifically eastern NC but like the layout. I can report back on how it is

You can do a non-permanent install of an RO water system. Does your sink have a hole for a sprayer? Do you use it a lot? If not, repurpose the hole for the RO unit. They're sub-$200 for a 5-stage unit with a 5 gallon tank. When you leave your apartment, take it with you. This is the one I have.
I know it's not specifically a bird book, but I marine biology in school and gave kayak nature tours for years at Wrightsville Beach, and hands down the best resource I ever ran across was Nature Guide to the Carolina Coast. It hits on all of the birds a person is likely to see on the SE coast and more, but there's also a wealth of information on fish, shells, and the ecology as well. And it's all really accessible and actually pretty fun to read. I'd highly recommend that one.
My husband usually gets all of the attention from the mosquitoes and this stuff has been a lifesaver when we're camping: https://www.amazon.com/Repel-Insect-Repellent-Spray-4-Ounce/dp/B004H89KFC
We’ve switched to drinking bottled water. Instead of getting a water cooler (we didn’t have a good spot for one) we opted to get one of these. Works great and super cheap! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HFPC7HB/
