I also want to suggest www.7CupsofTea.com. It's free and available 24/7.
You can pick out what you need help on and the service pairs you up with someone with that specialty. You can chat with therapists or group chat, and you can even use it anonymously if you’re not up to revealing yourself to strangers.
Well, you could find people to talk to anonymously with the free app called 7 Cups: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sevencupsoftea.app
Sometimes just talking it out freely can help you think through things better.
I knew you knew that you were going to get comments like this, but please stop, go talk to someone, didn't have to be someone you know, it could be a school counselor, but if you don't like that, there is this app called 7 cups, https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sevencupsoftea.app , please try using it, you may gain the courage to talk to some you know personally.
That's great! Seeking help is a great first step. Keep doing what you're doing!
Therapy is a marathon. You'll win some and you'll lose some. The goal is not to keep track of the loses, but to get right back up when you do.
I've been in therapy off and on for more than a decade.
Fwiw, I believe there is an app that will connect you with a therapist and conduct sessions via Skype for free. Not sure if the look up is free and then you pay for therapy or if the whole thing is free...let me see if I can find it for you...
But in the mean time, good for you!
EDIT: Here are a few. Sorry for the formatting. I'm on mobile

Try this website
It's a start-up from an alumni of my college and they have some good counselors who can hear and help you in some bit. Maybe it's not much but it's a good start.
You can also use this app. It also provide counseling and you can talk to various people who might also going through similar problems as you and then you both can help each other.
> Do I still need to work with the hoarding outreach to make sure I don't let it get like it was before?
Yes! But even more importantly, you need to contact them to see if they can put you in touch with a mental health professional who can help you manage your anxiety!
You just went through a trauma--you had to de-hoard, and de-hoard very, very quickly. As a result, you were not able to get rid of items at a pace that allowed you to deal with your feelings as you let go of things. As a result, you've launched into an extended freak-out, and you don't have the tools to manage it. You're losing sleep, having panic attacks, disordered thinking, and hysterical lashing out at people.
PLEASE CALL THE HOARDING OUTREACH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. If you feel like you need to talk to someone today:
Please don't suffer. Please reach out for help. There's people out there willing to listen, willing to help.
Well, there is 7 Cups of Tea which has an app in addition to their website.
Please don't suffer. Please reach out for help. There's people out there willing to listen, willing to help
If calling isn't your thing:
Please think about using one of the above services. Other people have been where you're at, and they can help you figure things out.

Cantaloupe is known for being a great natural anxiety reliever. Due to it's high potassium content, this fruit can help normalize the heartbeat as well as stimulate the body to take in more oxygen to the brain. As you eat this melon the body relaxes and anxiety disappears.
