These earmuffs along with these improved ear pads are a good upgrade if you ever want to replace that ear pro.
Just a desiccant. Basically reusable silica gel packet. Drop one of these bad boys in your can, and as long as you keep it shut you've got an unlimited shelf life for your ammo. Link for the ones I think I bought on Amazon below.

They will definitely help some with the humidity, it can't hurt.
Honestly I'd just spend the $10-20 on "rechargeable" desiccant packs. When too much moisture builds up you pop them into the oven for an hour or so, or microwave them, and they can be re-used. I have a few guns laying around in carry cases which is not the best idea since they trap moisture and can cause rust. I toss a couple packets in there and keep up with recharging them and cleaning the gun once or twice a year, never had a problem. Same for ammo boxes.

Believe it or not Amazon. Was recommended from a few other people on here. It’s a Russian surplus and has extremely heavy duty hardware and will definitely hold up to some abuse. https://www.amazon.com/OTK-Original-Standard-unissued-Condition/dp/B083VXRBV2/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=otk+ak+sling&qid=1618350213&sprefix=otk+ak+&sr=8-4

For after-range cleaning, Windex is not even needed, I used to use it a decade ago. But now just some warm water (just water or sometimes with some Dawn dish soap) works perfectly well to clean off the corrosive salts after a day of running surplus ammo.
After you've rinsed it off, be sure to dry it off thoroughly and then oil.
Since you already have corroded parts, Hoppes 9 works great - let the part soak in it. Use a nylon of brass brush to help scrape some of the corrosion off. Can also use 0000 steel wool to help, especially on the piston face.
If it's deep corrosion and are planning on repainting the kit before or after reassembly, I recommend EvapoRust. You can get a gallon of it and keep reusing it for a number of projects. Just place the part in a bin with some evaporust overnight, and boom, rust is gone. https://www.amazon.com/Evapo-Rust-Original-contains-non-toxic-biodegradable/dp/B00M0TLQ66
It's cheaper at Lowe's, but I linked exactly what I used. I was going to go with the more rich Russian Blood color with the Rye dye powder mixed with poly, but heard the new formula turns purple. I was hesitant in buying a poly and stain mix because I heard it's hard to use or comes out shitty. But thag was my second coat in the pic and I think it's easy to work with. I wanted the color to be a little more dark so I only lightly sanded my original Wasr furniture enough to get the stain to grab and soak. So far, I'm really liking the results. Can't wait to button it all back together. I'm also in the process of getting my reciever refinished, so it'll be like a brand new rifle to me haha.

Look for something called rust converter, either at your local auto parts or online, like this.
>AGS Rust Solutions Rust Converter is a high-tech solution for treating and preventing surface rust. AGS Rust Converter applies directly over rust, stopping the rust and converting it to a protective polymeric coating. The converted surface makes an excellent primer base that seals out moisture and prevents future rust and corrosion. After the Rust Converter dries, simply apply any paint or primer. No sanding or mixing required. One quart will convert 50 to 75 spare feet of surface rust.

Small to none. You would have better luck at a local machine gun. Harbor Freight might have one, since they import everything from China, but a for warning they suck. They are cheap on Amazon and Ebay.
Ball bearing, or a roll-pin punch set. My WASR had a mag latch pin that wasn't flared on one side, and started to slide out. Ordered a roll-pin punch set off of Amazon for like $10, and that did the job, along with a sturdy backing and a heavy hammer.
I wouldn't. they make safety glasses out of a certain plastic for a reason. I just picked up a 12 pack of tinted safety glasses on Amazon and wear them as sunglasses, plus they're ANSI certified.
edit to add link.
It’s a Primary Arms 1-4x SFP. I’m not sure what the mounting system is, but it sucks. I traded my friend my CZ82 for this scope and mount, as well as a Mosin Nagant 91/30.
Overall I’d say it does it’s job as a starter LPVO for me. One day I’d like to upgrade to a Primary Arms 1-6x ACSS scope, but that’s a bit pricey. I will say though, if you get this scope for an AK, get a cheek riser for your stock. It’s hard to get a sight picture on a normal stock because AK stocks slant downward. Besides that it’s pretty good.
I linked the Amazon page above but there are a few retailers that sell them or you can get them straight from Grovtec. Didn't know the package came with 2 so I guess I'll have to install one on a friends AKs or wait til I buy another haha. Mine were Full rotation which I'm fine with but you can get half or less.

