I bought one from Amazon, if this is the same part you're referring to: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00G0OLHIY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_S587D9M06DM3BCGG4F3E?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
As for snow messing up your car... not so much. The cover's purpose is to protect things under the hood from road debris and excessive dirt that could contribute to faster wear/tear. The cover also helps with the aerodynamics of the car, believe it or not.
Edit: it doesn't come with the rivers/clips to hold it on, so make sure you get a pack of those too.
You want a great kit.

This is guaranteed life of vehicle and it’s amazing.
Yeah, the black trim that holds in the license plate lights. I also have a 2010 non tech and it has a large hole under the trim to the left - I think it was meant for the OEM backup cam that was never installed. Maybe I got lucky. I’ve also seen backup cams integrated into license plate lights like this. Don’t know how well they’d work but at least you don’t have to drill into your car that way
I am not sure the fitment on this but it looks like it comes with the havc controls and everything youbcould ever want. Check the link. It's a moderate price but cheap for what it is. If you are just trying to get the hvac online so you don't freeze you butt off till you find a new car I reccomend junkyards or ebay/facebook. Lmk if this helps!
If you aren't looking for something fancy and don't care too much about resolution, I would recommend this camera. I have three of them (one for each of my vehicles) and they have worked great with no issues. Easy to mount, easy to wire and works as intended. It's just nothing special.
It can be pretty tricky to get it right the first time. For one the engine has to be ice-cold otherwise you'll get all kinds of wrong data on the feeler gauges.
The process itself is simple in the sense that you have known valve clearances that you need to dial in, but there's always the right and wrong way to do it. I suggest finding someone more experienced who has done this a few times to walk you through it on your first time. There is a tool that makes adjusting the valves super easy since you'd otherwise need a box wrench and a screwdriver.
I bought a UAC one (this one off Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003R444T4) about 14+ months ago and it has worked really well so far. Yeah, since yours completely blew up you'll need to remove all of the lines and flush them, replace the condenser (denso makes good ones that have the filter/drier built in), the expansion valve and while you're there do the evaporator (the tough part is just getting to these two parts). You'll also need o-rings for all connections. I'm not sure about the expansion valve and evap ones, the ones on the compressor side (I have an '04) were (1x) 80873-ST7-000, (1x) 80871-SN7-003, and (2x) 80872-SN7-003.
You can buy a kit full of aftermarket clips that work pretty good for all Honda models off Amazon for about 12 bucks. Every time I work on my car I usually break a clipper too so it's always nice to have a variety of different Honda clips on hand when you're taking apart older car. I'm usually pretty big on only using OEM parts but clips is one of the things I'll cheap out on.

The goal was to have this screen sit in the clock cavity so that it looks as OEM as possible, it actually looks almost as OEM as my RDX. The screen comes with a suction cup mount but I opted to mock up and 3D print a right angle bracket to mount a plate with a 17mm ball to for the display to connect to. I could have mounted the screen directly to the bracket but the ball helps push the display forward so its reachable. To wire tuck I removed the clock display and left the opening for the bracket to slide further into and also the power wire and reverse camera wire. The unit outputs audio via bluetooth or aux, I decided to use bluetooth so that I can get a CD changer bluetooth module to enable steering wheel controls.
so sorry i’m seeing these now, i used 3m vinyl wrap kit off amazon! a blow dryer is also very helpful to shape the wrap to your liking!

i don’t recommend you use the razor it comes with haha…
I hope I answered your questions well. Good luck with your car.
If you like the k&n oil filters they have the hex nut to make removal of breeze. I usually get whatever is on sale between wix, kn, and Bosch premium (filtech made same as the best OEM Honda filters).
I look forward to arguing about oil and filters with you guys. Pennzoil platinum ultra here but I've heard really good things about their Pennzoil Platinum high mileage formula. Going to try that next weekend since I'm due for an oil change and I've heard it's really good about minimizing oil consumption. I usually use up a quart topping off my oil as it gets low between oil changes.
Yeah I got the same thing. It happens over time due to UV exposure. Your best bet is to keep a UV protectant on the dash and buy a sun shade for the front windshield. You can get the OEM Acura one from Amazon for around $50.

You could try putting a bead of black caulk in there and then once it's set but still soft go Press into it with a scrap piece of vinyl to get the grain pattern in there. I've been slowly reupholstering everything in my TSX with black alcantara so I'm using it as an excuse to do the dash. Just waiting to get a decent deal on a used black dashboard so I can take my time and work on it outside of the car and not have to drive around with no dash in the car for weeks. I'll have to do the portion on the door panels above the trim line too so that the material flows with the lines of the car.

You can buy (very handy to have) a bluetooth OBD (On Board Diagnostic) scanner from amazon and check the engine codes yourself. This device connects to the diagnostic port underneath your steering column and BT pairs with your phone. Then you download an OBD scan app from the app store and you can be educated about what the errors mean when you take it to a service shop.
These scanners can even reset some trouble codes. Don't worry, you can't harm your car.
Decided to buy this one. Bought two in a bundle since my friend has the same car as me and she having Bluetooth issues too. how's the quality on these and does the bluetooth connectivity have issues with newer phones?
also, how are the bluetooth dongles that connect to the aux input, like this, is their quality any good?
They will both look good according to my Google research. Mine is dark OEM.
If you want to try out custom headlights, these nike style daytime running lights look badass. I linked one below that is sold out but you can find them on different websites.
