Ok, I am using FileFactory to host the download for now. I have updated the script to include the TOS detection protocol, and I have converted everything to an exe format. Download the zip, unzip everything to one folder, run the EXE.

Alright guys, we are moving into version 2.0
The main new piece of awesomeness for this is TOS images are moved into a separate folder with it's own link, as well as the bucket gets it's own folder where the most recent 100 pics are downloaded.
The reason for the full version update is that this requires two pieces of code to run. Please make sure all the files in the zip file are extracted into the same folder. I have not yet updated the git because the code has to be modified to change a reference towards a .py file instead of a .exe file

The raw code is up at https://github.com/AlecWallace2001/PBPull/tree/master as:

Ok, here it is. The executable. I was trying to host it on sourceforge, but they are having trouble right now so I uploaded it to FileFactory. I will get it loaded on the project as soon as possible.

That's the crux of the issue, isn't it?
Unauthorized Access (Title 18 Section 1030) is already a crime on the books. When you see things like the fappening investigation - what you're really seeing has nothing to do with porn, but social engineering accounts.

To the people who bitch about revenge porn laws downstream / being a victim:
If you're not a public figure: You have the DMCA. You can contact the website, and if they ignore, you can contact the host (and websites would rather deal w/ you directly than you go to them, they'll turn the website off). You can delist on bing and google. Eventually the content will become extinct.
If you are a public figure: Don't take sexy pics. You do have privacy rights. But just like flaunting jewelry in a mansion attracts robbers, attention-starved sexually-provocative celebs need their own security practices as well. Two factor authentication will mitigate leaks tremendously.
It shouldn't be a crime / tort to simply mirror consenting adults fucking. It's love. You can't have buyers remorse if you put it up in the first place, lol
You tried to use IFTTT ? If you manage to find an RSS feed for an Instagram account (this might work), you can use an RSS reader to monitor it, or get it straight to your mail/dropbox/evernote thing.
