Oni plate svojom kreditnom/debitnom karticom, a tebi pare legnu na taj Payoneer racun, a ovde ces imati njihovu MasterCard debitnu karticu i njom mozes da placas i/ili da podizes dinare sa bilo kog bankomata. E sad ovo i nije bas legalno, jer si zaobisao porez i sve ostale stvari sto bi morao da platis drzavi. Ali niko nece da te cima za manje zarade. Sto se tice samog Payoneera, servis je vrhunski i proveren, mnogo ljudi iz Srbije ga koristi godinama bez problema.

Sto se tice Paypala, njega nase institucije mnogo vise prate i moze da se desi da imas problema ako povlacis pare, narocito vece pare, a nemas firmu/ne placas poreze. Za PP konkretno ti je neophodan devizni racun u banci i ti sa PP povlacis pare na taj racun. Ako imas firmu neces imati nikakvih problema. Recimo neko generalno pravilo je da se za ovakve slucajeve isplati najvise da se registrujes kao preduzetnik i da placas pausalni porez, troskovi za to prema drzavi su fiksni svakog meseca, zavisi od dosta faktora, ali recimo da mogu da se krecu u rasponu od 10 do 30k dinara, za to ces morati vise da istrazis i sam da razmislis da li ti se isplati. Postoje i drugi oblici preduzetnika, pausalno nije najisplativije za sve slucajeve, ali to je skroz druga tema.

That is possible but I don't know the exact rules. But at least you need to have U.S or international bank account. I don't think it's that hard to do it these days (Check https://www.payoneer.com/en/).

Payoneer is what you're after. I use it for mTurk etc.

Minimum withdrawal is $50. No fees. They make their money on (the incredible reasonable) exchange rate.

Payoneer switched many users to using Choice Bank issued cards and told us this is going to be a new way payoneer will be operating. It was official message from Payoneer, that we're being moved to Choice Pay, their "new brand"... as for why this scam was pulled only on some users it's probably best to ask Payoneer themselve because they send us the emails and the cards...

Now we can't access our money because Choice Bank has gone BANKRUPT, Payoneer is closing this "brand" and also Payoneer told us we should get our money ourselves, because first they told us what nice business partner it is and how much better the cards will be, then they claimed that there is no problem and we'll be getting money very soon, and now they claim that they have nothing to do with them. So in the end, Payoneer can't extract any money out of Choice Bank and told the users that we should call/sue/beg/whatever the bank THEY'RE USING - ourselves, while we don't even have accounts there.

Yes, probably because you haven't been moved to new "version" of thieir system called First Choide Pay. But taking into account how the FCB situation was handled i wouldn't be so sure that one day (probably sooner than later) your money won't be locked too. And you'll be forced to deal with some bank in some remote part of the world, where there are no regulation to protect customers. By a company that is REFUSING to tell its users where it has its HQ, which is fishy anyway... that company isn't telling anyone where it is registered.

Unionbank EON and then you can also apply for a Payoneer for instant transactions; because transfers usually take 3 days or more.

Chaturbate makes international payments either by

1. just mailing you a check, which you can deposit in your bank
2. putting money in your Payoneer or Paxum account; those companies give you a debit card, which you can use to make purchases or withdraw cash from ATMs.

alot of the Visa Debit cards that are issues are for local use only.

I'd look at getting a Credit card issued but a local bank or
something like payoneer. I know a few people who use payoneer to collect payments as well as make payments. They can withdraw from local atms also.

Did you get a support address from them when you got your contract through? That would probably be the best place to enquire.

Have a look at Payoneer. You could set up an account in EUR and then use the prepaid debit card to withdraw from an ATM.

NOTE: haven't used Payoneer this way so I don't know what the fees will be. I've used it to transfer funds and the fees are lower than other ways I've tried.

I'm in Hong Kong/China and Stripe interested me because of the Alipay convenience. Unfortunately, only in the US now. Hate that. To use Payoneer for Chinese clients, the toughest part is the Payoneer signup - if you get past that, and I didn't, your clients can pay you easily. https://www.payoneer.com/billing-service/ If they are on Payoneer and many are, free payments between users apply. Be prepared to provide a PERSONAL bank account, proof of private residence (utility bills etc.). I deal with business clients and they normally have international PayPal or can send payments directly to my bank. Without knowing more about your client types and your business, I can't be more specific. Western Union is an option but only available in larger Chinese cities.

have you looked into payoneer? i have a reddit friend from germany who is looking into getting payoneer to receive and send money as well and from what they said they are able to transfer their paypal funds to the payoneer account and they also have a debit card as well to get access to their funds. just an idea, i know you are really needing a cc for this paypal thing but i am not sure how many people would be willing to give out that type of information online tbh. i would love to help you but i cannot with my card because like i said in one of my comments that the card you link to the account the name has to match the paypal account holders name and also if i remember correctly to verify that it is your account , they send 2 small deposits to that card and when you get the deposits you verify the amounts with them as well. i am not sure about the fees or anything associated with payoneer so not sure if it is too pricey to have monthly or not. Payoneer is an old and reliable service that I've been using for quite a while with Upwork and Fiverr and is just as good as PayPal for freelancers.
