I haven't heard of any "official" attempts to port daggerfall onto Android, but there is an app called magic dosbox that lets you play dos games on Android.
Keep in mind though you need to have the "raw" version to run it. Bethesda, UESP, unity or any other versions with dosbox pre-installed won't work.
Download the game here https://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/the-elder-scrolls-daggerfall/
Download Magic Dosbox here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bruenor.magicbox.free
have you ever used dosbox? its available for android.
i personally have heh, Master of magic, master of orion, red alert and ufo installed on my tablet, that is kind of old, work fine.
using this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bruenor.magicbox.free&hl=en
can plug in a otg or bluetooth mouse to play or keyboard, just about anything.
there are many versions of dosbox available for free too, but i found none of them ran well enough for my old samsung tablet. (there are a bunch of technologies that some of these use that speed things up, that are sometimes not available in the free versions)

using samsung tab A from 2016 and these run fine.
First you need a dos emulator for android, i recommend this one.
Then you need the games, which you can buy from GOG.
Install the games on your computer and then copy the installed games folder to your phone.
On the android dosbox app configure profiles for each game with the path of the previously copied folders and select the game executable as main program.
Play!
Hey, I know it's been a while, but after many failed attempts I finally managed to get ADOM running on Android (thanks to /u/bkarsh) by installing Magic Dosbox, which works SO much better than any of the other Android DosBox variants I've tried (I couldn't even get the keyboard to show up using DosBox Turbo)...
Anyways, I'm sending you this reply because you showed some interest a few weeks ago, and this app is probably the quickest and easiest way to play ADOM on Android... :)
Probably based on DOSBox which has been around since like 2014 on mobile devices. Here's a free version that can also play retro games.

Have you tried Magic Dosbox free version (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bruenor.magicbox.free&hl=en_US) on Mi Box? It works with my Logitech K400 Plus for the most part without any extra configuration. However, Mi Box ALWAYS treats the ENTER key on physical keyboard as the "Confirm" button on your TV remote. This makes it impossible to use ENTER on physical keyboard in any DOS game. If a game has to use ENTER key for something and doesn't allow you to remap it to another key, you'll just have to use ENTER key from on-screen keyboard.
This really is a problem of Mi Box's firmware itself because it interprets ENTER on physical keyboard as DPAD_CENTER. On Shield TV, ENTER on physical keyboard doesn't have this behavior and works as expected. Without rooting, you can't edit "/system/usr/keylayout/Generic.kl" to fix this problem. You might be able to use "External Keyboard Helper Pro" app to remap the key (I haven't tried it myself): https://droidboxforums.com/threads/how-to-make-the-enter-key-work-correctly.14954/
Magic Dosbox is what I use.

There is an absolute mouse mode which is great on touch devices.
Magic Dosbox is an Android app that runs better on my Chromebook than the Dosbox for Chrome extension. I got Doom Ultimate working just fine. Also got Descent and Duke Nukem running, both with sound.
Magic Dosbox Free only allows one game profile to be set up, but you can set it up for a directory and then run the game of your choice.

It's alright, but I've got an odd setup anyway. I have an nVidia Shield Portable and installed Magic Dosbox, which supports custom button creation. I slightly reduced the 'screen' size so there was black space on the bottom and sides, then used the custom buttons to basically create a full keyboard (since the device is a portrait screen, the android 'virtual keyboard' takes up over half the screen). I was able to make the buttons as small as they can go without having to worry about fat fingers, as the right joystick on the Shield can act like a mouse (with right trigger to click). Then I was able to use nVidia's controller mapper to map my other buttons to the most-used keys, so I can control the game without ever touching the screen (using the virtual mouse when an 'uncommon' key is needed). Yup, it's weird, but it works for me... :P

By far the best, most customizable Dosbox app for Android.
Also has a paid version with more features:

Once you get the basics set up, go here for some MGC files:
http://magicbox.imejl.sk/forums/topic/mgc-master-list/
They're basically pre-configured setups for various games. Saves you the trouble of making your own controls. Looks like there are 4 to try from various people for Daggerfall.
Not yet, but if you're interested, you could play the ancient ToME 2.2.7 for DOS using some variation of DOSBox (I recommend Magic DosBox Free). Keep in mind that ToME2 is a very different beast to ToME4, since it has undergone a major rewrite and even a name change since then (it used to be Tales of Middle Earth, rather than Tales of Maj'Eyal). The old ToME2 still shows its Angband roots quite a bit, and is generally considered more difficult than ToME4...
Edit: You will also need CWSDPMI to make it work (just put the CWSDPMI.EXE file from the bin folder into the main ToME2 folder next to tome.exe)...
So, here is the steps to make it possible :)
- Your copy of Quake, 1.0/1.1 version for example, we will use only Dos setup, not need to manage with Win95/98. Basically you just need to create one local phone directory for all dosbox stuff, it will be our future disk c:\
Lets say you put your quake into c:\quake
directory inside your dosbox drive.
- Probably any version of Dosbox, but MagicDosbox is fastest one (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bruenor.magicbox.free), check the differences between free/paid version
- TF 2.5 from here https://www.moddb.com/mods/team-fortress/downloads/team-fortress-25-release Unpack to Quake directory, should be like c:\quake\fortress
- Grab bots from here https://www.moddb.com/mods/team-fortress/downloads/tf-bot-version-8 and unpack to same c:\quake\fortress
directory, overwrite files, then run "install.bat"
- Get also 2fort4 map from here https://gamebanana.com/maps/45688 Bots limited to several maps only, you can check it from readme file inside bots archive. We need this .bsp file in this directory c:\quake\fortress\maps
- For convenience create bat file c:\quake\fortress.bat
with this stuff inside:
quake.exe -nocdaudio -game fortress -listen 16
listen param is max amount of players, default is only 4 so if we need massacre we need to increase it
- In MagicDosbox just create new "game", chose local directory for disk C:, start file will be those "..fortress.bat" and pay attention to:

- Next, start the game. It should show you intro, skip it by Esc, Multiplayer game, New game, IPX and then just push OK. Next screen shows you max amount of players, should be same as -listen parameter. Press Begin game. You should get common quake start place.
- Open keyboard (android back button, in case MagicDosbox you will see keyboard icon - left side of it will open default android keyboard, right will open overlay, we need overlay now).
- Open quake console by pressing tilda ~
- Type map 2fort4
and push enter
, you should get this map as on my screenshot
- Now just chose a team and class for yourself
- To adding bots into the game: enter
call bot menu, choose bot's class, only from 1 to 4
- For changing a team to bots: press \

Thats it, you can customize settings of quake as usual, add bindings and automations. If you want to play on higher resolutions - turn on game boost in razer's cortex.
Let me know if you stuck on some point!
I don't think there is one, but there are a few other options available. I use Magic Dosbox for ADOM (since it supports making custom on-screen 'buttons' for the keys you use most often), so I imagine that'd work fine for Rogue as well. Alternatively, you could get a free GameBoy Advance emulator such as My Boy! Free or John GBA Lite and then download the perfectly legal homebrew GBA port of Rogue (with graphics) from Donnie Russell II's website.
George R. R. Martin ~~writes~~ used to write on an original DOS PC with a monochromatic display. I guess now he uses Wordstar 4.0 on a DOS emulator due to his 30+ year old museum piece failing on him.
If you read George R. R. Martin's blog or follow him at all, you'll see he is an easily distracted individual. Football, side projects, and all number of other things keeps him from writing, so he has devised a way to focus on his writing while eliminating these distractions. He sits in his personal library in front of a(n) ~~ancient~~ relatively modern PC running Dosbox, but like his old retro machine he's not connected to the Internet. He doesn't have his phone with him. He can't check scores to see if the Giants are winning and he can't binge Netflix or listen to Pandora. It's just him, and the keyboard.
You can put DOSBox on your regular modern PC and see if that works out for you, if you can resist the temptation to Alt-Tab over to Reddit. You can get DOSBox for your phone if you feel so inclined and run it there. Some newer Samsung devices even have a Desktop kind of mode where you hook it up to a monitor and turn it into a desktop kind of experience. You can get yourself a Raspberry Pi computer kit, install RetroPie and build a tiny DOS emulator workstation this way with a spare monitor and USB keyboard, preferably away from other distracting influences in your life.

Alternatively, if you're a little crazy (Like some of us here.) you can go scour the thrift stores, Ebay, yard sales, attic, and dumpsters in search of original hardware, and build yourself an entire pre-Internet 1980s style DOS workstation. Of course then if you are in search of distraction free writing you'll have to avoid the temptation to just play a bunch of Commander Keen on it.
This is the first result I get...

Use magic dosbox apk google play

Definitely not as nice as playing on PC but it works ;)
Dosbox is on Android too.
Worked fine for me:
