“Discipline" is a difficult word for most of us. It conjures up images of somebody standing over you with a stick, telling you that you're wrong. But self-discipline is different. It's the skill of seeing through the hollow shouting of your own impulses and piercing their secret. They have no power over you. It's all a show, a deception. Your urges scream and bluster at you; they cajole; they coax; they threaten; but they really carry no stick at all. You give in out of habit. You give in because you never really bother to look beyond the threat. It is all empty back there. There is only one way to learn this lesson, though. The words on this page won't do it. But look within and watch the stuff coming up-restlessness, anxiety, impatience, pain-just watch it come up and don't get involved. Much to your surprise, it will simply go away. It rises, it passes away. As simple as that. There is another word for self-discipline. It is patience.”
as someone who struggles with BED, this quote really helps me. also reading the book brain over binge was a helpful tool. i still haven't freed myself from binge eating but it's definitely gotten much better.
One time i ate almost a whole box of those fiber one chocolate fudge brownies in one sitting. The amount of pain in my guts followed by liquified brownies exiting my rear was AGONIZING. I didn't take the whole "fiber helps you poo" thing as legit so my disregard for the impact they'd have turned into a tough lesson learned.
On a separate occasion, i chewed a huge bag of juicy fruit sugar free gum over the course of 48 hours. Needless to say i quickly learned just how powerful (and painful) a laxative sugar-free foods can be.
I wish you luck, it's gonna be a rough few days for your guts
Ohhh girl, this was my life for so many years and I'm so glad I'm living like a "real grown-up" now, lol.
My staples:
Like these?
I’ve made a post on here before, the American cancer association has stated that artificial sugars ARE NOT a cause of cancer. It’s such a big myth that people spread and it isn’t true!! The chemical that makes up whatever artificial sugar, sucralose, whatever, are found in natural sweet foods. It will not give you cancer.
https://www.health.harvard.edu/blog/artificial-sweeteners-sugar-free-but-at-what-cost-201207165030
All studies are CORRELATIONAL not causational. This means that those studies that were done in the past that have now been debunked about artificial sweeteners causing cancer said there was a correlation between cancer and the sweetener, and there were only a few that said this and they could not be replicated!! If a study cannot be replicated it is usually regarded as false.
A really small slice of cake with a tiny pastry fork. Or a really well arranged fruit salad, again with that sort of a fork. Something like this, but more delicate.
This isn't really sexy, its more cute. I always picture myself all bony and eating one little cake pop, or other pastel colored sweets/candies.
I leave the house without any money, usually to go study / window shop.
No money = can't buy food. Not in house = can't raid the kitchen.
I also use TrackYourFast, because it has a countdown to when I can break my fast and it's so easy to look at it and say, "Oh, I only have 4 hours left, I can do this!"
I don't fast extended periods of time though. I do 20-hr intermittent fasts every day, and eat roughly ~500 in that open 4-hour window.
For a vegan powder this should work. If you have 3 and half scoops it'll be 105 gs protein and 525 calories.

Try to find a liquid version where the ingredients are only sucralose and water. Sucralose has no calories, but the packets of sucralose are mixed with dextrose and maltodextrin (since it only takes the tiniest amount of sucralose to sweeten as much as sugar, it needs something to bulk it up basically) which unfortunately do have calories. This goes for most other powdered sweeteners too. Walmart used to have liquid sucralose but I think it was discontinued. Here’s one on amazon though

Edit: Actually this one seems like a better value https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009L3HWV2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_rWrFAbHYB5SG6
I have this food scale. It's on sale right now for $9 on Amazon. I love it, I've found it to be very accurate.
I honestly would say it has made my food anxiety both better and worse. Like I know for a fact I'm not underestimating what I'm eating which helps me. But also I now weigh literally everything I eat, including slices of bread or rice cakes or whatever else.
My book is out!!!!!!! It's now available for Kindle - for FREE through Saturday! Grab it now, because it goes up to $2.99 on Sunday. Please be awesome and leave a review - that's how books climb the charts on Amazon.
It'll be available in paperback within the next few days - I'll update when the physical version is live!
Don't have a Kindle reader? You can download one for your phone or computer for free right from my book's page. TW: mentions of abuse, depictions of violence, lots of descriptions of food.
