I prefer dark themes and my favorite icon pack for dark backgrounds is Stealth Icon Pack by Stealthychief.
I have several of his packs and I am very happy with them, they are complete, and updated regularly.

I've gone through dozens of different icon packs with Nova Launcher, and this is absolutely my favorite. I test test others out for a while, but I always end up keeping this one.
Live wallpapers are tricky. Even my favorite ones are still, at the end of the day, just one more thing running on my phone. Right now I'm keeping it simple with a Stupendous Man wallpaper and the Stealth icon pack. Easy on the eyes and looks pretty cool, too.
Stealth is my current favorite.
