I also recall O'Donnel saying somewhere that he didn't understand the dialogue he was recording due to the substantial cuts, but don't quote me kn that. If I find a link I will post it.
I mean, if you read the page about the notation method, it's pretty straight forward.
You use that to interpret the notes as... well... notes and make the association from there.
I'm terribly non-musical, so I took the round-about route of manually translating it into standard staff notation and plugging it into https://flat.io/
Once I hit play, I recognized the tune immediately -- all it took was 30 mins of me bashing my head against my desk trying to put a name to it -- and bingo.

I'm guessing PC? If using an NVIDIA card, you should be able to setup Shadowplay. If AMD, there's ReLive. If on console however, each console has media share options that allow you to screenshot and upload to a cloud service or local device.
Thats kinda how i see it. But yes, i agree it could also be a morse code, braille, something code. Or it could be glowing crystals with no underlying reason.

This is how this video made me feel. Triple checking that it was all <30 seconds, my hope is gone. I always hoped it was something secret with the gorgons.
Someone now needs to sound sample each gorgon dying. Maybe they make different tones, and we need to play a song. Somebody give me hope that there's still a mystery.

Slide 4 of this presentation has plenty of the known Hive runes, if you want to compare it from there. I think there were a few others from the Xenophage rune puzzles, but I'm not sure.

So once you go up the portal to the terminus as soon as you hit the ground you can look right. Theres a large vex tower that you can climb, it took me a while and its a bit of a puzzle but I believe I got to what would be the last spot you can reach. Its the perfect sized room for a chest or something, however I think that you have to do something special in order to activate it, and I have no clue what that is. FYI I am using a hunter with bones of eao and barely making some of these jumps so not sure how plausible it is for other classes/if there are other ways up this thing.

I don't exactly know what to make of it...
I'm up to around 17,000 parsed now, and nothing yet, so it's not looking likely, I'm just going to leave it running to see how far it can get.
That said I'd still like to think that it means something. Perhaps after some interaction with the Gorgons the two special ones will be revealed?
I'm not sure what that is, but like others I can't help but feel the "found prey" / "grows stronger" messages are important. I did have a theory that perhaps they need to be killed in a specific order, and only that order (i.e. you have to wipe if you kill the wrong one.) And perhaps the messages will let us know we've killed the correct one.
In the video of the team killing all 8 Gorgons at once I counted 8 "strongers" but only 6 "found pray", which mightmean something or might just be a bug.

This is nothing but a lighting issue. Light is passing through a pillar on the left as if it's not there. As you pan over to the right or aim, the light becomes blocked by the pillar on the left causing the "flash" on the right pillar to go away. Can recreate this 100%. See video below.

Attempted your theory last night. We couldn't get enough people willing to test, so we had to 3 man it. We never finished the 3rd conflux wave so I am unsure what happens, but what we did find was an anomaly with the right conflux. https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=E7079DE61C28DDCA!118&authkey=!AFXZft0yLK7bCrQ&ithint=video%2cmp4 We had 3 people. For each conflux wave, we let 3 Vex sacrifice to the available conflux. We prevented the fourth sacrifice so we would not fail. There was no set pattern in which we let the vex sacrifice, I covered the right conflux on the second and third wave and I let the first three Vex sacrifice but the other conflux sacrifices were random. This glowing conflux did not appear every time we let exactly 3 Vex sacrifice. I do not know if this signifies anything or simply just a visual glitch, but I strongly agree this is something that has to be done both here and at gatekeepers.

It's right after entering the gate to the Raid. I'm sure it's been found before as it isn't very difficult to get to. I doubt there is anything to it, though =/
You can work out the actual distance for your run if you would like, the longest part of the room between doors 0 and 3 is 125-130m (I measured with DARCI but needed an enemy at opposite side of the room so its not exact), using this site you can calculate the rest of the doors https://www.omnicalculator.com/math/hexagon 1+5 are the same distance apart as are 2+4, you already know the frequency as you have mapped the turns.

I tried to work out whether the total distance was anywhere near a true marathon when I did the maths a few days ago, it isnt even close. My best guess is around the 80km mark without the corridors. Obviously you realise that this is not a map of the maze, this is a map to the key that led to bastion. Take door 1 four times to see what I mean, so it will likely be anti climactic when you reach the other side but the maze doesnt end.

LFG sites all suck. The official Destiny 2 companion app made by Bungie has a tab of realtime LFG posts and it's a good time, especially now as people are straining to finish all the content before it Vaults.