Hello! I don't know how many of you are filipino or familiar with filipino food but this is a simplified version of sinigang, a sour tamarind stew.
when i make this, i use shrimp or salmon.
i use tamarind soup/sinigang mix from knorr for the soup base. you can probably find it in filipino stores or amazon. here's an amazon link https://www.amazon.com/dp/B005QTFLDQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_HTQNAb4S2MWNQ
the recipe is very simple, i like mine salty and sour so adjust it to your liking. and the amount of kangkong (chinese water spinach), shrimp etc depends on how much i have on hand or how much i want to put.
chinese water spinach - 40-50g, red onion - 15g, peeled shrimp - around 90g, knorr sinigang mix - 10g
all you have to do is put some water (i put a cup or a little more than a cup) and put the chinese water spinach, onion and the sinigang mix and wait for the water spinach to wither down. then, i put my deshelled shrimp and wait for it to cook. as soon as the shrimp is done cooking, it's ready to eat. its usually done in less than 5-10 mins. you can also add some red chili if you want it spicy. or if you're lazy, put some tabasco in the soup. sometimes i eat this with a little bit of rice but most of the time, i get so full from the amount of soup that i dont need the rice.
edit: forgot to add the macros. 19g protein, 8g carbs, 4g fiber and 2g fat. so if you're on keto, this is only 4g net carbs!
Okay so you can see a show, do an exotic type workout (into to acrobatics, trampoline time, burlesque, etc) look on Groupon they always have something crazy. How about wine and painting night? There's tons of studios like that around. Massage or spa night.
Halloween is coming up so there are haunted houses, something like this: https://www.groupon.com/deals/zombie-scavengers-akron-canton?deal_option=faffe372-3401-4801-af85-8369fc0ef633 , etc. Etc
I did some googling and found you can order them on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Absolutely-Gluten-Free-Dairy-Cheese/dp/B00TRGGL6A/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1477067428&sr=8-1&keywords=absolutely+gluten-free+cauliflower+pizza
Hey!! I had almost this exact same problem. Serious splenda addiction!! On amazon they sell liquid sucralose which is truly calorie free. I bought a bottle and my coffee has been saved. Look on amazon for sucradrops or liquid sucralose. You got this, coffee can be saved!
JD Liquid Sucralose (4 fl oz) Concentrated Liquid Sweetener https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01H6AA9GG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_LiKGybV9QCZ9F
yes! i understand that!! it actual means 'in terms of treatment to obesity'.
it is also just a helpful word to search when looking for food things related to weight loss or calorie control.

I love matcha. I pretty much exclusively drink it cold and I don't have problems with lumps, but that could be a difference in the brand/quality of the matcha or the fact that I shake mine through a little strainer before I mix it with anything. Honestly, I'm sure the key player is the strainer because I just buy the cheapest culinary grade matcha I can find on Amazon that still looks halfway legit. Here is the exact matcha I use.
I use 1-2tsp of matcha depending on the time of day because it will keep me up at night. If you don't like the taste as much, I would start at 1tsp and work your way up. To consume it, I usually run it in the blender with a little agave (you could use Splenda or whatever other low calorie sweetener you like) and unsweetened soy milk or half soy milk / half water. The blender does help with mixing but I mostly do it to froth up the milk a little before pouring the whole thing over ice. IKEA sells this little whipper thing for $2.79 that I've been meaning to get. I would probably do more hot matcha if I had it because it'd work better for frothing warmed soy milk. Don't try to mix hot matcha in your blender or bright green liquid will shoot out of your blender onto everything in your kitchen. (Trust me, I lived it.) The few times I've done hot matcha, I just fully dissolved the sifted powder into a small amount of hot water before adding more water or milk and it didn't have any lumps. You could probably also try this method to make cold matcha if you don't want to use a blender.
Also, just a warning, never order matcha from Starbucks! The "matcha powder" they use comes premixed with sugar. Sugar is the first ingredient on the bag which means the sugar to matcha ratio is at least 51/49. It's a sickly sweet calorie bomb that isn't even matcha in my opinion.
I’m using a whitening gel from amazon. I put it in a mouth guard. It’s like, identical to white strips in my opinion.
Can you order this? Amazon Canada link:

According to Mayo Clinic, and Harvard health review, artificial sugars are pretty much as good or even better for you than real sugar, given their ability to fight obesity and diabetes over the real stuff. https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/in-depth/artificial-sweeteners/art-20046936

Yes to the first question, no to the second. Those beverages are all at leas 99% water. Even food is mostly water, and therefore hydrating. Check out this article and this one too.
