Memento or Trello. They do the same thing in a different way.

I recommend Memento Database.
It's an app for keeping track of several things in many different ways, can pull info from sites to automatically add to your entries, you can use Javascript in it (although I don't know Java so idk how the implementation is), and you can sync any of your libraries to Drive automatically. The free version has some limitations but so far nothing that bothers me, the ads are minimal. (The paid version is actually a subscription so... I'm not getting there anytime soon)
Examples of what I use it to:
I can keep track of my plants. With pictures of growth, date of planting, repotting, fertilization, can set up reminders.
Keep track of my health issues. I make a new entry, choose from the drop down list I created what the issue is, add date, set a rating of the pain and have it display in a table to keep better track.
Keep track of my blood pressure. Every time I take my pressure I add a new entry with sys/dia, date and time and a checkbox that states if it's normal or high. The library shows the average of each too.
Keep track of all the lipsticks I own. With pictures of the tube, a swatch and where I'm storing it. Then I can set up a filter as a tab that displays the ones I'm carrying in my bag.
Keep track of my debts, series, stuff I want to buy, etc
It's a very powerful app, you can keep track of basically anything as long as you build a way to keep track.
It's a bit too much at first because there's a lot to learn, I would recommend downloading a lot of the templates and seeing how they work to get a feel of what can be done.

Try Memento Database. You can create your own fields to keep track of. Graphs can be made but need some reading before you fully grasp how they work.
Memento Database is an app that lets you make all sorts of databases and customize them. I haven't dug too deep, so I'm not sure if you can make a table with foods and a table with restaurants and connect them, in case you need to know if you've eaten the same food at a different place.
Memento Database has an Android app with customizable input forms, with CSV export/import. Data can be synced to Google Sheets, shared with others, and dowloaded to desktop for import into a spreadsheet. There are many database templates, such as for tracking expenses.
You can organise pretty much anything with Memento Database. Free on Android with cheap monthly or yearly plans. Not needed to pay yet.
My suggestion would be to look into Momento Databse, it has full tasker integration. I do basically the exact same thing you are wanting. Whenever someone finishes watching something on my Plex server I have it push a notification to me. AutoNotification pulls that information, uploads it into my database and then clears it.
I then have AutoNotification push a notification saying "You've had X amount of items logged from Plex", and if I tap on that it'll open up the app.
You can try Memento Database, it's a database manager but has templates that you can download for movies or you can create your own.
The free version lets you create 3 libraries and gives you 50 MB to sync on the cloud, and you can import/export to csv and has desktop version too.

I have had good experience with memento database:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase
Highly customizable, from tracking simple timestamps of days where different events occurred to entering any additional data
Maybe database app like "Memento". It's pretty complex and takes a while to master. I used it once to organise insurance policies and stuff like that. Possibilities are huge

Memento Database, you can track and organize anything with a fully customizable database.
Trello for project management.
Tasker for automation of nearly everything.
SMS Backup + syncs my SMS, MMS to my Gmail.
It might be worth looking into memento database. I use it for logging all of my Plex watched notifications so I can keep track of what is going on. I had it up to about 800 entrees with no noticeable lag or delay. Good tasker support and free for my use.
I didn't even know this spreadsheet plugin existed, so I will be checking this out.
I used this to track my coffee items and fountain pens.
It does have the take picture (Image/Camera/Barcode scan) option, but might be an overkill for you since it's a full feature database and you had to setup your own input form.

[Memento Database](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase) allows you to create a custom database, with fields for location (which can be a map location), description, tags, notes, dates, etc. The database can be private, or synced to Google Sheets.
You can view the database as a map, list, or cards. You can set a filter for the records to view, for example a restaurant.
I use a Memento database to track points of interest while hiking.

this one works for pretty much everything
Checkout Memento
It uses its own hosting for "databases" (not really databases, just advanced spreadsheets) and they can be accessed via web or mobile app.
You can also self-host the service, if you want to go that far.
Some sort of personal database, maybe? One I tried that has an Android app was Memento database.
(sorry for duplicate comments, app glitched)
You can just use a generic database app like Memento. You can set it up to track any kind of information, so it should be pretty straightforward to track items and dates.
Or you could just use a spreadsheet like Google Sheets to make a simple list of items and dates, and then you can keep it sorted by date to see what's going to expire next.
Give Memento Database a try. If the database is backed up to Google Drive, it will show in a spreadsheet.
Should be very simple up set up.
Memento Database is probably what you are looking for. However, I am not sure if it lets you share links from Chrome to a specific list.
Give this app a try. Memento Database is a pretty powerful database app that had barcode scanning. It can also export spreadsheets that you could then sort by vendor.
Memento for android. It's a relational db wrapped in a nice ui. You can create a "form" that will allow you to enter a record as you please. You can setup automatic sync to a google spreadsheet.

I keep recommending it, but it seems not a lot of people know about it: Memento for Android.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase&hl=en
It can automatically sync to spreadsheet as well.
There has been an app for keeping track of contacts but it required sync with their server. The dev posted about it on reddit but I can't find the thread.
An alternative might be Memento. It lets you create sophisticated data bases for anything you want to keep track of.
I'd give Memento Database a shot.
I keep track of my inventory with Memento Database for Android. I heard they were working on an iOS version, but I'm not sure how far that has come along. It's available for computer too but I've only used it on my phone so far.
To really, really use it I think you need to pay for it, but to me it was worth it and the free was enough to play around with and get a good feeling for it.
Anyway, I have several databases for my skincare. Memento takes a while to set up, there are some user templates you can download to get you started and then adjust them to your needs. I am always working on perfecting my databases.
So let's break them up. All of them are linked to each other. I can add some screenshots later if anybody wants to see some!
Routine I can track AM and PM routines separately here, just select new entry, it will have the date, select am/pm if I am only testing a product and then click the entries for each category which will open my product database so I can select the products I've used.
I do think this is relatively unaltered from a template, and I only used it 3 times because frankly I am just too lazy.
Products Here I keep an entry for every non-mask product I own or have owned. I have it sorted by product category. It shows me a picture of the product, name and I can enter testing status, reaction, notes, expiry date, opened/finished on, purchase information, contents, stock quantity, how many I've used up, ingredients and notes.
I don't always enter all of those, but I am trying to get better at keeping it up to date and adding all the info.
Masks Like product database, only for masks.
Skin Progess Never ever used this one. I am just going through the list of databases, starting from the top, hahaha. I think I actually did use it for a time but deleted all the pictures. I lets me make pictures of my skin, rate how happy I am with my progress and some basic info.
I will probably just delete this one, I am sure it's from an unaltered template and frankly my skin concers don't photograph that well (and I am lazy af).
Patch testing schedule another unused one, sorry! Products tested, area of face, start and end date, notes and reactions as well as progress pictures.
Ingredients This is where the ingredients for the product database are saved. They are only linked to there. Sorted alphatically I will have the ingredient name, maybe some info about max percentages, what it does, skin reactions etc. Tapping on one will show me a list of my owned products with said ingredient. Super handy!
Wishlist not used any more, but I wanted to enter brand, product name, description, which step it belongs to, if it's a RP and price in there. I just don't keep wishlists anymore. If I notice a product is missing in my routine I will just do a few searches, ask a few questions and then buy sth.
I did keep a long wishlist (or 2) in my private subreddit, but I haven't looked at them in months, seriously. There are so many products coming out all the time, products that were previously not available will suddenly be sold somewhere etc. Just not worth the effort to keep a meticulous wishlist for me.
Purchases Sorted by waiting for/already arrived. Not used in a while, but used it a lot and will got back to it starting now :)
List of products, prices, shop used, total money spent, samples added, time ordered, shipped arrived etc.
Samples' Not updated. But I used to enter all decants and samples I got here, along with pictures and notes. Linked to all other databases of course, so I can see where and when I got them. Sorted by category.
I just noticed I actually even made a separate database for decants. Not really updated either.
All of those are linked to each other for max information and cross reference possibilities. (and a bit less work entering everything).
The negatives I think really tracking everything takes a lot of time, but that's no matter how you do it.
Finding your way around all the options is not easy and there are no good tutorials for this out there (at least they weren't when I set it up. I keep meaning to make one, but haven't found the time). I also have to pretty much always change my phone's language since the translation is so bad, some of the options just don't make any sense otherwise.
The good This does not have problems with loading everything. I've heard a few people having problems with their spreadsheets after adding too much info, like ingredients etc.
Since everything is cross referenced and linked I don't need to enter stuff multiple times and once you have the most common ingredients etc, it's faster to enter products.
The databases adapt pretty well to changes.
Backs up to google sheets, but I've never looked at how this actually ends up looking on there, hahaha.
I do use the app to keep track of other stuff too. Going to add databases for makeup soon.
Memento Database, maybe?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase memento database is pretty robust.
Memento Database works very well for these types of lists.

I highly recommend this app. It really helps a lot to keep track.
Memento Database is another option.
Maybe try a freeform database app such as Memento: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase
Have a look into this App. It has tasker support

After reading this article, it suggested some Android app alternatives. Memento database and MobiDB database. I have not tried either.
I set your database up in about 5 minutes with free Memento Database. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase

Hey I just happened upon Momento Database, and I really like the look of it!
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase This is the new one I added.
Memento Database, very versatile database app. I use it to track grocery prices, ketone levels, and weight.
How about a database like Memento? You could set it up however you wish
There is an app called Memento Database, you can try it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase
I'm currently using Memento Database on Android, so far so good.
The good side is that you can setup image entry and take photos on-the-go, and the other features are also quite handy. (ie. Auto colour text code for inks is quite good. Date selector, charts, calculator are also quite handy.)
It also supports google sheet syncing and exporting csv formats, but only for pro version.
My collection is quite small, so I couldn't comment about the efficiency of the database with large amount of entries.
Memento DB https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luckydroid.droidbase + google docs - might almost do it on its own.
