I had never seen it either. Apparently, it is the back cover graphics from Rivers' Alone II album. You can see both sides of the record here on Amazon. The dude looks like Sailor Moon...
Welp I bit the bullet.
I've created a quick survey. Feel free to participate.
I listed only the released albums, not including Bonus Tracks--sorry but I figured, since not EVERYONE has access to them then they wouldn't be fair to include.
I'll leave this open for about a week.
Check out this fan cover project if you haven't already, excellent stuff. dl link towards the bottom of the page: http://weezerpedia.com/wiki/index.php?title=HOMiE_-_Volume_1
And here's some bootleg recordings: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/ad1o3khfhrymu/1997-11-04_Boston%2C_MA_(Homie)
The person who posted it took it down.
Here's a link of the files from when they were originally posted individually:
You'll need something that can play flash video files.
So blue is the target exclusive blue marble, ok human is the brick and mortar vinyl store exclusive, and Pinkerton is from Amazon and it’s a white marble. It’s on sale right bow
If you have never bought anything from Amazon.co.jp, you will need to make an account with them as your US amazon cannot be used on the Japanese site. Registering can seem daunting at first since its in Japanese, but once you get past the first screen you can change the language preference to English.
And it's very similar to the method other highly respected artists have used:

What Rivers is doing with Spotify is something he has done for years, he has created an Encylopedia of Pop in the late 90s, does this really surpirse you? Rivers is extremelly devoted to learning theory to pop song writting, of course he'd be analyzing the newest trends as well, he's been doing it ever since Post-Pinkerton era as far as I know. To get more insight into Rivers song writting, you can watch " Summer Elaine and Drunk Dori" Song Exploder episode, where he went deeply into the creation of that track.

Studying the famous music is something Rivers has always done, this is nothing new, yeah, a lot of new Pop songs suck (there are exceptions though, I mean EMOTION is a kick ass Pop album), but Pop is something Rivers and Weezer at large was always about.
I am not going to cover for Cuomo, he has made several mistakes throughout albums and decision, but his techniques do show success and I'll argue that this song is one of those successes.

"Adam Orth then went on to explain in his blog the lyric "Drivin' home on country roads, 65 in a 25 zone in my parents Tercel, how did we survive so well, throw the keys and the wheel locked up, I almost killed every one us." "As we grew older, Getting Dangerous got... well... more dangerous. We expanded to include fire, explosives, gasoline, knives, roadkill and automobiles. The stakes had to get bigger... and scarier. Rivers used to have this Toyota Tercel and he would drive me and Justin (and sometimes Matt Hayes) home after school. Since we lived in the country (as opposed to the city) there were all sorts of crazy winding roads and hills in our town. This one particularly steep hill on Gurleyville road that led down to Justin's house was epic. Steep as hell with an unreal 90 degree dead man's curve at the bottom. Growing up, I saw many cars wreck on that corner. People died there. Upping the stakes of getting dangerous resulted in a fun little game I used to call "HOLY S--T WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE." This is how we played the game. Rivers would be driving and without warning (it was never guaranteed this game would commence at the top of the hill. Always random.), Rivers would throw the car in neutral and rip the keys out of the ignition and toss them in the back seat as the steering wheel locked-up and the car careened down this deadliest of hills. The object of the game was for the screaming and terrified (and laughing) passengers to try and find the keys and get them back to Rivers in time so he could start the careening death trap up again and unlock the steering wheel to regain control of the car before we got to the bottom and died in a heap of twisted metal. How we never got as much as a scratch on us is just unbelievable."
pretty sure the deluxe vinyls are pretty rare. but i'd say your best bet is discogs.com - https://www.discogs.com/sell/list?master_id=35292&ev=mb&format=Vinyl
looks like there's one up but it's from turkey (and 64 dollars) :P.
I'm not sure what you mean...
If you're wondering how I got them, I downloaded them from YouTube using https://www.onlinevideoconverter.com/mp3-converter
You can choose what kind of file you'd like as well. I put them in my music player called foobar2000 which you can download here http://www.foobar2000.org
It’s 18x24 except it’s like 24.5 or something stupid so it fits uncomfortably in 18x24 frames. Heres a link to the one I have
I have a lot of tees and tanks, but beyond that, over the years I've also collected Weezer shoelaces, posters, calendars, belly button rings, books, etc. You could also get a bolt strap, if you play an instrument.
One of my favorite pieces of memorabilia is on Amazon for under $20: The Weezer Video Capture Device.
If you're searching for Weezer on Amazon, you'll probably be prompted to check out Rivers' Edge in your suggestion items. Let me save you some time and money--it's terrible.
I wasn’t sure about Dusty, but the other answer sounds legit. Teal is available as normal black vinyl on Amazon.

Apparently he went through a cross dressing phase, the photo was on the back cover of Alone https://www.amazon.com/Alone-Home-Recordings-Rivers-Cuomo/dp/B001IBC1GQ. Supposedly around 20 photos got shared on /mu/ but I can't find them.

edit- pink triangle answer is right

Something like this for the outro backing vocals:
Sleeping with Mother Theresa
Living in a lone fantasia
Learning to recite the Vedas
Beautiful as euthanasia
Edifer makes a decent pair for only 100 bucks. Great if you don't want to spend a lot. They can also be used as just speakers if you don't end up liking vinyl records.
That sucks, thats why I hate getting used cds.
Cheap enough on Amazon:
Nah I wish I made it, it's this really cool app. It lets you change vinyl types, speed, records, record players, etc.
Here's the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hornwerk.vinylage (I don't think it's on IOS though, sorry)