Hi, I'm not far-sighted myself but I know of people who have used a far-sighted makeup mirror with great results.
I think you can find them on amazon at the moment but I don't have link I'm afraid.
Edit: I think they have a much higher magnification than everyday make-up mirrors
Edit 2: I found this one if it'll help?
B- Bronk, caffeine pill, mango passion fruit tea (0) =0
L- Crackers (140), laughing cow (35), green giant veggies (100) =275
D- Not sure but I might finally get that salad I have been craving because I'll be eating alone! I am prepping some food so hopefully I'll just eat that.
S- Sunflower seeds (95) and chocos for the entire week I'll count today! (173), tea (0) =268
T- 543-0 net=543
SO... I found these tiny chocolate candies in a plastic thing that are 173 calories for the entire thing (It says 170 on the container but I checked online as well, amazon says 180... I'm going to have to just go in the middle cause I'm too lazy to add another entry to MFP) and eating just ~5 of them makes me feel like I ate chocolate and fixes the craving (which is rare for me, but I usually eat a few kisses and that's way more cals when I can't stop). They are called Choco Baby. Very excited about them! I am just logging the entire thing today and the I'll munch on the until I run out for the next week or so, and when I get a new one just keep doing that. No more kisses!
Oh yeah and I weighed myself even though I wasn't supposed to and it wasn't as bad as I thought it might be from the few weeks of maintenance/binge sessions. I also ate about 2500mg sodium yesterday soooo... who knows. Just going to keep on the path of restriction and see at the end of February! MUST BE PATIENT.
Link, if anyone's looking for one.
$32.99, eligible for free shipping and Prime 2 day, fulfilled by Amazon.
Sure as hell beats out my mechanical scale that doesn't even really have same-kg precision, let alone decimal points (unless you develop superhuman eyes ._.)
I have one. It lets me accurately figure out calories in homemade food so I can portion better. I bought the one that the TDEE calculator recommends on amazon. I like it a ton, the batteries are included, it’s accurate af (I test it with water occasionally since 1ml = 1g) and it’s easy to clean. I used to underestimate things in oz all the time, now my guesses are pretty spot on. Working on getting grams accurate now.
Just looked up Centrum Adults! It actually looks decent! The main issue with those gummy multivitamins is how they're not comprehensive enough for people like us with messed up diets, like how they often lack adequate vitamin A, panthothenic acid, and other more obscure nutrients. Typically, those candylike vitamins are heavy on vitamin C and the vitamin B family, which are definitely not enough. If I were you, I'd keep on taking the Centrum if you want! I researched multivitamins here on Labdoor and I personally take these. Also, friendly advice that horse pills are way, way easier to swallow if you swallow them with food! I hate swallowing pills with just liquid. I gag. But if I eat food like I chew it up, still have it in my mouth, and pop the pill in the there, I can swallow it easily as long as I move the pill towards the back of my throat ideally nestled in the food I'm going to swallow. It might sound gross, but it makes life so much easier. My personal favorite way to take vitamins is with yoghurt like that. I often don't even feel the horse pills I swallow down. Take care! :D
The WW Handheld was like an early MFP. It had all the points formula built in. Looked like a calculator. I would input my stuff, delete it, then hide it back in her "secret" spot.
https://www.amazon.com/Weight-Watchers-Electronic-Tracker-Calculator/dp/B0041DQ9R0
This is what I get! 25 kcal/serving. It's pretty good, imo. I can find it in some grocery stores in the US.
Check these out! https://smile.amazon.com/Energy-Granola-Chocolate-Peanut-Butter/dp/B01DQ3G4WK?sa-no-redirect=1
Granola bars with caffeine :)
This type of miso soup, roasted seaweed snacks, pickles, sardines in water.
Munchies are the WORST. I have the same problem. To combat it, I just save all my calories for the end of the day, when I'll be smoking.
Another thing I do is stock up on nori packages from Costco. They're a fucking life saver!!! They're salty and crispy, and the best part is one package is only 100 cals, and there's quite a few sheets in there. The fiber from the seaweed fills me up, and with a big bottle of water, my munchies are usually satisfied without me hating myself or feeling like I ruined the day.
