The only thing I did was with the backdrops are supposed to just kind of slip into a lip on the enclosure and there was just no way in hell they were staying in place so I got those heavy duty 3M velcro strips and put them on the lip and then on each backdrop so they're firmly kept in place and I can just switch them out easily.
Here's a picture of the lot also, when I got the Dark Knight Strikes Again the seller told me that book 1 is signed by Miller.
Vol 9, 6, 3, & 1 have cover separation, looking through them. Some of them are 10+ years old at this point, so I'm not totally surprised. If you still want them, I'd make them $45 shipped.

Which issues feature the legion? I don't really know how to grade comics but I have these in my comicbookdb collection as "poor", probably in condition close to this, if not a little better. If you want I can take some pictures of it when I get home tonight and send them to you in a PM. These aren't really books that I'm looking to collect but it looks like the older Acton Comics are going for ~$10 - $15 on eBay so I'm more than willing to maybe trade one or two (depending on the issues) for X-Force issues. I'm currently trying to collect all the issues of Amazing Spider-man so if you have some older issues of that I'm sure we could work something out.

And as for Vanguard, yeah those are for trade/sale. I have about 700+ cards from 3 different sets (3 boxes of one set and an opened box of 2 other sets), I'd value it around $175 and I have an unopened structured deck that I was throwing in. That's a price I could theoretically sell the entire lot for instead of individually. I forgot about that link to what cards where in the lots I was selling and it's completely out-of-date.
The only rulebook I know I have is one of the adventure modules for the Star Wars Age of Rebellion RPG. I do have a couple of novels from the Warhammer universe.

i do not use buble wrap mailers. i put them in bags and boards, all the online stores i buy from seem to love them for some reason. first thing i do is remove them so i've usually got a huge pile of them. and then i put them in a specially made mailer for comics.

Gobbledygook is this.... Also X-Men 130 is a lightly worn reader copy. Few creases in the cover and I have no idea what the coloring of the paper is. Havent got to take the book out yet.

Usagi Yojimbo Special hardcover - the price just keeps going up on Amazon. No idea what one would be listed at in the wild if someone stumbled across one.
Saga of the Swamp Thing Book 6 hardcover - tend to see it for $60ish or as part of a set, would rather pay cover, but may end up having to pay $60ish.
I recently got a $50 Amazon card as well from my work and bought the planetary omnibus on recommendation. Haven't got to read it yet though.
For shipping 1-2 books, these along with two/three pieces of double corrugated cardboard (Rooms-To-Go is the best spot for farming this) can't be beat. As long as you're printing your own postage, It'll come out to about $2.75-$3.15. That's really secure and very cheap.
3-5 books, I use a priority flat rate envelope, two pieces of cardboard and then that goes into a padded flat rate envelope. If you use thinner cardboard, you can fit maybe 7-8 but that always seems risky to me.
6+ books go in a box with good card board sandwiches and bubble wrap/void fill. I know I can safely ship about 20 books in a medium flat rate box.
Priority really ends up being your friend as long as you're printing your own labels and getting the online/ebay/paypal discount.
It's this one, I've had it for a while but never read it, got it in a bulk trade I think.
I used Mod Podge. It worked as a glue and sealant, I just applied an extra 4-5 coats after I was done. I read of some people just using Elmer's white glue mixed with water, but I'm not sure I'd trust it; especially with a project so large. You'd also definitely have to buy a designated finish then. Good luck!
There are also nice hardcovers for each individual arc, but the Masters Edition is a better buy price wise.
