The idea isn't depopulation. As an aside, the "Not Secure" label just means that the site doesn't use the https encryption protocol, and has nothing to do with the presence of malware, etc. As long as you're not exchanging any data with the site, and you don't care if your ISP knows that you visited this specific u.arizona.edu page, there's nothing to worry about. That said, using https is best practice, and you can force some http sites to use https with the browser extension HTTPS Everywhere.

It has a really great rundown of the past 100 years of Russian disinformation campaigns, and how they've evolved for the modern age.
One really enlightening thing I got out of the book is that Russian intelligence very frequently will take credit for things that they had a very minor role in. Apparently internally, the KGB/FSB/SRV take credit for a ton of things, like the conspiracy theory that AIDS was manufactured by the US government, but when you look into it, it turns out that it was mostly crazy people in the US that came up with it, and their alleged campaigns really didn't do more than spread it around slightly more than it would have been.
Similarly, they'll retweet some crazy ass tweet with a few no name bot accounts, and get maybe an extra 20 people looking at the tweet, and then they'll claim that it's a successful influence operation.
Russian intelligence has certainly had a number of incredibly successful disinformation campaigns, though it's almost impossible to gauge how much influence they actually had in any given campaign, especially when the agents running the campaigns have every incentive to exaggerate the hell out of their involvement.

The issue is making up a conspiracy here just adds WAY too much complexity and more confusing questions. You have to claim the Buffalo shooter was some assassin that couldn't just kill Salter at his home, H had to kill a bunch of other people too, at the risk of him being killed and even possibly failing. I listened to an interview with a guy who spent 20 years doing research on the Manson Cult and he said the EXACT same thing.

I work in digital marketing and guess what? When you use a website online actual people are watching everything you do. Honestly it's to improve our products, it measures things like "rage clicks" when the site isn't working, but yeah it's a fintech company so we see literally all your banking information. There is no digital privacy.
TLDR: The only reason i would like to bring this to attention is due because of 5g. I was wondering why before and now I see this on my FB it makes sense. I give my faith that we combat this the right way and deal with radiation poisoning they are causing accurately.

Our universe has some interesting non-default variables set that make it unusually good for spawning our kind of life. Biocosm essentially has you view universes as living organisms that replicate and evolve towards universes where life has the best chance of thriving.