There is a TedTalks that I watched a year ago that changed by wourld
ETA: PLEASE everyone on this thread watch this video. It is amazing. I want to tell every other commented to see it
If the betting aspect doesn't appeal to you, you might try Beeminder instead. It punishes you if you fail, but there's no payoff at the end. That might help keep some people more honest.
Posted this a little while ago, and since then I bought this "Stride Air Walker Elliptical" from Amazon. NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED, which was a huge deal maker for me. It just take a few twisty-knobby things and it's pretty much ready to go out of the box. So far, awesome. First time I've exercised since spring! :D I just need to get some WD-40 for it-- it's nearly silent, just has one squeaky part.
Another user on this sub posted that the book Brain Over Binge cured her bingeing, and I was feeling very desperate like you sound here, so I bought the book immediately. I got it on Kindle so I started reading it right away, and I couldn't stop reading. I'm almost done with it, and it's already helped stop a binge for me twice.
I've been trying to find the post I saw the comment in so I can thank the person who posted it, because I honestly feel "cured" right now. It's only been 2 days so of course I don't know if I am but I feel very positive.
Here's a link to in on Amazon for anyone interested: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01AZQJ1D0
Guys won't notice and if they do it means they're already WAY up in your business so definitely won't care at that point.
I had some stretch marks on my boobs that always bothered me 'cause I just look down and BAM! So I went browsing on amazon and settled on this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OTZ28DE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It worked pretty well for my stretch marks which were generally unnoticeable unless under harsh light.
These are the ones I was thinking of, but there are a few more brands on amazon as well.
I have this one from Amazon. As far as I can tell, it's very accurate. I do a lot of baking so sometimes I'll measure ingredients by both volume and weight to check the accuracy, and the scale always matches up to what it should be based on the volume. Having a food scale is a life saver, highly recommend!
I just bought: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B00M8FXDIQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
a few days ago and it's coming in on Friday (im so excited)!
I was trying to get: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N1UX8RW/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A1WXKQ3NWKC8WT&psc=1
But however it wasn't available for Canadian Amazon so i got the one above instead.
This one gives the same readings + a bit more however you need to download an (free) app with it. This one is ~$28 USD
Digital Body Weight Bathroom Scale by Balance, High Accuracy, Large Glass Top, Backlit Display, Precision Measurements https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01929N69G/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_CEGFAb06XTBJH
Just purchased this one via Amazon! Much better than the old scale my parents had!
I got mine from the Wish app for like $4 but you can get them from Amazon for like $10-$12.
Don’t know where you’re from but I do the same thing of looking at Fitbit / other trackers and never buying them cause I can’t justify the price.
If you have amazon, they’re not too expensive now. £159.02 for the peach Versa: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07B9WFFJV?tag=22&th=1&psc=1
I use lose it. You can plan your meals in advance and it has a ton of food data. You can just scan a barcode on the food's package and it adds it to your log.

I have a fasting friendly magnesium supplement I found on amazon! It doesn’t taste great (I usually just mixed a teaspoon with water and chug), a little chalky and doesn’t mix with cold beverages really well, but it helps a ton with sleeping (relaxes muscles) and I’ve heard it helps a lot with muscle cramps. I have a friend who gets cramps in his legs due to an auto-immune disorder, he takes 1/4 teaspoon in the morning to help with it. I definitely suggest it!
BulkSupplements Pure Magnesium... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00GW5NX8I?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
It’s a huge bag so it’ll last forever. I like this because melatonin makes me feel groggy the next morning :)

If you take a look at the function stack of each type, you might get a better idea of where you align. I wasn't sure if I was a true INFJ because I would on occasion score INFP, but after reading the function stacks and how they all differ, I was able to pinpoint which type I am, even when the E/I and J/P scales fluctuate.
https://www.quora.com/Myers-Briggs-Type-Indicator/How-are-ENTPs-different-from-INTPs
Jump on here and look at answer number 2. Some of these differences between the two will help you make a better decision. The function stack affects how each of these two types deal with certain situations and how they gather and process information.
Something is off, and sound like they may not be following the right Mayo Clinic diet. There is absolutely no way the mayo clinic diet is dissorderes or under 1200 calories/day
https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/weight-loss/in-depth/mayo-clinic-diet/art-20045460
It even suggests "unlimited fruits and veggies" (because most people wont eat enough produce to go into a calorie surplus)
The mayo clinic in MN serves ridiculously healthy food made from in season produce and often locally sourced! In the cafeteria everything us labeled with calorie counts too! Sorry for the rant; I spent alot of time at that particular hospital over the past few years.
