I wear a 34F or sometimes a 32G. I found this sports bra on Amazon Prime.

Hi ladieZ. I just got this from amazon. Comes in 10+ colors and only $18.00. I like that you can show off as much or as little cleavage as you desire. I hope you find this helpful, and if not feel free to voice it. I just wanted to share something you all might find to be a good top for you.

Maybe try a maroon bandeau? You loot stunning so it isn't necessary at all, but if you feel uncomfortable with the girls on display it's a cooler alternative to anything else!

I found one on Amazon for pretty cheap!
I know this is going to be weird, but it TOTALLY recommend these things. If you have D cups or less, they would work for you. They are cheap, comfy, easy to apply/remove, and a huge weight off my shoulders (when they stuck). Also, the underboob freedom was pretty great. Link to the one I bought.
Here's a longer version of the same thing: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072TYN46J/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Bought this for my friends hawaiian themed rehearsal dinner. Good price, fits the girls (38H) and lots of fun colors/patterns. 5 ⭐
Oh, we need more of this! Great post! I've actually ordered that leaf print dress, fingers crossed it works!

Yeah, it's so hard for some people to understand they just do not make strapless in my size. However, I am in one wedding this year, and even though she consulted me first, the bride chose a dress that requires a strapless. I went through many options before settling on this basque which is obviously not super fitting in the cups, but at least I'll stay in place.
i don’t get to buy pretty bras often, so when i saw these on amazon i had to snatch them up. sizing may be a little ofd because they didn’t have any f cups in stock but they had my sister size. i am...a little bit beside myself about getting 3 gorgeous bras in my size for $40 though. and they don’t feel cheap or flimsy at all!
There are bras with extra-long convertible straps that can wrap around your waist. You can also buy bra converters that do the same job. https://www.amazon.com/Maidenform-Womens-Low-Back-Converter/dp/B0083QLOVM
That's the best I can do.
That dress would be a ridiculous nightmare on me. I would look like Veruca Salt from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory--just one huge round blueberry.
Really doubt this is you since your username says "Kate" but a quick Google image search of this pic shows this is a still from a popular tiktok girl named Emelie
https://www.tiktok.com/@emelie.pap
Plus, it's a 2 hour old account and you censored this pic (which is actually from a video), yet you posted multiple other pics with "your" face on other subs already??? Doesn't add up.
I DID. I found a tutorial online and I cannot recommend the firm sports tape enough. It's sticky and solid enough to provide lift but it didn't destroy my skin peeling it off. The kind I ended up with was slightly soft and a little squishy, but didn't have a ton of stretch.
This or This would be my recommendation, I got mine at Rite Aid though.
I have a titty bear! It's a little pillow made for this purpose. I'm suuuper close set, so it's a bit wide for me, but it's really cute, and I'm sure would be great for normal/wide set people! https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00P755UHQ/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_y1kQAbNPWQYZP
I’ve had that in the past as well. I would suggest going back to your doctor or a dermatologist, using a combo steroid/antifungal cream could help but it’s hard to find the right stuff right away.
In the meantime, I totally recommend these liners. They make my bras way more comfortable and I have not had any irritation since wearing them!
Antibacterial Bamboo & Cotton Bra Liner (9-pk, XXL) - No irritation, rash guard https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K1X8N54/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YpJSCb21KYTY8
If you want something super supportive that doesn't hide things and won't give you the squashed-down uniboob look, check out the Panache underwired sports bra -- but only once you've been properly fitted!
you're not alone! I wear an apron for work and have found that I like this style. I don't have this exact one, just a similar x-back apron which seems to provide more coverage for me than the traditional style.
Search 'bra liners' on amazon and a variety will come up! I'm having trouble making a link, but the ones I use are
Antibacterial Bamboo & Cotton Bra Liner (3-PK, M) - No irritation, Rash Guard https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K1XB05Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_08AECb38R104B
My only complaint is that they aren't as wide as the picture shows and need a bit of adjustment throughout the day. Other than that I love them! Washes easily and is holding up well. I've rotated the same three for about a year. They come in different colors and size is based on length. Mine go from where the cup meets the band to the other side.
A lot of their fabrics are pretty heavy synthetics for some reason.
For cheaper options, I'm 5'2" & a 36H and these dresses fit me beautifully:
I'm sorry for your loss! I have an Envy and it is literally and figuratively very near to my heart.
You didn't ask for suggestions, but as a renter whose building's washing machines are downright scary, no-rinse lingerie soap and a bucket had been my bra savior. Eucalan is really good stuff, and it's super easy to use since you don't need to rinse and rinse and have suds and stuff. You only need a tiny bit too. link
Is the diagonal angle important?
When I busted my collarbone I got an immobilizer sling, which doubled as a bra (absolutely amazing)
Mine looked like this one:
https://www.amazon.com/OTC-Swathe-Shoulder-Immobilizer-Stabilizer/dp/B000JNRHKO
