Try Lg tv plus app For iOS https://apps.apple.com/ru/app/lg-tv-plus/id838611484
For android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.app1
I using on my android phone - all good, without any issues
You may have some options here:
I would first recommend you try using the LG TV Plus Android app, this can work on a number of LG Smart Tvs.
The second Option is making an IR Transmitter, it only needs to IR emitters obtainable from two old IR remotes, some soldering may be required but not essential plus a stereo headphone jack, obtainable from a pair of old headphones/speakers. This will then plug into an Android Phone (sorry iPhone users, you need less courage) and you will then need to download an Android Universal Remote app and it should work, should.
I've no idea what service remote control I'd need, I've found this video but it seems specific for LCDs.
I do have an old Huawei Honor 6 with infrared. Do I need to install LG TV Plus or another app to access service mode?
I just use my phone as a remote for my LG TV. play store link
For moving the cursor you get a trackpad. Only thing I don't think it can do is the voice commands.
Yes, that's what I was talking about. I achieve this with this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.app1&hl=en
Try using the LG TV App and see if that changes anything.
Maybe try the LGTV Plus app, think it'll let you stream from your mobile as I was talking about in my other comment.
You have an a Android phone?
LG TV Plus remote should let you control it if it's on WiFi.

Hello,
Any chances to run migrate this one to Firefox if you'll have time? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lge.app1&hl=en
Never mind. It will only work on wifi to check, you would need the LG TV Plus app.

Info button appears on 2nd screenshot in the bottom right corner as "I".
The remote app depends on your phone and TV being on the same WIFI channel/network. It won't connect, if you use ethernet.