Also this does not negate the fact that your roommates are rude to you for your diet choice. My roommates did keto and even though the every day bacon was sometimes hard for me(the sweet smell of bacon ohgod) I was never anything but encoraging. I can't do keto because of some stomach conditions I have, but it can work for others and there is no reason to be snarky because people choose different things.
I googled it and this came up - https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/guide/muehrcke-lines-of-the-fingernails
If it is this, then its a lack of albumin in your body which can be fixed by eating more protein. I'd talk to your doctor though because it could be a symptom of like more serious issues
Yeah it's just on the TP. This tea isn't even laxative, i'm thinking maybe just the warm drink is helping getting things moving? I have no idea.
:o that looks good! I may try these and just keep them at work.
>> Here's the thing: BDD does not make you see things that don't exist, it just makes all your flaws look x100 worse.
> >if it is true, i'm fucked. i need to stop believing people when they say i'm seeing things that aren't there. :/
I don't agree with that at all. I'm sorry that comment made you feel this way. Please know your experience is valid.
BDD involves both real and perceived (imagined) flaws. Sometimes our brains just make shit up. Sometimes minor flaws become overwhelming.
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/body-dysmorphic-disorder/symptoms-causes/syc-20353938
>Being extremely preoccupied with a perceived flaw in appearance that to others can't be seen or appears minor
>BDD is a body-image disorder characterized by persistent and intrusive preoccupations with an imagined or slight defect in one's appearance.
I've seen some drinking games with gaming, but replaced with workouts! Like, everytime you die, do five pushups. Etc. I don't know if that's applicable. Like this????
Technically speaking you described it as a "wicked powerful statement", I assumed you were using the good wicked, the slang. But if you were using the bad I was wrong for assuming you took it in a good way, but my other points still stand. And playing the fool on not thinking BDSM equipment on a kid isn't weird even despite her being fully clothed is you probably pretending to be naive, if this even did happen. 🤔
It's on Groupon for $199.99!
Well it says here:
https://www.fatsecret.com/calories-nutrition/dairy-queen/ice-cream-cake
240 calories for a 120 gram slice. I really have no idea how to estimate what 120 grams of ice-cream cake looks like....do you have any tips?
I almost always listen to my Pandora station. It's mostly dreamy electronic with lots of breathy female vocals, but there's other stuff thrown in.
Amazon had a deal on the Jayone 24-packs recently for $7 each which was an insane deal. I bought 4 boxes of 24 packs each. It looks like the 24-pack is $19 now.
People seem to like this brand that's a 16-pack for $12: https://www.amazon.com/Premium-Natural-Roasted-Seaweed-Calorie/dp/B01ECY8I1W/ref=sr_1_2_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1486751177&sr=1-2&keywords=roasted+seaweed
I get them in HEB because I live in Texas. You can get them from Walmart or Target as well. You can also order off of Amazon. They're kind of expensive, but actually a little cheaper than Quest Bars if you buy the 12 pack online.
https://www.amazon.com/Power-Crunch-Triple-Chocolate-1-4-Ounce/dp/B000FRUMBK
I've tried the Mocha and the Triple Chocolate and both are amazing.
I've never had lavender gum but I absolutely adore violet flavored gum and mints. The brand is Chowards. You can buy it at World Market but I like it so much I buy it in bulk on Amazon, haha.
I got these from Amazon a while back and I really like them: https://www.amazon.com/Transparent-Hardcover-Wirebound-Notebook-2-8-27inX5-67in/dp/B01ECY4X8O
It's a 2-pack, and I like the spiral-bound feature. They're inexpensive so if you're just getting started with bujo, you don't have to spend a ton of money to find out that you aren't keeping up with it.
Maybe I'm the minority here, but I think Quest bars taste like ass.
However, I highly endorse ONE bars (Amazon linky ). They have a bit more calories, and trust me, they're worth it. Pretty much the same macros as Quest, but they taste soooo good.
I think the link is for birthday cake flavor, which I personally haven't tried (and am generally not a fan of). But I've had peanut butter pie, almond bliss, and maple donut, and they were all amazing.