Oh my gosh! I see other people got the bra fitting subreddit on here already and I'm so excited for when you get a bra that fits 10x better than the one you showed!
When you get your size, I reccomend trying the Freya starlight or any of the Freya plunges really! I expect you'll get something like a HH or JJ in UK sizing from the calculator.
I'm so sorry this happened, I'd feel the same way. I always wear silicon nipple covers since my nipples always want to show through, so they're part of my everyday now.
You'd think men would learn at certain age about how women's bodies work and not think like pervy teens all the time.
I like these for coverage. If you position them exactly right you can get some lift & cleavage. I used the D size as an F cup & it blended pretty well. You can sweat a ton & they won’t unstick, they don’t pull like tape, i find them fairly comfortable. Can be painful to remove if you have sensitive nips. Also reusable if you care for them properly. Mine lasted 3 years until my I left them to dry on the counter & my husband trimmed his beard over them
It is really frustrating how expensive it is to get decent bras for big boobs!
If you're looking for something a bit cheaper, I dunno if Panache Sport works for you or not, but that's my favorite bra ever. It runs $70 full price, but I usually get last-season's colors for $50-$60. That's at least a little better than $100 each. :)
Have you ever used an Italy towel? Idk why it’s called that but you can find them in any Korean store or market. It’s the best exfoliates ever. https://www.amazon.com/Modu-Korean-Exfoliating-Washcloth-Removes/dp/B074GRP8G4
You can use ostomy prep supplies to prevent this. I'm allergic to lots of adhesives and tend to get ulcers on my skin from contact. Whenever I have surgery or something requiring adhesive I have to use a barrier product to reduce the reaction because my body is so effing melodramatic.
Medical supply company Smith & Nephew makes Skin Prep protective barrier wipes to be applied to the skin before adhesive and allowed to dry. Make sure you apply to the entire area the tape will be attached to plus an additional margin.
To remove you carefully pull up a corner (leave one turned under if you can) and glide a Uni-Solve wipe just under the tape pulling on the tape as you wipe. You really shouldn't feel the tape coming off - the Uni-Solve should do the work. Uni-Solve is greasy feeling so you'll want to have something to wash up with.
For both a single wipe covers a large area. It's pretty expensive, my local medical supply store sells the foil packets per each so you don't have to buy a whole box of 50.
There are other brands available, this is just one I'm not allergic to. Stuff burns like a mofo if it's applied too close to an IV site - catheter has to be in before it's applied. But it's still pretty awesome stuff!
Shock Absorber. I find them much more comfortable and supportive than Panache. This one is my fave, but it only goes up to an HH cup: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01CIBLWM8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_3O2CBbCDXS1Z1
I also have this one and quite like it. It goes up to an I cup: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003ZHR0LM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_jQ2CBb6SP2ZES
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000994DU0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_B66gFbXF0TAEC
I recommend this type for most of my clients. I also recommend they go and try some on to make sure they like how they feel before ordering online. I'm a seamstress and one of my common sayings is "I can work miracles but if you're not comfortable, theirs no point because you won't wear it. Your comfort has to be a priority". It's crazy how often we forget comfort in our clothes.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07MZPP5G8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
This is the one I got, I'll probably upgrade to a better one in the future. I just got this one to try. But for as inexpensive as it is, I feel a difference.
I was literally jumping up and down with this thing on to show my friends how great it is. One drawback, however, is that the clasp by your neck is kind of hard to reach.
You might want to try the Panache sports bra if you haven’t already. Zero movement, very comfy, breathes well, no uniboob, looks good. Definitely use the r/abrathatfits measurement and sizing guide if you haven't worn Panache before. It’s not cheap and it’ll probably take a few tries to find the perfect size but it’s so worth it.
I'm a 30G and I actually got a really comfy nursing bra at the beginning of quarantine. I was (and am still) NOT pregnant or nursing but I just wanted a comfy bra. I got a small and the band is a little tight but it overall fits really well, was cheap and was surprisingly supportive and comfy. Nursing bras might be the way to go, since they're meant to be comfortable and fit growing pregnancy boobs.
I just found one on amazon for $20. If you don't have a prime account, find someone who does and have them order it to your house. Order at least two and send back the ones that don't fit. I have to buy mine online because no stores carry 46G.
Delimira Women's Beauty Lace Non Padded Minimizer Full Figure Underwire Bra Beige 36H https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BLXOJ84/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_xPY2zb58CPYH5
Not sure how much you're really looking to conquer those nipples. If hiding them is absolutely your goal, these will work. They're made of hard plastic for nursing moms: they catch leaks. You don't need that feature. But the outer shell is a good 3/4 inches from the inner shell, so your nipples can be huge and not even touch the outer shell.

