The sound comes from display driver failure when the device is reset and loaded again in the OS, but that doesn't mean the issue is software related - after all millions of other people use the same drivers. It's not possible for me to do better than a guess from here, but first I would suspect your VGA failing when it's subject to long term heavy stress, one of the most common faults you can find. I suggest you download FurMark, which is especially useful for burn testing, and run it for a few hours. I would guess the VGA will fail and you will have your answer.
Use the Autohotkey method on pc gaming wiki for borderless window if you have issue when you switch between windows. This game currently doesn't support borderless window.

This works perfect for me.

I never heard of this but sounds really interesting. I looked up the supported games and CotW is listed. What is NVIDIA Ansel exactly?
Thought I would add some info about rabbit hunting too. Around here we have cottontails. Hunting rabbits irl is a little diffferent then in game.
Normally you wont just spot a rabbit in the open and pick it off with a .22lr. Most of the time we hunt rabbits in a group and/or with dogs. rabbit season is late fall and they are usually well hidden within the grayish dead brush. The best spots for rabbits are usually dense with briars (thorny vines) and other vegetation.
There are two methods we use, with or without dogs. If you don't have dogs, put on a good set of briar pants and set up a line of hunters to cover as much of the land as possible. March through the thicket and you will jump the rabbits from their hiding spots. Shoot them while they run with bird shot.
With trained dogs it is much easier. simply line the hunters up at the edge of the thicket, and the dogs will chase the rabbits out to you!
