What you're describing is unprecedented in medical science and would indicate that you are different to 99.9% of the population in some significant way.
I think I made some rounding errors, you can use a cylinder volume calculator and set it to output mL and multiply by 1.216 to get the volume.
I just noticed I wrote things down in my comment as both 5mm and 6mm for the first straw, so I'll just check the values with that calculator.
5mm diameter x 20cm length = 3.927mL * 1.216 = 4.77g
6mm diameter x 20cm = 5.655mL * 1.216 = 6.8g
11mm diameter x 20cm = 19.007mL * 1.216 = 23.1g

It's a nickname for a family of drugs which affect cannabinoid receptors so there's no definitive answer to your question. This link is cited on the Wikipedia page for synthetic cannabinoids and gives a good overview of the situation.
Orthostatic hypotension — totally benign, and extremely common. I’d reckon almost every person alive experiences this phenomena, as it’s a function of our cardiovascular physiology. Nothing to worry about my friend.
CBD is viable for reversing amphetamine induced oxidative stress
Lots of drugs cause urinary retention through noncholinergic mechanisms. For example, MDMA, stimulants, and decongestants cause difficulty urinating thru adrenergic mechanisms. Review here
link to the court document USA v Barlow
They first busted a customer and the customer showed a bunch of logs of buys to TWS. Then feds did a bunch of controlled buys in 2019, figured out the shipping pattern or something (12 and 13 in the court document seems kinda vague on this, but could be profiling the packages). They found the shipper who said he was not the brains, he was just an employee. The shipper described how he received the drugs and they used that information to track down another guy and found a coinbase account associated with that person.
They found a wallet connected to the vendor that used coinbase and found that the account sold ~$700k worth of bitcoin but only bought ~$200 worth.
They then found purchases from coinbase (via shiftpayments) to buying vials, labels and so forth. They also found incriminating messages in that user's gmail account, like logos associated with the market account and bags of mushrooms (they had multiple accounts on markets, some of which sold shrooms). They found all the accounting for the account in a google drive.
There's a lot of other evidence, but that's the highlights.
lol

A lot of the supplements the other guy mentioned are very good. I personally use this supplement that contains L-Theanine, melatonin, and valerian root (the most important part). I've taken a LOT of sleep aids, but this one really puts me out. Also helps sleep quality too, my wife gets better sleep and wakes up less during the night. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R47DBBQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
(I also have PTSD, and a great bonus is that it helped me have less nightmares. It is really nice to have...)
Ask to be switched to bupropion XL and take it as early as possible. Avoid electronics, or download an app like flux. Consider trying CBT, meditation or yoga.
As for the melatonin, 100-1000mcg is the generally accepted range. I recommend volumetric dosing. Ironically, most people see better results the less they take. An hour or so before bed should be good. Controlled release is unnecessary as melatonin's main function is to promote sleep onset. Beware, not everyone will find melatonin effective. It's also recommended that you take breaks from it as often as you can allow. It's not something you should be taking every night. As is the case for most sleep-aids.
Even among the same species there can be so much variation, based on individual growing conditions.
"Analysis of Psilocybe cubensis (Earle) Singer grown in controlled culture showed that the level of psilocin was generally zero in the first (or sometimes even the second) fruiting of the mushroom from a given culture and that the level reached a maximum by the fourth flush. The level of psilocybin, which was nearly always at least twice the level of psilocin, showed no upward or downward trend as fruiting progressed, but was variable over a factor of four.Samples obtained from outside sources had psilocybin levels varying by over a factor of ten from one collection to the next."
"When undertaking quantitative analysis of psilocybin and psilocin levels in Pacific Northwest species, we generally found large variations from one collection to another even within one species and even when all collections were made over time from a single location"
I HIGHLY doubt your friend can identify a mushroom based on his/her subjective experience. As others have said, even among identical substances, a psychedelic experience can vary dramatically.
On the contrary,
"In summary, we demonstrated in this study that EGCG is an inhibitor of COMT-mediated O-methylation of L-DOPA both in vitro and in vivo"