For the price (less than $10), maybe worth a try?
Not trying to be a spoilsport, but have you ordered from this site before? When I tried to look at your dress my browser-addon nearly went berserk, trying to keep me away from this site.
I went on to check the comments on their facebook page, it's just full of people complaining (about quality, customer service, shipping time [we're apparently talking months here], shipping costs, money in general, you name it).
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post links on this sub – if not just let me know and I'll gladly remove them – but you might want to check out WOT or Sitejabber. At Sitejabber they've got 245 1-star-reviews out of 488 total :(
Also, I have no clue how to tape boobs, I personally am still looking for that elusive strapless bra that stays where it's supposed to :)
Yes, I agree on remeasuring using /r/abrathatfits method! VS and similar stores always told me I was a 32DDD/34DD since DDD is the biggest cup size that they carry. Turns out that a lot of my boobs problems (straps slipping off, back pain due to straps supporting most of weight, nip slips and constant overflowing of cups, back band riding up and not being able to get enough lift among many others issues) were not actually due to my boobs being weird but due to poorly fitting bras. I have since switched to wearing 28GG bras and have never been happier.
Do you have a Nordstroms near you? They have a fairly decent selection of UK bra brands like Panache and Freya that go up to much bigger cup sizes and are made for bigger busts. If not, there are also lots of sites with good return policies so you can find something online. For sports bras, I really love the panache wired sports bra. It gives lots of support, is very comfortable, drastically reduces bounce (even more so when in racerback mode) and even gives a nice shape under shirts. Here is the Amazon link to it.
If you updated your flair to be current, this bra on amazon is $40+tax. Just saying. Prices will vary by design, but once I found my size I bought all my bras on Amazon and haven't looked back. I even found a style I absolutely LOVE and forget I'm even wearing a bra. Who would have thought for a $35 bra...
weight lifting and yoga.
i've been very skeptical of the glamorize bras i've seen on amazon. i tried on a regular wired bra a while ago and it didn't fit at all so i sent it back. but then i tried a wireless no bounce bra from them with a higher neckline. it keeps everything in. any bra you fall out of is not worth wearing. the last time i did that (many years ago) i was wearing 34DD when i should have been wearing 30F.
I love these ones that you can order on amazon. They are reusable and work really well!

