Untappd is a great way to do this. I've used it as my beer log since March and it has only gotten better.
While you check in to beers you can also leave notes about the beer, wether you had it in bottle or on draft, and anything else you want to include.
Judging by my Untappd:
Quilmes Cristal
Creemore Springs Premium Lager - Meh, just another lager
Unibroue Trois Pistoles
Minhas Creek Mystical Jack Traditional Ale
Sleeman Fine Porter
Charlevoix Dominus Vobiscum Lupulus
The Untappd mobile app can find places nearby where people have checked into the beer. It won't tell you where to find it in bottles, but at least you can find it on tap.
For bottles, your best bet is to find out who distributes the beer in your area and find out from them where to get it.
You are being down voted, but aren't 100% wrong. In 2013-14 warlock was definitely available, in some markets at least, at 8.6%.
So if anything, this is a return to what it was, not just a trend to lower ABV.
Proof:
Bottle shares are the way to go for wild and sour around here since it's just not a strong point for DFW area brewers. But that's totally fine when looking at it from the standpoint of a startup brewery avoiding an outbreak and inconsistent beer. We don't have anything like Jester King or Night Shift, and locally, you and I are in a tiny minority as far as flavor preferences for funk/sour.
Otherwise I'd keep an eye out for special tapping events. Funkwerks and Destihl seeing distribution here are both huge additions for sours. Real Ale also makes amazing sours and the likelihood of running across them at a bar is far greater than a Jester King tap.
Not to go away from my own promotion, but I love http://untappd.com/. I think you have to donate a little to get the detailed stats, but it does those things.
Edit: Actually. They have an API so I might actually be able to do that... I might not be able to get the quarter exact, but I can definitely get per game.
There is an app called Untappd that has an option to find breweries, bars, and stores with the beer you want near you. You can also check in beers and rate them to remember your preferences.
current San Francisco Trip has been awesome. Tomorrow will be a big day too. I have an entire day to go around the city and a Zynga happy hour to hit up before I get on a red eye.
Yes, events can be created on Foursquare and that way replicated back to Untappd as any other venue. It can also be a verified venue if the venue has a business relationship with Untappd (by having Untappd for Business subscription)
I went to St. Petersburg on vacation over the summer and got a chance to visit some of the hipster places in the city. They have some really interesting places with bars and breweries.
I had Nuclear Laundry (Атомная Прачечная) by Jaws Brewery at Jawsspot on Untappd http://untappd.com/c/470485411 and not only was the beer itself quite good (a bit better than Punk IPA) they had at least 50 people at the place.
So yes, I'm sure that craft beer is nowhere near to beating vodka, but even 1% of Russia's population is a lot of people getting into craft beer. Definitely neat to hear about.

I've had a chili pepper ale before from Amica's in Salida, Colorado that was pretty good. The initial taste was a very lightly sweet spiciness with a small kick at the end. Some reviews said it was a very one-dimensional beer, and I tend to agree with that, but I liked it a lot.
http://untappd.com/user/joegard/checkin/12842109 - Anyone who contributed hops to this brew got their name on the label! I was able to give them 10oz of Columbus hops produced from a hop rhizome they gave me this spring:

If you're looking for a specific beer, sign up for Untappd and get the mobile app. Here's yours: http://untappd.com/beer/3934 You can see that people have been drinking it at a couple places in MD, but the phone app includes a Find button that will show you nearby places that carry it. I haven't used this much, so I'm not sure how accurate or up-to-date it is, but it might help when you're looking for other brews.

Here's my Untappd account (http://untappd.com/user/Chardoo), look me up and what I'm drinking,
Not yet, unfortunately. But here's what some people have been enjoying. There's 20+ taps and tons of bottle. Aside from the know Belgian breweries, there's Belgian styles from Unibroue, Goose Island, Ommegang, Stone, Sly Fox.
There's just about every style represented. Saisons, Abbeys, Dubbels, Triples, Quads, Wits, Sours, Lambics, Bruins. It's impressive.
Also great food. Several preparations of mussels and frites and more.
Nice app! Boston-based user here. You can find me here Usually drinking at home or a friend's house... Don't make it to pubs too frequently with an 8-month-old, but it's a fair trade-off IMO.
"Fish in the Percolator" does not lend itself to a good tasting brewski. Oddly enough, after a bit of googling it appears another guy had the same idea as me:
Although he's based in Florida (or Brooklyn, or he moved). Hopefully I'll get out more than the two he put out.
Oh, and if you haven't seen it already, you might want to look at Untappd. It's a pretty kool social media app that let's you track the beers you've drank and share with your friends. Again, cheers! :)
Friend my username on Untappd and see the 327 unique beers I've drunk in not quite half a year. I think you can actually snoop my profile without friending, but whatever.
Basically I'm trying to take the feed on this page and turn it into my own page on my site.
Or make each "check-in" a separate post to allow for comments and the like.
I signed up May 7th (3 months, 1 week ago). I hit my 200th unique beer this week. That's a staggering 1 unique beer a day since I joined. Feel free to add me.
It's like foursquare, in that you log the beers that you try and (optionally) the places that you try them, and it suggests other things that you might like (not affiliated in any way, swear to L Ron Hubbard). I'm cphon.
