You can play any rom on android. Just use unipatcher or a similar app to patch the file onto the base rom (in this case, it would be pokemon red, of course)
That's a patch file (.ips). You'll need a "Pokémon Blue (USA, Europe) [!]" rom and Lunar Patcher to apply the patch to the clean rom. Or this on the Play Store. Haven't used the android app before, but it looks like it'll work.
They're released as patches, not as ROMs. This has almost always been the case and it really just depends on where you're downloading from, since most people release patches for legal reasons. They usually come in .ips or .ups formats, and both are just a list of changes that detail which bytes are changed in the source file, the base ROM, to the changed bytes in the new file, the hack. You can patch these on Android by acquiring a copy of the base ROM, and then using an app like Unipatcher or ROM Patcher. Note that for most .ups patches, you're going to need to make sure that the "ignore checksum errors" box is checked to successfully patch for reasons that I don't feel like getting into here.
To add to this, for some reason I've found UniPatcher on android easier to use than anything I've done on windows. I would patch the rom on my phone then just transfer it to whatever device I want to play on.
Not a dev for them, just a fan. You may disagree and that's fine.
You can download the patch file for any Drayano hack you want from here. You'll have to extract the .zip files containing the patch and documentation. Then download UniPatcher and use it to patch the game.
Did you even attempt to Google search for whatever the filetype of the patch is + "patcher"?
But for spoon feeding's sake: most rom hacks are distributed as patches that include just the changes, not the full game with the changes already applied. This is to sidestep the legal issue of sharing copyrighted games. The patch file is basically just the info to tell your patcher of choice what changes need to be made on the original file to turn it into the hacked file.
Most reputable romhacking sites, like romhacking.net, will only give you the patch file.
Speaking of romhacking.net, floating ips patcher from their utilities section is probably your best bet for applying .ips and .bps patches using a PC. I'm not sure if it handles xdelta patches or not, but for that you can use xdelta gui from the utilities section as well.
If you're on android, unipatcher handles all three of the types I mentioned (which are the most common patch types). https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
Please note that you need to apply the patch to the rom file itself. If either the patch or the rom is a .zip or .7z file (compressed), you'll need to decompress it first. Also, if the patched rom doesn't work, make sure you're patching the same copy of the game that the patch was made for. It's less common now than it used to be, but some rom sites use fucked up rom dumps.
For your own sake you might want to poke around on https://emulation.gametechwiki.com/index.php/Main_Page they tend to be up to date with what's what and where to find the proper source for emulators and related stuff.
It's a .bps file yeah? If you have access to a computer, use this program called "Beat" to patch the file. Just press Apply Patch and follow the instructions.
If you're on Android, I think Unipatcher works with .bps.
For iOS, I think there's a program called "Flips", but I think its for jailbroken phones only.
You just have to check to see if your patch will work with your version of the game (should state what version is compatible in description of the patch/hack). I just use this app to patch: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
There it's a popular patcher for android called unipatcher:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
We can't send you a .gba that contains copyrighted material, it's illegal. It's very easy to use this app and patch your own ROMs.
You have to patch the ROM, Download UniPatcher from the Google Play Store or ROMPatcher JS in your browser and use it to select the rom and the .bps patch file and generate the patched rom.
>You can play this game on N64, Emulator and Wii VC.
Download the patch here
(To find the correct 1.0 rom, google "oot 24625")
If you are getting "wrong ROM" errors, try this patch instead or this one
Note: FOR WII VC PLAYERS ONLY, get the Wii VC link from here for now
There's apps available but I haven't tried it personally. It should work the same way, though.

Use this, it should work. It works well enough for me
First, this is what Liquid Crystal does, take a look at the website, totally changes the look, upgrades the graphics and adds loads of content!
http://pokemonliquidcrystal.com/
And here is Fire Red

And the Liquid Crystal patch
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9FOannskxe0WVpYUUZwTXFfejQ/edit?usp=docslist_api
And to patch them together you use something like this app called Unipatcher, you just select the two files and it works :)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
And if youre too lazy to patch the Fire Red ROM yourself here's the patched Liquid Crystal rom

Check out our GitHub releases page and use web patchers like Hack64 or RomPatcherJS. If you're on Android, Unipatcher is a good app.
Not sure if you got this sorted out yet, but I don't think the developers ever released an actual patch that you can download and apply to the ROM. They did publish a "tutorial" video for how to do it yourself with a HEX editor, though. They claim it's for getting the game to run with the Blastem emulator, and it may or may not work for getting it to run on other platforms:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=5RrHYRL1FPg
Somebody did independently release a patch for getting the game to run on the Analogue Mega SG. You can try it out and see if it also works for the Genesis/Mega Drive Mini. There's a link in the description:
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Yzce05eNf4k
For patching the ROM on Windows, there's a program called FLIPS (Floating IPS) that's really good:
https://www.romhacking.net/utilities/1040/
For patching on Android, there's UniPatcher, that's pretty awesome:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
Good luck!
Here, if you are on android.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
Here if you are on android this app can patch very easily. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
You can download UniPatcher from the Playstore or use Rom Patcher JS.
I just patched an ISO using unipatcher directly on my Android device: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher Use this with the xdelta file only.
Try uni pacher it sould work https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
Unipatcher lets you patch Nintendo 64 games. I haven't used in a while but I patched Mario 64 to a Mario Odyssey mod.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
You can patch directly from your Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher&hl=en_US
You can do it on mobile.

Hmm google turned up this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
Haven't tried it though.
Try this patcher instead. It works a lot better for me.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.emunix.unipatcher
If you are on Android you can also install Unipatcher if you want. It's worked for me.

Try Unipatcher