I once had it suggested that I used antiperspirant under my boobs when it’s hot. My skin wasn’t happy but it did slow things down. My biggest help has been a bra called the breast nest. It has zero support but it keeps my boobs covered with a soft fabric that seems to have helped. I got mine through Amazon- https://www.amazon.com/Breast-Nest-Alternatives-Large-Cups/dp/B00N36JHE8
Oh my god I know EXACTLY what you mean. And I love the look of a halter too :(
I actually just got this suit. I don’t know if they’ll have a size that works for you. It’s AMAZING because it’s strapless, and the little wrap part is just enough to hold everything in without hurting your neck. I got my suit in a 38J, I’m normally a 36HH but I usually go up a band in bathing suits.
I also love the vintage vibes of it, and I belong in a classic convertible going “up the coast” in this suit!
If you can find them (and I've had no luck lately) Costco carries their own brand of cami that I swear by. Maybe 3 years ago they were sold in multi-colored two packs, then 2 years ago just black/black and black/white. I haven't seen them since, but they're still being sold on Ebay and Amazon so there's still a demand for them. No built in bra, just soft, long, and slimming.
You should try sports bras that come in bra sizes instead of S-XL. Panache sports underwired bra is amazing. The wires are padded so I can barely even feel that they are there. They also carry a wireless version although I haven't tired it. You can find both versions on Amazon (link to wired one](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005X5FHO6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_qA5mDbA5F7KDM) or on sites like www.barenecessities.com. It comes in bra sizes, it's very supportive and gives a good amount of lift and separation.
I do recommend remeasuring yourself first though using /r/abrathatfits calculator and beginners guide. 34DD is a very common missize for busty women since it is the largest cup size sold in most stores so that's what fitters tend to default measuring lots of women into. You may find a better fit in a smaller band size and larger cup size.

I saw that dress on Amazon too, it looks so cute on the model. But...my boobs are half your size by volume and I was like, yeah no way. :P But, should be free returns, no?
Give this one a try! Super cute, plenty of room in the chest, and the cute tie is in the back so it has the ability to provide even more room if needed!
Hmmm are you looking for something cute or just comfortable? The Hanes Cozy Seamless Wirefree Bra is reallllly comfy and extremely stretchy. I was a 32G (in UK sizes, a 32 I in US sizes) before my surgery and I wore this in a medium and it was seriously the comfiest thing ever. Not extremely adorable, but extremely soft, stretchy, and cozy (and cheap!).

