Minima Pro (link) is very much worth the 99 cents. It has a bunch of settings for the tilt, and comes with a bunch of very nice, customizable, material-esque backgrounds. You use the app to set your background, so it will work with any launcher.
I don't own a pixel, so I'm not really sure what the parallax wallpapers look like, but Minima pro might have what you're looking for. Hope you like it, I'm not sure if it's what you're looking for.
they work. i've used minima pro and light grid, they both worked and looked great
I remembered watching one of his other videos in the past where he did a Q&A type video and I'm extremely confident that he mentioned that he uses Minima Pro. It's not a free app, but I really love it and I do recommend it even though it's not free.
The only reason I'd be wrong is if it was MBKHD's Q&A.

I cannot confirm as I don't have my phone on me. I can tell you this, in my opinion, is the best live wallpaper app.

It's not animated continuously, the wallpaper is animated when I move my phone.

I know it's not native, but it is a nice app and does what you want.
Wallpaper is Minima Live Wallpaper but there is also a free version too. Widget is a Zooper Widget with this add-on called Zooper by Beard. The phone is a Galaxy S6 using this stock Android theme from XDA. And lastly I'm using this icon pack valued Plain Icons and the launcher is Nova launcher

I've been running Minima Pro for a long time now. Customized the colors a bit on one of the presets.
Nova Launcher : swipe up for appdrawer, all dock icons are folders. Tap to open, swipe opens fav app of folder or widget. Google Icon is just a Google Now shortcut.
Classic Keep Widget
Snap Swipe Drawer to put widget in notification tray.

Minima wallpaper is customizable to whatever color you want and has a strong material design influence
It's a slightly editted version of a Minima Live wallpaper. The default one is called "Sunday", I believe.
