https://superdisplay.app/ seems like what you're looking for.
Alternatively I found this as well but it looks a lot worse https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sunnysidesoft.VirtualTablet.lite&hl=en_US&gl=US
Or you can use any remote access software like Chrome Remote Desktop/UltraVNC/AnyDesk to control a PC that has photoshop running from the phone itself and do it that way.
Oh. Hmm. I know there are some apps that make use of the S-pen features. Have you tried Chrome Remote Desktop? It's essentially a free and lightweight version of TeamViewer/LogMeIn/UltraVNC/etc.
Edit: it has horrible reviews and says it is for use with an S-pen but try this? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sunnysidesoft.VirtualTablet.lite
is mischief the art app with the infinite canvas? you'd get better battery life from the companion 2 cause it uses a more efficient cpu. i've a companion 1 and i'd guess 3-4 hours. i can get maybe 2 evenings of battery web browsing out of it on wi-fi, but i've been arting on mains power
edit: i'm looking at this and wondering if there might be an android/ipad/chromecast solution if battery life is a big factor? maybe use a tablet in conjunction with the laptop with this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sunnysidesoft.VirtualTablet.lite
You might wanna try this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sunnysidesoft.VirtualTablet.lite
But honestly, it's really not the way I thought it would be... really inconvenient and inaccurate...maybe it works for you tho
GFX Tablet will do it for Linux systems. http://rfc2822.github.io/GfxTablet/
Windows and mac can both do it for a device with a Galaxy S using this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sunnysidesoft.VirtualTablet.lite
And lots of people talk about Slide: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.j03.mobileinput&hl=en
Could be iPad ways too, but I figured if you had an iPad you would have said so :)
there is this that might work. It is old though so not sure if it will work on you particular phone. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sunnysidesoft.VirtualTablet.lite

You can use an app called VirtualTablet To turn your phone/tablet into a graphics tablet for your PC
I found this on the app store a while back, virtual tablet
I haven't tried it yet.
I use the Virtual Tablet app a lot.
Lets you use the Note S-pen like a Wacom tablet https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sunnysidesoft.VirtualTablet.lite&hl=en

I'm trying to use that app/software to bridge my tablet inputs to my PC so that I can use it as a drawing tablet. It does that via networks, but even though I get the VirtualTablet server running on my computer, my tablet can't find it.