Here it is if you're interested.
I have to say, I ordered a reasonably priced corset on Amazon and it fit very well! I plan on wearing it over a lacy black dress and being a witch or vampire. Many possibilities and you could emphasize your curves with or without being revealing.
Amazon Essentials Women's Short-Sleeve Maxi Dress https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JNRS7HK/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_KcYdFb2HZ2YF9
This dress is my holy grail. It can be belted tightly to define my waist, or loosely to suggest that I still have a waist. It plays well with scarves, necklaces, blazers, denim jackets etc
I will sometimes gently pin up the hem at the bottom if I’m wearing flats (I’m 5ft 5) or if I wear heels, I’ll just let it flow.
The solid color with the long line really helps to de-emphasize boobs and it is very slimming all over.
The fitter is a butthead but you can certainly look modest yet stylish without his help
Edit: Also not exactly related to the question, but I found this article that shows people were just as confused about bra sizing 60 years ago as we are today. Also, other than the +3/+5 and overbust (well, even with that, unfortunately), this sounds like something that'd be written today.
I use this for all my bras! I can see what I have, and I can hang them up here wet and they will dry.
It’s great for stopping odor BUT not proven to stop sweating. It does it’s job in the odor department, for sure! I’ve heard Fresh Breasts works to prevent sweating and chafing, though. My husband uses the male version (Fresh Balls) when he golfs and says it works great. Goes on like a lotion but turns to powder dry. Hope that helps!
Haha the first secret is making sure I had the right size! The second secret is cutting off my air supply and sacrificing my ribcage to the fashion gods. Here's the brand I got though!
Widen your search options.
32DDD is a US size, the equivalent UK size is 32E and the equivalent EU size 70F (sometimes labelled 32F in the USA). As soon as you branch out and search for these sizes too, you find that there is far more variety out there than you ever thought possible.
These UK and EU sized bras aren't cheap, on the contrary. But once you know what fits you, you can go bargain hunting on ebay and amazon and find good quality for under 30 USD.
This Cleo Maddie in rapsberry pink and 32E is currently at 30 USD with free shipping, it is 50% off.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JWQ0XMS/
This bra in 32E is also a good deal:
https://www.amazon.com/Fantasie-Fauve-Delphine-Underwired-Sapphire/dp/B00FWM7V6W/
Fauve is a luxury brand that has been discontinued, their bras were really good quality and sold from around 80-110 USD. No guarantee it is going to fit, but at price it is worth the gamble IMO.
Other known UK brands are Curvy Kate, Panache, Freya, Fantasie, Lepel, Charnos, Ultimo, Miss Mandalay, Parfait by Affinitas, etc. EU-sized brands that you could look at would be Chantelle and Anita and some relevant US-sized brands would be Le Mystere and Natori.
I found this wireless Hanes "Cozy Bra" at Walgreens once that fits so comfortably. I'm a 36F so I took a chance on the biggest size they had. Here it is on Amazon. It's not cute but it lives up to its cozy name!
I change into one of these as soon as I get home, and sleep in them as well. Very comfy and inexpensive.
Hanes Women's Cozy Seamless Wire Free Bra https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HRFTF4C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_EfYgFbQEM4MZA
I always go with a wrap with a tie-waist, from target or someplace similar. Something like this will accommodate big boobs and a small waist, and is always an appropriate choice for an outdoor summer wedding. If you're worried about that being too short, you can get a longer one instead.
many cys-males with GYNECOMASTIA usually wear compression shirts and other "male shapewear" to "defeminize" their bodies. you may want to look into that. the thing about compression shirts is that they look like regular t-shirts and some are developed for sportswear like Under Armor. you could try UA shirts at a local sports store and see how you look. if you need more flattening, there are more sturdier compression shirts that you can order online from companies focused on serving gynecomastia patients. i hope this helps.
Honestly, I think it looks great as is! But, a light tan strapless bra might not be visible under there... Especially if the straps are adjustable.
Try the Wacoal Red Carpet, it is an awesome strapless bra! I'm pissed it doesn't come in my size. :(

I found these by chance on Amazon because I desperately needed a new bra and everywhere else.was super expensive but I was pleasantly surprised. They have good coverage, come in many colours and I really like the way that they zip up at the front. I will say though, like most sports bras, you will have quite a bit of uncomfy boob sweat but it's not that bad. Also, it's quite sturdy, supports your back and I have had it for a year and has not begun to stretch yet (straps and cup), so I'm pretty happy about that.

