It's a sad world we live in where we only have one silicone brain to fuck, yet we can stuff all manners of rubber animal and monster dicks in our asses and pussies. Aside from the brain onahole posted here once or twice, I'm unfamiliar with guro-themed sex toys. They make toys that are more than just holes, so if you're into dismemberment and not too picky, that might do it for you. If you're desperate, you might consider a doll for surgical practice with entrails to play around with.

>One day, Chiamaka knew, she would end up as dog food. Until then, working in the slaughterhouse for high society daughters, she got her the daily satisfaction of closing the windpipe of the stupid arrogant chickens one by one, and practically every time she had a little orgasm when her bodies took control and they began to twitch and drool.

You can do it in <em>Banquet of Sadism</em> (a game) (translated link in this database as the first result if you search "guro"), but only through the tits
This site usually will provide the answer: https://saucenao.com/
There is also a google chrome extension: https://saucenao.com/tools/
Otherwise you can post it here as a normal link and ask for the source in the comments
Nah, dude, forget about that bots. Be a big boi and install "Video + Audio Downloader for Reddit" from Google Play Store if you use android. I'm sure there is something similar for ios too. This will greatly simplify your life. This time I forgive you, don't make me wait, boi , but you and me understood each other 🌚
A gif composed by me from their images that was uploaded to their gurochan thread.
They also have a pixiv account.
There's Fungus, which is an extension for the Unity engine. Code-free, but it seems like you can use code if you want to.
Another one I found with a quick search was Ren'py, which seems to be a standalone application. Judging from the description, it seems like you do need a bit of code.
I know there's a lot more, but I haven't used any tools so I don't know which ones are good.
It is a private social media site, because of the sensitive nature of the content, and because I value people's privacy. I operate the site at a loss because I believe in giving back to the community which has brought me much joy over the years. It costs you nothing to create an account, but you are more than welcome to not use the service.

I'm sure many know of Maruo Suehiro. The Laughing Vampire (Warau Kyuuketsuki) is an amazing manga that I'd recommend anyone. It's a shame that it doesn't have an English publication*, and honestly I'm surprised that you can find it in German and Spanish even now in 2019.
I managed to find this artbook collaboration with manga artist Hanawa Kazuichi, and I knew that I had to own it. While the images have explanations and descriptions that detail their background and why they were produced or what they represent, they are of course in Japanese -- which I don't speak and can't read. Luckily I discovered that there was a translation available.
The English translation is available on e-Hentai. I purchased this book from Amazon JP in 2017 and was able to have it delivered to the USA; it doesn't look like there are any New copies still available, but your mileage may vary.
It's truly a fantastic book. Mr. Maruo's style fits brilliantly in the ukiyo-e concept, and while Mr. Hanawa is more contemporary he manages to create beautiful images that reflect back to the time period they feature/represent.
*After purchasing Super Dimensional Love Gun, I contacted Fakku and asked if they would consider other guro series/books such as The Laughing Vampire. The response I received was that they were open to the possibility. SDLG has since been pulled from sale, which is quite unfortunate.