Not that it's incredibly important. 5-HTP is one of the least important supplements in the MDMA regimen anyway. Take it, don't take it, as long as you're waiting at least 3 months between rolls, and you're not taking it within 12 hours of a roll, it's not going to make a massive difference. However, it IS contraindicated for use during a roll. That's pretty much common knowledge. That's not to say it's going to cause SS for sure, but when you take the two together, the chances of that happening do go up. People do exaggerate the risk sometimes, but the risk is still there. If you favour caution and scepticism, I'm sure you can appreciate that.
You're welcome. I just made this extra graph for you that actually shows the progression of concentration over the course of 9 doses in 24 hours (1 dose every 3 hours).
That surprised me too, it seems to be a longstanding anecdotal correlation between people being peppersprayed while on coke or meth and dying. Found only one study about, it in mice, where it drastically increased cocaine lethality https://www.semanticscholar.org/paper/Capsaicin%2C-an-active-ingredient-in-pepper-sprays%2C-Mendelson-Tolliver/160ab1257342604155b4b7859dfe161ecda4b0b7
How about 9-Me-BC? It's of the beta carboline family like Syrian Rue, but seems to be more dopamineric in its effects. Not sure if it's stronger than selegiline, but read a comment on longecity where somebody said they felt it was.
I think this answer is going to vary depending on the drug itself. I think maybe you should rephrase to be a little bit more specific, as there is no real 'blanket' answer you are going to get.
For an extremely simplified example: An overdose of methamphetamine can lead to a multitude of different things mostly relating to the heart such as how the rhythm of the heart beats, blood pressure, overheating, etc. Where as something like a fentanyl overdose can lead to extreme labored breathing that can lead to a lack of oxygen within the body (hypoxia), alongside a few other things.
There are whole fields of study as to why the specific mechanisms of an overdose occur. These fields of study are extremely complex and generally require years and years to learn.
You may want to check out some books on Pharmacology, Biology, Organic/Biological Chemistry, Anatomy, Pharmacodynamics,.....and Pharmacokinetics....and I'm sure I'm missing something.
EDIT: Here is an amazing website that contains free textbooks about various STEM related fields: https://libretexts.org/
The process is separating compounds is called chromatography. In this case you could use specifically column chromatography to separate them. This book is very good at explaining how to carry out a proper column and is what I used a lot when I first started in the laboratory.
You can also probably find sufficient information online or may even be able to find a free PDF of that book online too. However I will say if you have no glassware or solvents already, this will probably cost a good chunk of money.
You will need a chromatography column, a retort stand, at least one clamp and clamp holder (sometimes sold together), silica, sand, solvents (usually ethyl acetate and hexane), thin layer chromatography plates, capillary tubes, and some test tubes or beakers. Some pipettes would help too in getting your sample loaded onto the column.
I don’t want to be a buzzkill because I love chemistry and want everyone to love it as much as I do but it is expensive. If you have an interest in chemistry and think you might use the equipment again and have lots of those pills it might be worth it.
Depending on the solubility differences between tapentadol and etizolam you might be able to separate them without having to use a column. For instance, if tapentadol is soluble in diethyl ether but etizolam is not, extract the pills with ether and then evaporate the ether to get the tapentadol back. You would still want thin layer chromatography plates for this to make sure the separation worked.
I appreciate your advice. I looked into it a little bit, ad ordered this brand from Amazon.

This kind has the best absorption. Just don't take with calcium because calcium, as it's counterproductive to take the two together. I take mine before before bed, and vitamin D + calcium with breakfast.
I wouldn't take Ray Peat's ideas on serotonin too seriously. For heaven's sake, the man is afraid to eat bananas because he thinks they contain too much serotonin!
If you want a good summary of his ideas in terms of practicality, this ebook is only a few dollars: https://www.amazon.com/Peat-Survival-Guide-Understanding-Realistically/dp/1517511941
Ironically, some things don’t have answers. Even when we seem to think we have found an answer—or a drug—to solve our problem’s. Maybe now it is time to start a book. You might find useful... https://www.amazon.com/Divided-Self-Existential-Madness-Psychology/dp/0140135375
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you. I could go into the pharmacology but I don’t think that’s the answer you need right now.
Be well :)
This is the collagen hydrolysate I meant https://www.amazon.com/Great-Lakes-Gelatin-Collagen-Hydrolysate/dp/B005KG7EDU
You should look into Dopa Mucuna. It's not strong or anything but it does help.
For example : (NOW Foods Dopa Mucuna 15% L-Dopa, 90 Vcaps https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001QG5F0W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_oCopxbPE3VEH0)
