There is an mobile app called Battlefield Companion, i think you can access it as a website on PC as well. There, you can see all your stats and stuff, and you can also create your own custom emblem.

PC EDIT: Seems to show the right app. I have no idea why this is so hard. It cannot be found by name on the search of hte store.

try to open this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.bf3bl.bv on pc using vpn(try hola vpn on google chrome i use it to access hulu in India) then press the install button you will be able to install it if that didn't work let me know i can provide the link to download .apk file to install