I just bought this bike off Amazon and I really like it so far. Seems solid and works well! Exerpeutic Folding Magnetic Upright Bike with Pulse https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007595TKU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_whQIEGVgbgszp
Grocery store my local Walmart and Safeway carry it
Also on amazon
It’s my lazy go to
I’m of Indian descent so I prefer making my own and tweaking the flavors to my taste Fresh beats concentrate any day lol
Not terribly. I mean, it's a bit of an expense up front but the bottle will last you months. Here is a decent one from Amazon that's under $10.
Edit: This one doesn't have any potassium, so you'll still want to supplement electrolytes. But it has a quarter of your magnesium, plus a bunch of other good stuff like B vitamins, calcium, iron, etc.
I think that’s the exact one I use... I got it on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0007Y9WHQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_IimWBb70GBZ5Q
I love that you can change the blades and idk $22 was within my budget. The only issue I have is that it’s hard to clean but I think that goes for most spiralizers.
Yeah! I'm currently using this one:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074ZMT18V/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&th=1
Although now I see they have a blue plaid one (i got the pink one)... It's not very big but that also makes it more portable. I used to have a Queen sized one that I got from Kholes but it short-circuited on me twice (I replaced it and it happened again).
I don't use this blanket enough yet but it's been pretty warm! It has a 2 hour timer. The blanket I used to have was a 8hour timer which may have been too much.
Also the one I linked is a weird throw/wrap blanket so it has a cut halfway down the middle so you can use it as a wrap like the models in the amazon stock images...
It's so hard finding a good one because every electric blanket I look into has some bad reviews but IMO, still worth getting!
uhm re: flair, you could also just download sync for reddit instead of using the official reddit mobile app. it's a lot better imo.... see i can edit my flair https://imgur.com/a/xThjI
and welcome
The capsules are cheaper than the powder. I quickly found this one for $6. I would look more into the brand options, but at least you know its not $20 a pop.
There's a bunch that look kind of like this. There are different flavors and types and brands so you can pick which you prefer.
190 So identical on the cookie dough flavor, and ~20 higher on the brownie (than a quest bar)
So you could do something to distract you from binging AND make money. Amazon has this Mechanical Turk program. You basically do stupid menial tasks (like type what someone wrote on a box on a form) and you get .25 cents, etc. It doesn't pay a TON but I have $60 right now just from doing it when I am bored here and there. They will either give it to you in amazon credit or pay it to you directly. It is completely legit. Sometimes I log into it when I need to get my mind off of something and it helps.
Oh, don't worry, I looked it up and just found out that grape sugar is just a literal translation of the term my native language uses for glucose...
The specific product I keep in my bag at all times is this one, I don't know if it's also available on the other side of the pond, but there's probably some equivalent.
Bigelow spiced apple cider tea. It smells amazing and the taste is actually pretty full. I use two bags to a pot. It's cheaper in bulk on amazon
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003UGS4T0/?coliid=IB4VGFNE4COA6&colid=WQ25ULE4PSNM&psc=0&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it im looking into buying this supplement for it which isnt too awful. still kimda spendy but it could be a lot worse
Instant is so expensive here so I purchase this bundle from Amazon - Nagatanien Instant Low Sodium Miso Soup Sampler - 6 Flavors, 12 Servings https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00851Y03Y/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apap_SgvDktnpTa9nm
It's not aa good as making it yourself but it's the best instant I've found.
buy one!!! so worth it https://www.amazon.com/Spiralizer-Vegetable-Strongest-Heaviest-Gluten-Free/dp/B00GRIR87M
Ive taken accutane twice, and I definitely recommend cerave for moisturizer, some korean sheet masks these specifically , and dr dans cortibalm (also on amazon somewhere) for lip moisturizer. The cortibalm is literally the only lipbalm Ive ever had be able to handle the dryness of accutane.
Oh and a humidifier for when you sleep if you start getting nosebleeds.
Yeah, just google vegetarian/vegan vitamin D capsule/softgel (example: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009MHS9RI). But why do you need to take the 2,000 IU ones? You can just take 2 x 1,000 IU, unless you're talking about the higher cost per IU for the lower concentration ones. But even that isn't too prohibitive.
I like death wish. Its a ton of caffeine and it helps me to not drink energy drinks.

I don’t use my more expensive one that often. It’s cool, but I find I use my little tiny one 99% of the time. It’s super accurate and easy to whip out.

