Just got done with G2A support. I posted this on another thread but probably should have posted it here.
Bad fucking news if you pre-ordered this on G2A. I'm not posting this to have a debate on G2A, I'm just trying to save some users time fighting with support.
Support did give me https://www.g2a.com/complaint for sending complaints which I'm going to fill out. I don't know if anything comes from it but maybe labeling more clearly would save some people some guessing.
Yeah I know I'm complaining about something I paid less than retail for. That's not the point I'm trying to make here.
What are you talking about? You simply need to be a Battlefield Insider to gain access to the Beta.

The proverbial bone has already been thrown to everyone.
Let me just dig up ye olde internet articles....
Not providing overtime to their workers....
Working conditions in general were pretty awful by the standards of the time.
And at the time they were pretty infamous for killing off Bullfrog Productions and Westwood Studios, espeically the latter since at the time they were perceived to be producing a shitacular C&C game (Generals) after Westwood went defunct.
While AFAIK they have actually kept the improvements they made when it came to working conditions, I'm sure anybody else who has read that previous paragraph has already mentally filled in the blanks, with the more modern "EA ruined this" things.
Well, except for Bullfrog.

If you want to get into the beta follow this link if you are signed into the origin client.
Pre-load on PC. February 2nd 19:00 CET and play the game February 3nd 19:00 CET. - http://www.timeanddate.com/countdown/generic?iso=20150202T19&p0=69&msg=Battlefield+Hardline+beta+pre-load+-+February+2nd&csz=1
No, the Deluxe edition only has the game and some battlepacks.
Deluxe edtions of EA games never contain DLC only weapons, Battlepacks, skins and stuff like that.
You can compare editions on Origin.
The Hardline DLC maps are MUCH better then the base maps.

Oh if you already have the base game then I'd wait for each DLC to be free. Robbery is free this week and I think the rest will be made free eventually.
I was really surprised when I found out that they threw a Judas Priest song in the mix.
Coming from a huge Priest fan, I gotta say, new games need more Priest. Or at least some more classic heavy metal.
One possiblity reason is a hidden program using your net, CPU and generate unwanted traffic. Maybe you should check your internet traffic. Try wireshark, take a 1 minute capture. If the capture is NOT almost empty you found something. You can also capture the traffic between your game and game server. https://www.wireshark.org/#download
An other reason is you play through a wifi connection.
Also you should issue a PerfOverlay.DrawGraph 1 in BFH or BF4. Press tilde ~ in game then issue that command to search spikes in that graph. https://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_4/comments/2keoga/perfoverlaydrawgraph_cpu_or_gpu_bottleneck/
And you should check your video drivers...
Will there be bonus XP weekends for Hardline Premium?
Couldn't find it on the product page.
Looks like only BF4 promo now. Or they will add it later...
> Battlefield™ 1 is coming later this year, and we're celebrating by keeping the action going in Battlefield 4 and Battlefield Hardline. Over the next few months we'll be giving away previously released expansion packs for both games to anyone playing on Xbox One, Xbox 360, Origin for PC, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 3. There are also new Community Missions and a whole lot more to get excited about.
MAY 17 - MAY 24 Take on the Future with Battlefield 4 Final Stand for Free
Insane Clown Posse - Still Stabbin'.
Perhaps the music on my Destiny compilation of Titan Flying Knee kills is more to your liking. https://vimeo.com/106871326 And classics aren't you're cup of tea, you have to at least be able to jam to LL Cool J. http://tinypic.com/m/ibi77p/3 Its more about the theme of the video/song than it is quality of music. If you have a song about stabbing people, please share. Ill definitely be needing another one.
Wasn't getting mad, just think that the developers should put a little bit of quality testing in, and if something doesn't really work across the board, they shouldn't bother putting it in.
Oh, and you think Windows is more open than OSX is? Show me where Microsoft keeps its open source code. https://www.apple.com/opensource/
edit: And let me say this, I'm a huge supporter of allowing choice when playing or running a server for a game like this. I loved UT for that specific reason. But I'd at least prefer that they make it work across the board or at least try to, which they really haven't. None of the maps/game modes in Hardline really work fantastically with 64 people. It was okay in 4, a lot of times it wasn't great but it worked a lot of places just because of how huge the maps were. But they're not here. This is a different game, so they shouldn't just copy-paste the options just so they can say it has a lot of people. I'm not arguing necessarily they should remove the option, just that it'd be nice if they put some work in making it work.
In terms of region lock its probably safer to just go with your own region. In terms of G2A I have never had any problems with them and have probably mad like 8-9 purchases over the last few months, here's the page if you want :https://www.g2a.com/r/battlefieldhardlineglobalkey
Shame there isn't any Origin Great Game Guarantee Policy on consoles as it is on origin on PC these days where you can refund the game if you don't like it.
> It is wrong to judge someone by a few paragraphs in a stupid argument on the Internet.
Says the guy that just claimed another player was lying about himself having a PC because you couldn't understand why anyone would ever do that. And then you dismiss two other people that also do the same thing. Tell me again how I don't know your behavior from a simple argument?
So tell us again why he doesn't own a PC from your educated mind?
Edit: and note... he doesn't even need a powerful PC as you insinuate to play BFH. Minimum system requirements And obviously PC users claim even minimum system requirements beat a console.
That's great you got the game cheaper through G2A and you are playing till this day.
If you're happy and you have a spare moment, we'd be over the moon if you dropped by and gave us a rating on Trustpilot (just like Mario we are collecting stars). If not, I'd super glad if you share with me any feedback you might have to improve the quality of your shopping.
Wishing you a good day!
Game Time. Between server admins and BattlEye, the amount of hackers should remain minimal and we get a lot of new people to play with. It may even sell the game to those who wouldn't have bought it without trying it first.
It's a no-brainer in which everybody wins. Get on it, EA.
Origin has a feature called Game Time (link), where you can test a game for a few hours before deciding to buy it. Hardline isn't listed there right now, but maybe it will be soon.
It was there when I looked earlier today (web browser on PC). I play on Playstation but I wouldn't think it would be any different for Xbox.
Have you tried using the new Battlefield Companion instead? Log in, go to your main Career page, hover over your profile pic then click View Emblems at the top right.
> I dont see any dlc for free for bf4, atleast not added since the read to bf5
BF4 Final Stand was released for free at the same time as BF1's In the Name of the Tsar was: https://www.battlefield.com/news/article/road-to-battlefield-in-the-name-of-the-tsar-free-for-all-players
ETA: Both of them officially ended May 29, but checking the links shows the Xbox versions of each still have 8 days left to redeem.
If sniping is hard, then you either need to get much, much, much better or stop using the AWM/R700 LTR. Those have better range, but for me personally, the Scout works a lot better because it's so easy to followup with more shots. If you think sniping is hard, then you need to learn how to compensate and lead targets. Here's an example from my first time sniping in any Battlefield. I've been getting clips like this consistently. https://onedrive.live.com/redir?resid=df4c8ad068cf829f%21129
Well, I would suggest to pirate it and try it in the SP campaign, but I don't know which versions are available and the engine had like a million patches since the release (many of which are in Hardline), so I'm not sure how much will that help you... but it should be generally running much better now than it did at release (new GPU drivers also help). On the other hand, the CPU gets much less work to do in SP than in MP, so there's also that (you could get bottlenecked by the CPU in 64 player games).
As for BF3, that is quite a bit less demanding than BF4, at least in my experience. So I wouldn't rely on it in this case.
EDIT: It's weird that game time doesn't work for you. It should https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/free-games/game-time ... did you try to create a new, throwaway Origin account?
Thanks I meant May not March. Rip English.
EA/DICE has said they will give us all of the DLC free. I also think Betrayal will be the last free DLC because it's the newest. Like I said.
I know that's why I said "IF" they make them free every 4 weeks. BF4 DLC became free on May 3, May 17 and June 21 so no 4 weeks there though, but 2 weeks and 5 weeks instead. Also all those dates are Tuesdays like with Hardline DLC.