i got a pair of outdoor research ironsight and they're fantastic. used to use firmgrip from home depot but the slide on my glocks would tear the area around webbing between the thumb and forefinger.
I have to ask....
Why would you need this for: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EYI95AK?ref_=cm_sw_r_other_awd_ROPdwbBWHQZ4T
This replaces your front iron sight? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002J3LSB6?ref_=cm_sw_r_other_awd_ZQPdwb8V0WWP9
On the dust cover, you'll notice the back of it is flat and angled upward. You'll also notice it's about as wide as a thumb. Press the front of the dust cover into the "lip" on the rear sight block, place your thumb against the flat, back portion of it, and apply a constant forward force to it while lowering the back of it down into position. Your thumb's forward force will keep the recoil spring from popping the cover out of place.
That said, to learn some parts, just Google ones you aren't sure of (not trying to sound rude: this is legitimately how I learned what the parts were, myself). For some further understanding of the rifles, I also tend to suggest translated military manuals. Since your WASR is an AKM variant, I'd recommend this one.
Don't underestimate what you can find on the internet if you dig, either. Besides my translated AKM and AK-74 manual, I have never once opened a book on the AK series of rifles. I just simply spend/spent a lot of time researching stuff on the internet and messaging people more knowledgeable than myself.
Bushnell TRS-25 has been great for me. Small, light, has a 3 MOA red dot with 11 brightness settings. The optic itself feels rock solid, the dials have a really positive click when using them. It's apparently waterproof but I don't Oper8 underwater. 87 bucks to your door on amazon, I have it sitting on top of a UTG side rail and its been rock solid. I can take it off the rifle and put it back on and It holds zero.

This cleaning kit Is on amazon and comes with a double sided punch which works great. Plus easily storable in most stocks.
Probably gonna get roasted for it but I used this and it’s held up great so far w/ loctite.
Thinking about switching to a barrel mount tho. It’s better than before, but still could be further forward.
My first AK build, I followed this guide:
https://www.amazon.com/AK-AKM-Rifle-Builders-Manual-Step/dp/1986006565
Their process involves riveting the trunnion into the receiver first, and without rails and center support in the way, it is super easy to then set headspacing using their tooling system to press in the barrel.
I had gotten an 80% without the rails and center support specifically so that I could follow that guide. But when I wanted to build the Romanian and Hungarian kits I got, I could only find clone correct 80%s that already had them installed. In my experience, this makes it a huge pain to press in the barrel (I will not ever use the barrel as a bucking bar for the rivets. Ever.).
I'm curious, how do you press in the barrel when the rails and center support are already installed? I made my own tool that sorta kinda works but not really.
Here’s everything I used

Nah, just use a CC. Privacy.com is a third party that is storing your checking account details. If/when they have a breach, you'll be in an even worse position. Any worthwhile CC has fraud protection built into it at no charge. Most automatic payment on CCs is automatically migrated upon issue of new plastic.

People- do not use privacy.com. They store your checking account information and do not provide fraud guarantees that any worthwhile CC will. If/when they have a breach, your checking account number will be compromised. Most CC companies will let you generate one time use card numbers anyways, WITHOUT risking your checking account.
Dang, I thought I was an outlier. I had one a few months back, thankfully I used privacy.com. I notified the owner as soon as it happened and he replied within the day saying they weren't aware of anything. Ordered again since on a new privacy card and no fraud there yet.
ETA: after reading some comments here, I will say that while I don't know anyone that works there personally, I would never suspect that the site owners are complicit. I have had many great interactions with them and they don't seem to be up to anything sketchy. When I emailed them about the transactions I noticed, Lonnie replied saying they never saw anything but the last four numbers of a card unless you made an order over the phone.

That's the adapter I used, you have to move the brace all the way up on the pic rail, then you gotta remove about 1/4 inch of material off the top of the bar that the sling attaches to so the hk style sling can attach and move freely, I used a vice and grinder, it was alot easier than it sounds but I like the look and it was the only option I could find to keep the brace and get a sling on it that wouldn't interfere with operation. If you decide to go this route I can send you more detailed pictures