The cross front keeps my boobs separated, the wide band provides some support. I often wear it under overalls or a tank top. You're not going to be able to go jumping jacks or anything, but it keeps everything in place while still being comfortable.
Panache Tango has a wider than average side/back panels. Comfy too. Obligatory Amazon link, but you could probably find it cheaper with a little Googling.
Maybe Goddess on Amazon too? It says their H cup is equivalent to a US K cup.
Here is one I found for $33 with free prime shipping and free returns if you get the plum color. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MT8N77B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_JQvMAb2MS16CN
I used to use bra liners for a while, on Amazon you can find soft bamboo or cotton ones. The trick with them is not to just put them along but bottom of the band or they slide out, you buy a larger (which end up being longer not wider) and tuck the ends flat up into the back of the bra. Works well for the underside of your breasts.
These are an example. Hope that helps!
Panache non-wired. They retail for $60-70, but I can often find them for $30-40 if I don't care too much about the colors. I keep an eye out for Amazon sales in my size.
Depending on your size, I have a few of the (Syrokan sports bra)[https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M3YWFLY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share] from Amazon that work well for me. They're bra sized and I've found that they fit true to size (I'm 32e-f). I've used them for all distances up to a half marathon. My only dislike is that they soak up a lot of sweat and stay damp for a while after my run, but it really just makes me take a shower sooner. Plus it covers enough that I'm comfortable going without a shirt in the summer.
Don't worry about the cup size looking too big. Most fitters in the US put anyone busty into DD or DDD bras regardless of how well the bras fit so most women with bigger bust will fit better into a bigger cup size. This is especially true because US fitting methods put women into a band that is too loose and so when you go down in band size your cup size will need to increase to stay the same volume. 32DDD (UK 32E) is the same volume as 30F and 28FF. Spilling out a lot out of a bra indicates needing to go up at least 2/3 cup sizes so the correct size will be closer to 28FF->28G->28GG->28H (Assuming your underbust is around 28 inches).
A 12 inch difference is UK H cup so that makes sense with you spilling out of your current bras and is very typical transition for someone originally in a DDD cup. Sizing goes by brand and since no US brands make small bands/larger cups you should search for your UK size.
I went from wearing a poorly fitting 32DDD (that I was fitted into in stores before) to a well fitting 28GG/H. The bras are much more supportive and fit much better. My favorite sports bra is the wired panache sports bra. It's supportive, comes with a racerback clip, gives lots of lift, looks great under clothing and needs no adjustments throughout the day. You can find it on Amazon, or on sites like www.barenecessities.com, www.herroom.com although I have also seen some at Nordstroms.

Absolutely a result of breast tissue density. I imagine that factors like fibrousness of the breast and amount of glandular tissue vs. fat content of the breast would affect the final density and thus weight.
Then again, can't say this with scientific certainty. There don't seem to be many studies on breast mechanics (as unrelated to breast cancer).
Lady Anti Monkey Butt, silly name but amazing product. Especially come summer. Talc free with calamine for soothing already irritated skin too.

I got a bunch of stretchy sundresses last year. They're super comfy and lightweight. Here's one, but I got other similar ones from different brands. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0873ZXS6P/
I really like the fit of Gap's Modern tees, very flattering and long enough that I don't have to worry about my stomach showing because my boobs are making the shirt shorter. But the fabric is kind of thick and they are made of a cotton modal blend, not all cotton, so depending on where you live, they might be too hot to wear in summer. For a lighter weight top for warm weather, I've gotten these and these on Amazon before (same shirt even though the listed brands are different). The fabric is quite thin though, and they run small (Chinese sizing) so they can be a bit clingy. For reference, I'm about a 34KK, 47-36-51 and I wear an L in the Gap tees and XXL in the ones from Amazon, but I have considered getting the next size up in the Amazon ones since they're still maybe a little tight, depending on my weight and the shirt color (some run larger/smaller than others).
This is the dress. A sew in might be possible but I'm not sure it would offer better support than a backless or a set of petals.
To be fair, I fill out the chest cavity quite a bit and might be able to get away with an adhesive bra... just gotta be careful not to run or jostle too much.

I just bought this one like a month ago and it has a very low back and even gives the girls a bit of reasonable push-up! I ordered my regular UK size and it works but I've seen some people say to size up in both band and cup (maybe because they typically buy a US size? I'm not sure). It's definitely the least uncomfortable strapless bra I've tried too, although that's obviously a low bar!
I heard of it about a year ago and HAD to try it! It goes on like a lotion and dries into a nice powder plus it's unscented! I get the chafing a lot, unfortunately. Here's the Amazon link for ya!
Just going to throw it out there that Target started carrying bra-sized bikini tops a couple years ago and I have since found so many that fit me (32G) when I have spent hundreds on fancier brands only to have them still not fit well. Some of them go from 32DDD-40DDD but the cups definitely vary depending on the suit (I've had success with DD ones with a 34-38 adjustable band). I also really appreciate that most of their bra-sized tops have underwire and adjustable straps. Most of the bands can be adjusted either by 3 different loops to hook through or by a crisscross back system that lets you tighten the band basically as much as you need to. Their website lets you filter by size or underwire and their bottoms are all separates and XS-XL. Also, they're super cheap! They seem to go out of stock quickly so shopping at the beginning of the season in March/April is best.
Also, I have this bikini top and it's true to size and feels like wearing a bra. I wear it with any small black, turquoise, or pink bottoms.
Maybe wear a sports bra and one of those exercise bands that goes over your breasts to keep them from bouncing up when you run? I don’t know what they are called.

