Are you running the original game in DOSBox? My initial guess is that your clock speed is set way too high. See if this helps you - particularly the "cycles" part.
I haven't heard of any "official" attempts to port daggerfall onto Android, but there is an app called magic dosbox that lets you play dos games on Android.
Keep in mind though you need to have the "raw" version to run it. Bethesda, UESP, unity or any other versions with dosbox pre-installed won't work.
Download the game here https://www.dosgamesarchive.com/download/the-elder-scrolls-daggerfall/
Download Magic Dosbox here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=bruenor.magicbox.free
You may also want to investigate going to mantella crux early. From what I've read you can't use this to shortcut the main quest line. You might want to verify that though...
https://www.photopea.com/ free web-based clone of photoshop. Pen tool is your friend! Should be able to make a vector trace of the Underking’s crown easily enough and then tweak from there to make it look good, if it something you want to explore! Point and click, easy enough to manipulate points/curves so less “drawing” skills are needed, just some patience, + you can import your other assets, and re-create drop shadow effects etc.

Unfortunately this can happen a few times. The best way I've found to go about it is to temporarily cheat to get the location, then load game to undo the cheat.
There's a cheat that will add all locations to your map by pressing Ctrl+F1, provided you've enabled cheats by adding "cheatmode 1" to the game's "Z.CFG" file. Note if you're using DosBox you can press certain button combinations in reverse to avoid using DosBox shortcut commands, in this case F1+Ctrl will send Ctrl+F1 to the game (Considering the purpose of DosBox it boggles the mind that they didn't make all DosBox shortcut keys rarer, eg Ctrl+Alt+*, also have no idea why they seem to have deliberately and carefully designed the worse button mapper in existence, of all time, including future.)
You can then find the location, take note or screenshot it, then load game so you don't have all locations marked if you no longer want them all marked. Either way you probably should disable cheats when not wanting to use them so you don't use them by accident.
Also a hint when doing this, take note of how the world and map is split into blocks. So ideally you want to travel to a location that is either horizontally or vertically identical to the mystery location so you can easily travel in a cardinal direction towards it. Then once you enter the "block" for the mystery location it should appear on your world map and then you can fast travel to it. (bonus hint, if playing in DosBox you can increase the speed so this doesn't take forever)
For now I've marked the location on your map for you..
found these while looking around online.
just go to the download button, or click here to download.
Freesize 1000? That seems low. That number is in kB, so that's 1MB. DOSBox wiki recommends 600MB.
Also, if you use Windows, try using the "DaggerfallSetup.exe" - it should be everything you need and set up already for modern Windows. https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Daggerfall:Files#Daggerfall.2C_Full_Version

anything over 16gb ram is serious overkill unless your actually designing super high poly rendering ( like cgi for films) which honestly is frankly just stupid ..
You could cast Soul Trap on something and attack it without a soul gem, that way it can't die and you can hit it as long as you like, or until the spell expires.
Combine this with paralyse and you can practice backstabbing while at it, so even a lowly rat can become a training dummy.
Seems to work pretty well
Also some castle throne rooms have guards who no one seems to care if you kill (bonus loot).
Here's the best I've managed to toss together in autohotkey:

When you right click your character swings their weapon. The screen ends up turning left or right slightly (it depends on how quickly you are clicking). I haven't found a way to avoid that.
Have you downloaded Daggerfall itself? The Unity portion is basically an engine wrapper for the game.
If you don't have Daggerfall you can download it here:
Bethesda released it as freeware years ago, so head over to their site and grab a copy. Also, there's the Daggerfall Unity project.

It's working, and up. I'm not sure why you can reach it...some kind of DNS issue I guess.
Here's a direct link to the web player, thanks for letting me know.
Sorry for doing the same thing that bugs me when other people do it, and not giving you anywhere near enough info:
Notepad++ is a brand name type of free, open-source Notepad software that you can get from here: https://notepad-plus-plus.org/
It's pretty nice in general, not least of all because you can download all kinds of free plugins (and also change the color scheme to a darker one that isn't like looking directly at the Sun!).
Getting plugins is usually as simple as starting Notepad++, going to the "Plugins" menu, and selecting "Show Plugin Manager", then choosing whatever you want and hitting the "Install" button.
There's a fuckton of plugins, so I recommend just going with "Compare" and "Hex-Editor" for this endeavor. That should be plenty to get you started.
