Maybe you dif spend time on it, but the bit that makes me somewhat doubtful is that I'm able to get a similar effect with a free app such as PolyGen.
I've been using the colorful Galaxy S5 wallpaper.
You can make yourself similar wallpapers with an app called PolyGen. The app felt quite buggy when I used it but it still worked.
You make these exactly the same in PolyGen, an app for any Android device. You can convert an image into low-poly 2D images in a matter of seconds.
Give the PolyGen app a try. You should be able to find the right combination of colors to make something really close to that.

But this is better. You can also use actual photos.
How about an app?

OP just took the above pic, put into PolyGen and pressed "Create"
You might be able to get something close with the PolyGen app

I really like generating low poly shape backgrounds with PolyGen
The Android equivalent is PolyGen, which happens to be free
Rediculous that there's been no mention of PolyGen
It's fantastic.
Looks like something you can easily generate yourself with Polygen.
This app does this for free. And it looks you're using it and charging people.