I found a maxi dress that fits my 42DDD frame well, the top is a very stretchy tank top like material and the bottom is also stretchy and very comfortable. Bonus, it has pockets! I got it in xl and it fits great, hits right at the knee. Was going to be my favorite dress this summer... but I'm pregnant and the seam across the belly is going to get tight
Goddess Keira Side Support Wire Free Nursing Bra
For the most part, why TF would you have underwire in a nursing bra? That legit impacts milk ducts and can cause maaaajor problems. It was harder than it needed to be to find a nursing bra without wire.
This also doesn't have the little snappy clip that breaks on absolutely every bra, this one has an A frame which supports all around your boob so you don't flop everywhere while nursing.
The only "problem" with this bra is that it's completely soft shell, has no shaping. I use bamboobies and just have them to protect my nips from everything and I can work with that.
I sleep in this thing, and wear it 24/7. But if it doesn't work for you, can always send it back with Amazon free returns, so no harm done to the pocketbook.
a reverse image search came up with the same item on amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Full-Figure-Comfortable-Breathable-Restraint/dp/B08MT6SXLX?th=1
if you're interested in this bra, I'd recommend buying it there so you can dispute it if it never shows up!
I've been wearing these since March. I'm a soft 32HH last I checked and the medium works well. Isn't a "long line" on me (the boobs take up every available square inch), but it's fairly comfortable and the band stays fairly firm. Any other wireless thing I've tried has been a joke. No separation mechanisms, but not terrible uniboob.
Similar bra in larger sizes. Try this one :) DELIMIRA Women's Underwire Contour Multiway Full Coverage Strapless Bra Plus Size https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XNPMYP3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_.GRWFbEF2SDN1
Gotchu! Its actually a multi way bra so I was surprised it worked this well as a strapless. My tiddies are almost down to my elbows lmao
Nice to see a fellow keto-er here! Congrats on the weight/boob-loss! Haha
I actually found a really nice dress on amazon that works for me and my bustiness.. I'm a 32DDD and got the XL. It's a little loose around the waist on me, but otherwise fits pretty well. It looks really good and is nice and stretchy. Maybe check it out if it's your style. And if you have Amazon prime you get free returns so if it doesn't work out, no loss. :)

34G checking in. I bought this similar one on amazon and LOVE IT. I might buy one in every color.
There is a nursing bra from Kindred Bravely that comes in busty sizes that is super comfortable to sleep in and it really doesn’t matter if you aren’t nursing! It’s sold on Amazon here .
Also, as a side note, you may already know this or have tried it, but eliminating caffeine from your diet can really help with fibrocystic breast pain. That was the only thing that ever helped me, but seriously it was like night and day. I used to drink a minimum of two cups of coffee a day if not four and I would have excruciating breast pain around my periods. Then I cut out the caffeine just to see if my doctor was right and I couldn’t believe it but after a few months I was pain free! My lumps even went away! I have no idea if this is common knowledge or if it is a solution for most people, but in case you hadn’t tried eliminating caffeine for relief I wanted to share my story. :)
For basics, I'm actually a huge fan of Daily Ritual, which is an Amazon clothing brand. This shirt is like my top ten of all time. It's amazingly soft, stretchy, and has a great shape to it that manages to make it apparent you have TWO breasts (and not just the singular chest-chunk you get with a too-tight shirt) AND a waist while also not clinging to all the little pooches you'd rather not showcase. Super flattering, although I do recommend going with a size up from whatever your old navy size is.
Their tops and things tend to run for about $10-18 apiece if that's something that fits in your budget. They also offer free returns, but that may be a prime-exclusive benefit (I am also 100% willing to stick you on my prime account if it would help you, just message me).
While you totally have to find the right sports bra, I recommend panache and I got mine on amazon, the Boobuddy is also amazing!! I don’t do cardio without it !!

