I use Flight which could match the font and style of your date/time/weather. There's also a free version if you'd like to test it before buying. It's Flight Light

I'm pretty set in my ways for home screen layouts, mostly dark spacey backgrounds and Flight icons. I think there's multiple colors but I use, and linked, the white ones.

Thanks! And there are a couple apps missing, but this icon pack will take whatever apps it doesn't have, and then convert the icons of those apps to black-and-white. It's better than nothing, but it doesn't look as great as dedicated white icons. So what I did is just spend a couple minutes and make my own white icons for the apps that aren't in this icon pack. Since it's mostly just converting the icon image to white and making the other parts transparent, it barely takes any time or effort. I then just send the images to my phone and can set them in Nova Launcher.
For the little notification counter, that's Tesla Unread, which is like a free add-on for Nova Launcher Prime.

Recolored flight white icons. Extracted the icons from the app, then replaced color in photoshop. Then just simply replaced icons using nova launcher to pick pictures from the gallery.

I'm using Flight Pro! Yours looks very similar, I like it.
Here's the basic rundown, if you have any questions about how I built/modified it or how to build your own just ask or drop by r/kustom.

If you're in Nova Launcher, I can guide you the rest of the way. You press and hold on the app drawer icon, click edit, click on the icon image, click Gallery Apps, pick your preferred image storing app, and open the picture you downloaded. That should set the image as the app drawer icon without the need of an icon pack.
If you were looking for a similar look for the rest of your icons, I recommend the Flight - Flat Minimalistic Icons icon pack, the Flat White icon pack, or the Whicons icon pack with the latter of the bunch being the highest rated and my favorite.

I recommend a pack called flight. Even the default icons look good.

If an icon is not supported, it will be scaled down and a white overlay will be added. Really helps with maintaining the theme.
App icons usually don't represent their actual apps, since I like icons without backgrounds (still related to app) instead of the white overlay. Please do ask for icons if you want to know.

Obviously it is very close to the image shown but it isnt the same as it is for windows phones. I could've made my own icons for the theme but then people wouldnt be able to customize the theme for themselves.
