You can't enable the Android 10 gesture while using 3rd party launcher

You can't get full Pixel experience although you can download launchers like CPL Launcher or Lawnchair 2

it's a bit hard to do a Pixel setup on Nova so I recommend you to just download one of those launchers (I personally prefer Lawnchair)

Its the dusk kwgt -Dusk 22 to set up the apps i wanted, time, weather, date, and i added the battery percentage -Dusk 06 for the music player -Dusk 15 for the custom Goku pic. I also typed Google in japanese to open up the Google app.

I don't know what you mean by dots folders. These are just apps whose icons I have changed to dot images -- I think from the <u>Min</u> icon pack.

You could do the same with folders, if that's what you're looking for.