I definitely recommend this bra for maximum containage. It is expensive. It is restricting. But damn does it do the trick on the bigger tatas. Those 11 eye hooks are no joke. I was able to do jumping jacks with minimal bounce.
I’ve also since found this on Amazon which has tons of sizes and is a lot more affordable ($30 vs $70).
I bought this sports bra from amazon and for me it really got the job done. I’m 42H and this bra gives me so much support and it’s comfy to boot.

I also have another dress that has a similar cut out neckline, the size Medium fits me like a dream and it was dirt cheap on Amazon here is the link if anyone is interested
My quarantine uniform. I'm a 36H and get 2XL (I'm normally a size small or medium).
That makes me so sad! Hopefully you can get a replacement of that bra that is just as good. I wash my bras and other delicates in laundry bags:

For day bras, I only wear Third Love 24/7 Perfect Coverage Bra. They are underwire, but so comfortable. After I gave birth, I threw away all my underwires and stopped wearing underwire for a few years as they hurt so much. I really think this caused some sagging. I discovered Third Love and have used them ever since.
For night bras, I adore these ones and have purchased 5 in the past month:

$58 True & Co Lift Scoop Neck Bra. Comfortable https://trueandco.com/product/bras/bralette/true-body-lift-scoop-neck-bra/mink
True & Co Tank Top with Built in Bra (Cant find them on the website but they are amazing and comfortable. They also give you a slim look too!). This is actually a good sleep top
$24.99 Cindyouth Women's 3pc Sleepwear. Nice material, cute patterns, and perfect for this heat. I wear Medium in top but I ordered this in XL and both top and short fits nicely. https://www.amazon.com/cindyouth-Womens-Sleepwear-Printed-Loungewear/dp/B086GM4TD7
Target brand Stars Above. Comfortable
Bare necessities is the site I always use! But it depends on the shape of your breasts really. I've found success with Curvy Kate Luxe Strapless Bra but, it can be pricey. ($60-$75)
I had to size down from my usual 36J to avoid gaping at the top because of the shape of the cups but it's super comfortable and doesn't roll up or fall down.
They have 3 different shades of nude and I've seen the bra on Amazon before. 😊
UK sizing, so you would need to get a G-cup. If you plan to size down, an FF-cup.

Hope it helps!
Wacoal - red carpet is excellent. Amazon sells it..
If you are sister sizing in UK a 30G = 32FF, btw. Otherwise feel free to ignore that bit.
I recently bought this vintage-esque dress on Amazon. It fits me really well in the bust. You might look at this company's dresses, which all seem to be vintage-like designs, including some that are evocative of the 1940s and 50s. The fabric is medium-weight and unlined, but as I said, it fit me really well, so I'm thinking their other designs might also work.
If you want to hide your belly, look for fit-and-flare dresses (styles that come in at the waist but have a fuller skirt), especially styles with princess seams, since those usually have more room in the bust. Bravissimo makes clothes specifically for women with large breasts; they don't have a huge selection, but some of the styles may work for you depending on the specifics of the event, and your personal style.
I also have had success with eShakti's made-to-measure clothes, though I personally find I need to provide a extra measurements in the comments when ordering beyond what they ask for as standard to get the best fit (for example, I'm very short waisted, so I need to provide a drop-waist/high-hip measurement). They have a lot of dress options to choose from, and if the wedding is a few weeks out, there should be time to order from them. Just make sure that the dress is fitted in the waist on the model; if the pattern isn't cut to come in at the waist, it won't come in at the waist regardless of your measurements.
If you're on more of a budget, I've also had success with this dress on Amazon. It fit me in XXL as someone who is 5'5 32KK/34K and about 46-35-49. It's not a perfect fit for me (I have narrow shoulders and large upper arms, so the shoulders don't fit quite right), and just slightly tight in the bust, but for under $30, I'm quite satisfied with the fit.