This is the one
I am also trying to stop. I had a 12 day run pretty recently. It's hard! I don't even really "binge." It's just "regular meals" that make me feel overly full and then I just can't cope with that sensation. I am trying to delay purging and just increase my ability to deal with feeling full, or distract myself in some way. This book is also really good: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0393711285/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Yes and THIS ONE is my FAVORITE
https://www.amazon.com/American-Weigh-AWS-100-Digital-Resolution/dp/B0012LOQUQ
It’s tiny, extremely accurate, and tares back to zero super quickly (unlike almost every other scale I’ve tried).
And the best part is that it’s only $10 :)

I bought these off Amazon. I've been a big fan so far.
Sweet Tides, The Richest Man in Babylon, Letter to the Editor, Saudade, Lebanese Blonde, Beautiful Drug, Omid (Hope), Thief Rockers
They've been around for 20 years, so there's a ton, and there are a lot of varying styles in their music too. I'd say find a playlist online and give a few a listen. I think my favorites right now are Sweet Tides (an older song) and Thief Rockers (off their new album).
They work with a lot of singers too so the songs vary a lot. The only constant in the band is the two guys who write the music and do the electronic aspects of it. Very chill.
Right now I use a digit weight watchers scale but I really want this one. PS I HATE having my period, weighed myself this morning and I'm so bloated I'm only down .6 since yesterday when I was so bloated I was (TMI) gassy all day.
Oh man I wish you could order online or find this one: it’s $9 and it’s insanely accurate and perfect for food:
Just an update! I ended up with the Nokia Body Cardio https://www.amazon.com/Nokia-Body-Cardio-Health-Composition/dp/B072BGYHLK/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1510023870&sr=8-3&keywords=nokia+body+cardio
I bought this recently because I wanted one that looked nice and this definitely does! (It's also one of the top rated on Amazon) https://www.amazon.com/Etekcity-Digital-Bathroom-Technology-Included/dp/B00F3J9G1W/ref=sr_1_6_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1508309119&sr=8-6&keywords=black+body+scale

wet your hands before you use any kind of cream and look into a lotion that's less thick/greasy. Here's a good, economical option: https://www.amazon.com/MIZON-Snail-Recovery-Cream-fl-oz/dp/B00NTR9B6A/ref=sr_1_6_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1503449611&sr=1-6&keywords=mizon
word of warning, mine gets very hot if you use it for more than 20 minutes. i have been using it for 15, resting 5, then continuing.
I haven't tried it, but this stuff is getting great reviews. Might be worth a shot if you've got the funds? https://www.amazon.com/Ultrax-Labs-Caffeine-Stimulating-Shampoo/dp/B007SZCG0C/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_sims?ie=UTF8#customerReviews
I have a tiny one and it's my favorite:
American Weigh Scales AWS-600-BLK Digital Personal Nutrition Scale, Pocket Size, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000O37TDO/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_wK2zzbE4CAGG2
Extremely accurate and it scales very quickly
This book has been helpful to some people who are trying to stop binge eating: https://www.amazon.com/Brain-over-Binge-Recovery-Guide/dp/0984481745/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1500762860&sr=8-2&keywords=binge+eating
Didn't work for me, but a lot of people found it to be a useful tool.
that is adorable oh my goodness!! I got a ten pack from Amazon, and the reason I chose those were because they were microwavable! Plus the portion spots looked small and I was right. Of course you could load them up if you wanted to but I didn't and it still "tricked" my mind like restaurant plates and portions do haha. It looks like more food so it feels like more food. I'll probably post a picture sometime of the meals I've made and their calorie counts! They don't take up a bunch of space and I like that they come with reusable sporks :)

Sometimes I get bad anxiety at work and that's a disaster, what I do is get up and go for a walk. It's a tall building so I'll go up and down stairs for about 10 minutes until my blood is rushing around. It doesn't take long for biological processes to start kicking in and override what's going on in my brain by moving my body. Sometimes I can't walk, though, like if I'm stuck in a meeting, so I have a hand grip strength trainer (like an extra strong stress ball) and focus on my breathing. Sometimes I just sit on the toilet and cry for a minute, and that's OK and helps. Anxiety super sucks so I hope you are talking to someone about it. Journaling is another good option to just let it all out.
I drink 4-8 cups of coffee with a few Stok shots thrown in throughout the day depending on his bad I'm dragging. Plus 2-3 Sugar Free Rockstars a day. I have a really high caffeine tolerance.
I get these. It takes awhile to get used to all the extra fiber but if you can deal with being gassy for awhile they fill you up and kill the appetite.
