We use Citrix Sharefile: https://www.sharefile.com/pricing
With Sharefile, we have an upload button on our website, as well as in the signature of email. It also includes a gmail extension for sending files, which works well for our firm.
The upload link was made within Sharefile, where everything goes to a "website" folder and we get notified by email. Clients don't have to login, and simply need to give their email address and name for logging purposes.
We've had it for a while and I may be on an old billing plan. Ours is around $30 a month, which has 2 logins and Citrix RightSignature access. Works well for our needs!
1)Print out a blank 2015 1095-A.
2) The client has to call 1-(800) 318-2596 Healthcare.Gov and ask to be given the information over the phone to fill in the blank 1095-A for tax year 2015, or give authorization for you to fill in the form.
3) also if there is a State tax return, yes they are able to give you the phone number to the state health care exchange and you may be able to print out a blank state health care form and also be given the information over the phone from the state.
If you new wife did not make the 100% (or 133%) poverty level threshold to purchase insurance through the exchange, she should have a rejection letter from them that will excuse her from the mandate penalty.
If she didn't apply and get rejected, then you can try reviswing the marketplace exemptions for any that match to apply for an exemption certificate.
Sometimes, the client can access the information directly from the HealthCare marketplace website. There username is usually their email address. Or if they do not have an account, they can create one and then print out the 1095-A for 2015.
1) log in/ sign up
2) click "welcome"
3) "my profile"
4)"my applications & coverage"
5)"2015 XXX application for & Individual & Family Coverage"
6) "tax forms"
7) "download pdf"
https://www.loom.com/ I use this service for recording certain step by step instructions for clients or staff. Did this heavily for when I was leaving my CFO position and I was in charge of preparing state agency filings that were a pain with no instructions how you go about. I essentially recorded my screen and explained what I was doing, how I came to my figures and etc. Before then the client was using a so called "bible" they kept with copies of reports done but didn't really show you how to actually get it done.
I use/pay for one on my own dime. Dashlane. I've used it for several years. I think it's definitely worth the annual cost of something like $60. It also includes a vpn.
They have a business/enterprise version too.
I use a Dell XPS 15 along with the this docking station: Plugable Universal Laptop Docking Station, 4K Dual Monitor and it works great. I'd recommend double checking your tax software's system requirements for the laptop purchase.
Also, check cash-back sites like Rakuten. Dell is 15% cash back right now.

Take a look at [https://syncthing.net/](Syncthing). It offers file synchronization, Dropbox-style, from computer A to computer B without any middle-man servers, and encrypting the data before the transmission. It just works.
has EVERYTHING and pretty cheap, which makes me wonder?

> but then clients would insist on pinging you on there, so it just became another email you had to check, so we switched to Zoom.
Not for long. They're coming out with Zoom phone: https://zoom.us/phonesystem
Hey, thanks for running through this. We have some insights ourselves for AB5 solutions. Mind giving us some feedback on Product Hunt? https://www.producthunt.com/posts/gigproof
The ones I have seen have unlimited clients and the monthly fee is per user (meaning partner, or other with their own login)
One that I am really thinking about is SuiteDash
Also check with accounting organizations. Some provide them with the membership.
Same! I’m reading an outdated (but actually an entertaining read b/c the author presents everything with movie references) It’s called The Art of an Estate Tax Return Amazon link: Art of the Estate Tax Return https://www.amazon.com/dp/0984436189/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_NSKBB4RBGXR1MHSH8575
I found the site to be very slow when testing. Also when researching people were saying support was poor and they hand a problem with extensions.
I have heard of a guy using paperspace to host drake for pennys per hour. I have got it to work for 1 user not networked. He says there is no support but his technical ability is strong.

If you have an extra computer on the network I have found remote desktop software to work. Like zohoassist or teamviewer.
I use drake on a local pc currently with zoho assist if I am away from that PC.
I am Currently Using Agado.io for Task Management. This Software is the best as i have tried using all of the other Software which are Trello, Teuxdeux, Asana etc. but then I tried this Agado.
Agado is the best because it comes with multiple features, such as Time Tracking, Team Management, Client Management, Workflow Management etc.
Here are the Complete Features of this Software.
I have used Basecamp ( https://basecamp.com/ ) with good results. They bill themselves as a project management and internal communications tool.
There is a free tier that allows up to 3 projects and I believe 20 users and a gig of storage. Definitely worth checking out.
I have been impressed with how the Amazon Basics shredder I bought 3 years ago has held up. I try not to overload it, but still do on occasion. I oil it monthly. It was very inexpensive, but I’ve never had one last this long. https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-6-Sheet-Cross-Cut-Credit-Shredder/dp/B00HFJWKWK/ref=sxin_19_trfob_obrv2_0_B00HFJWKWK?cv_ct_cx=home+shredding+machine&dchild=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI5tr04aD58gIVUR6tBh3fcwYAEAAYASAAEgIFcPD_BwE&hvadid=4595...
While it's not accounting specific, Leaders Eat Last is a worthwhile read if you want to help create a sustainable and successful firm.
Also on Windows 10 Pro and TaxAct Professional.

This is the one I use. Works with any container, and has been going strong for 2+ years. Even bought the casserole size for dinners at home (connectioned to a timer or smart plug)
As for recipes: all kinds of stuff, it doesn't have to be special. Lasagna, enchiladas, soups, stews, chicken, brisket, omlets, even the occasional MRE side dish pouch. It's just a tiny hot plate in a fool bag set to 180F so it doesn't cook out the water or overcook the food.
This won't actually be set up to teach, but if you read it cover to cover it will pretty much cover (heh) just about everything:
I, personally, love the Nutshell books for basic tax questions. It won't cover everything but it gives you some basic understanding. I think you're referring to C Corporations.
