Cant speak for the website, was just the first one I saw.
Chadwick Pocket Siren Alarm - https://www.5miles.com/item/2pj9aP8Bk0yJdNnV/chadwick-pocket-siren-vintage-original-package
Advertised as being for “personal protection”, maybe kind of like a rape whistle type of device.
How much does it weigh? I'd take it to a jewler to get tested.
That's not an actual coin in the ring, the real 1821-1947 50 peso coin is big. So it's just an engraving of the coin on a ring. Hard to say what the ring is made of though.

Use thumb tacks, like the plastic ended ones. Then hang them by the hook. It’s really the only way without damaging anything. People use the plastic panel moldings that have a channel in them, and they slide the cards into them, but it ends up destroying the edges of the cards. Example of what not to do, here.
Well, it says Challenger Steel Company, Brooklyn NY. I didn't find much about it, but found one product that showed a combination lock.

Which came from this site.

Maybe not the same desk as yours, but I'm guessing it's probably the same lock.
The only options would be to hire someone to pick it for you, or to learn as much as you can about it and then try to pick it yourself.
With only 22 numbers on the dial, if there are three wheels, that's less than 11,000 combinations, spending 10 minutes a day, you'd probably hit the combo in a couple of months. But before trying to brute force the combo, you'd need to know which way to spin the dial to get the cams to engage, otherwise it's just wasting time. So you might want to look for lockpicking subs where someone might recall the proper procedure for that lock, and maybe even give you advice on opening it. Or look around for other items for sale and email the seller to see if they know what the process to open the lock might have been.
Good luck!
Edited to add: By process, like master combo locks, you spin clockwise one full turn to clear it, then spin to the 1st number, One full rotation CCW, then continue to the 2nd number, then CW to the third. Some locks have different processes which is important to know to get the cams to engage.
People are selling them for 2x what I paid for mine now :P
https://www.5miles.com/item/E8yaJX2R4BDPoklX/dell-xps-730-gaming-desktop. I am trying to get the seller to ship it to me (he said he would). it would cost me around $350 total. shipping is around 120 at least from TX to NY. It looks nice outside but inside cable is a mess. I do not know how dusty it is inside, but I guess it would not be great.
I’m pretty sure that “AC Luxury Collection” is the brand.
Here’s one with tags still on it, and that’s even what the tag says on it.

I keep my recycling bins near the front door of my apartment. Makes it easy to throw junk mail or packaging in the paper bin, and it's not hard to put recyclables in there after cooking.
I use this storage unit (click About this product to see it), which I don't think they make anymore but you can probably find similar. It's great at not taking up much space and hiding the stuff in the bins from view. Just need to make sure you rinse out bottles and cans to avoid a smell and/or take them out frequently.
You can’t just buy an NFA item at a gun show. The tax stamp to transfer one takes a solid year to get approved.
What you are likely referring to is something that is inert milsurp. In other words, just a useless tube that’s kinda cool and costs a few hundred bucks but doesn’t actually do anything.
Here is one for sale.

Haven’t thought about that accessory for a few years. Almost bought one for the Pixie but they were always out of stock. The travel case was more of padded plastic bag or purse. Reviews indicated it was appropriate only for careful and casual excursions. Nespresso also made similar cases for the original Essenza and CitiZ.

Also search for “Pixie case by Jason Cases”, bombproof, $500!
Have seen similar auto postings on 5Miles the app - You can use the desktop URL for search but need the APP to post items for sale. Having purchased a vehicle using that app with good results and also having sold some items to individuals who were looking for what I offered, you might want to download the app and set up an account. Might be just the trick. Good luck.
I found one that sold for $100 someplace:
