I've suggested to a few people to use a site called dirpy to download the videos. Using those proxy sites like hola all seem a bit sketchy in my opinion.

If you're afraid of installing dodgy looking extensions or apps, you can use a site called dirpy to download the videos which have been region blocked. Then you can guarantee that you have the video after cbs decides to delete it as well.

Well you have the youtube videos so you could run them through Dirpy to get the MP3 the artist will get no money out of it but if there are no other options its what I would do.

I can't understand exactly what you are wanting to do, but if I get it right you can download the video as a MP3 using a tool such as dirpy, and then use a video editor to apply it over.

But beware of copyright infringement.

There's a thing known as streaming a video. Youtube streams videos, and if it downloaded every single video put in watch later, that would be laggy.

If you want to, you can manually download the video using a service such as dirpy, and play it back manually.

EDIT: holy shit!! this is a 12 HOUR video. I thought it was a 12 minute vid. LOL whoa, i don't know if i will download this after all. give it a go if you are brave. set the MP3 kbps from 265 to 128 kbps to get a smaller file. :D
