If I was in your situation, I would use Tor to dig around in the shadier parts of the internet and research who has a track record of performing this type of procedure discreetly and safely. The cost of having a professional do it in a sterile and controlled manner will be far less than the medical bills and value of the time you'd lose if you attempted to DIY and screwed up.
Doing it yourself exposes you to everything from an unsexy, mangled scar to nasty infections to dangerous blood loss. If you feel that you absolutely must DIY, please at least arrange for it to happen at a time when someone with up-to-date medical training will be the first to get to you after the injury. The one caveat there is that if part of a digit is detached by an extremely clean cut and the disconnected part can be found, modern hospitals can sometimes reattach it.
Anyways, I can't help but wonder if you've considered moonlighting in a profession that frequently loses digits, such as factory or sawmill operator, in case you want both the opportunity for things to go wrong and a socially acceptable excuse if people inquire what happened....
Edit: I just checked your post history, because I'm nosey that way, and noticed that you mentioned being 16. Unless you're located in a country where that makes you a legal adult, you should seriously wait until you're of age to do a mod this permanent. If you succeed, you'll have many decades to live without the digit, so in the scheme of things a couple years makes no difference.
It kinda clamps onto your septum and the tension holds it in there.. theres like a little hoop that is under my nose to support it too.. i’ll link one so you know what i mean..septum fakey
I also have a punched lobe, done at 6mm then stretched to 10mm. Got it done many, many years ago. I decided last year to stretch the lowest 14g in my other ear, and I can say that by far having a punch is easier. Mine didn't hurt much (I didn't feel it in the ear, just got referred pain in my arm) and healed quickly and easily with minimal bleeding. Pics included.
I suppose you could have a web piercing done and then try the fishing line technique.
However, this is the fishing line technique. It does not seem safe or sanitary in the slightest.
Meh most of that is fine. Pretend its bleach and don't leave it on your skin for too long or breathe it in. More than enough to stain.
and if you look at the SDS, because MSDS's are no longer the standard, you can see most of the ingredients are things people regularly ingest or have on their skin. water, ethanol (alcohol), methanol <3% (this dose can also be used as a cough suppressant), phenol <1% (active ingredient in Chloraseptics at a higher dose than this literally meant to be sprayed in your throat), and Basic violet 1... which is actually kind of bad and should not be used as a topical ingredient, but also the thing that will turn someone purple for a long time. There isn't a safe Basic Violet that can be used on humans or in the environment, as far as i know.
edit: looked up the Gentian Violet mentioned in another post and turns out its another name for crystal violet. So I guess its safe enough for humans?
I know about Buck Angel, but didn't know he had a documentary. I'll definitely look into it. Here's a great video if you're into men with vags:

Gentle soap and water to wash it daily. Dab, don’t scrub or pick. Everyone’s skin and healing process is different but I would say keep using the antibiotic cream if you think it is infected. I personally have used Benpanthen healing cream since I scar easily/heal slowly but I think it is harder to find in the States. The lotion you use has to be unscented and I usually opt for lotions marked suitable for babies.
If you plan on getting more tattoos, tattoo film is a great way to heal. If your artist does not use it, maybe bring your own and ask them to apply it or a friend afterwards. It has helped me with my healing a lot and is easier to keep on if you get an area tattooed that is at a friction point it is hard to keep a bandage on. If it is applied properly, it sticks pretty well and you can shower with it on. I had the tops of my feet tattooed and I cannot imagine how crap the healing process would be without it.
Glad it is getting better!
i actually got it as a christmas gift but it’s from amazon! surprisingly it hasn’t turned at all yet and k wear it literally every day (and even in the shower). here’s the link:
HZMAN 8mm Moon Star Sun Statement Ring Stainless Steel Boho Jewelry for Women Men https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08DHZRM1C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_i_Zu4aGbC90AXPB?psc=1
The style of barbell with hanging semicircle would do it! Example on Amazon I personally hate rings, they irritate the piercing, but they are much more visible. This style of decorated barbell (I don't really know what they're properly called) could give you a similar look, though. Unsolicited advice: your current barbell looks like it's a little short.
Thank you! I actually got suture scissors from amazon, I attached the link below of the ones I purchased:
STT-SUT45 Premium High Polish Suture Stitch Scissors 4.5" (11.43cm) Stainless Steel https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07711L59D/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_AceXCbSBQAJTZ
I used these and some tweezers, and I watched a video on YouTube about how to remove the stitches, it was basically painless excluding a few that hurt a bit. But the whole experience for me wasnt that painful as others have experienced. Good luck! After day 5 it was feel better but once you get the stitches out it will be such a sigh of relief.
Oooh I love drawing portraits! I love portraits in general :D If you draw me, please let me know!

If only my new jewelry were in those pics! Also, I can name piercings I plan to get if you get bored and want to draw more shit on me haha :P
Alternatively you can put blue tack on the end of a pencil/pen, and use that to hold the ball. You can also use eyelash glue to stick the ball to a q-tip/cotton bud.
If all else fails, or you’re regularly changing jewellery, it’s worth investing in one of these.
I use (this one)[https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01A74442I/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_Y6ZWH3GEFYBW59NPZV0Q?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1], just check the dropper first for anything floating, I haven't had a problem with them so far but there are some reviews that mention it.

The setups are pretty cool!!! But all of the jewelry in these posts looks really cheap I would not try to replicate it with that quality of jewelry, as you can tell their is already irrational and redness in the photos. Really funny, when I first got my ears pierced I wanted to get like, a pack of earrings on Amazon to try a bunch of stuff, and the first piercing setup looks like they just bought one and put everything on haha earring pack haha
I use these! I also cut the last lash off because they're long! lash
I have three dermals along my collarbone also and sometimes they get angry, I just soak them twice a day with a piercing aftercare I got on Amazon, and it really helps. Otherwise I clean them twice a day with normal saline when they're happy.
Here's a link to the aftercare https://www.amazon.com/Urban-ReLeaf-Concentrate-Piercings-Non-iodized/dp/B07RKJ49G9/ref=mp_s_a_1_14?crid=3VAKHBHCDTKS7&dchild=1&keywords=piercing+aftercare&qid=1634001251&sprefix=pierc&sr=8-14
I'm also afraid to use oils, but I ordered some of this two days ago https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085FV65W2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_MHBG59B3C553BJQJDAB3 because I couldn't find any regular sea salt soak that isn't a spray but I'm weary because it has clove oil, which I've never used. Might just keep this as a back up
That's what I figured, I was only trying to follow the advice my piercer gave me. I'd rather buy them personally! The only issue with the sprays I have is I'd like to take the advice to do a soak with a shot glass, and I'm not too sure how well the sprays would fill those up? Unless without spending a million bucks. Not sure if I got ripped off but a 2 pack of 4oz sea salt sprays was $28 on Amazon. The saline wound wash solution seems a lot cheaper though so I'll definitely pick some of that up today. I'm gonna try to avoid oils best I can. Do you have an opinion on this product though? I ordered it before I posted this. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B085FV65W2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_GCC23DFQQY4EN0QFPDB1 I'm also really glad to hear I was wrong about needing so much salt. I always felt if there wasn't any pain or smell it wasn't going to work but I'm happy it does!
I highly recommend those little fishing organisers? The ones with the adjustable compartments are fantastic. I’ll link one below so you know what I’m talking about!
This is the one I purchased: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00A0RHSJO/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Forgot to post this earlier but this is the earring I’d put in, not this specific one from amazon but the earring itself is what I want

I have one of these. I found I was much happier with it once I got a shorter bar and sized down to a 16g. This is what I wear regularly
