This show included plenty of old re-hashed material which I cut out. However, I did leave in the gun montage at the end because I thought it was fun. The myths are pretty lame on the whole ('Hero Never Gets Hit' in particular) but I have started to notice that the editing is subtly changing for the better. Could this have something to do with the popularity of Streamline?? Do any of the MB crew subscribe here?? My enormous ego would love to think so!

Myths:
In this episode the Mythbusters and "Mythbuilders" test:

You can use a program like CCExtractor to get the subtitles into an .srt format. One thing of note is that they are in ANSI format, which means any special characters like music notes will not show up correctly. Only thing I have found to get around this is to use Notepad++ and change it to UTF-8 format, and replace the special characters manually.

After all of this, you can use a tool like MKVToolNix to combine it all into a single .mkv file. I have been doing this to download Storm Chasers. It took me some time to figure out the subtitles due to the EIA-608 format. Good to know that MPC-HC doesn't support EIA-608, but VLC does.

Can you please stop using depoistfiles? They force users to wait 60 seconds per download, then do a capatcha, and the download speeds are awful. A better site would be something like http://www.4shared.com/ or even better just upload a torrent that way you don't have to worry about the file being taken down.

You could also use the torrent option to download that specific episode or any other ones that you need to get hold of as the torrent route is unlikely to be taken offline.