you can check how far away the games are from you. There are none in south east asia. i have the game on ps4 and now my friend and i would love to play it on pc. but thats just not an option unless we want to play with 250+ ping. sad case. the game isnt as bad as people make it out to be
Sound like a great idea.
Have been playing custom game modes since R63 and record them! I can host these games, and record them.
Every game you can think of, Mike Myers, Duckhunt, President, Zombie, Predator, Hunter, Tag, Hide n Seek, Slayer, and many more.

The number one reason to do this is if it's anything like BF4, SERVERS in your own region will already be up and running hours before the game itself is unlocked.
You can connect to an Asian VPN for like 10 seconds to activate the game and then play with everyone else say, in the U.S. who has done the same thing on whatever U.S. servers happen to be up already.
I used a FlyVPN free trial and it only required a throwaway email address to use. Hoping I can do that again.
The price is actually cheaper there regardless of the exchange. It is probably because living standards in Mexico is much lower than other countries. It's the same as Russia/Poland etc. having lower prices on steam and origin, but they are region locked I think. They can charge however they would like depending on the country, so it makes sense that Mexico would have lower prices. Probably same goes for countries in South America, but haven't really visited those stores because Mexico is cheap enough. Nothing is stopping you from going around stores comparing prices in USD :) VPN Gate offers a lot of decent speed nodes in various countries to check out.
Yes for now. But in a year or two GPUS that out do current gen consoles will be sold for 100 dollars. hell you can get a gpu that matches the strength of the xbone for 100$ right now http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121632R&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Desktop+Graphics+Cards-_-N82E16814121632R&gclid=CjwKEAjwxKSoBRCZ5oyy87DimEcSJADiWsvgsM7MTW2P3lcmdl-paZ3t2f5...
mind you this GPU came out in feb of 2012. PC gaming is already 3 years ahead of this.
You can get a GPu that is double the speed of the Xbone for 160$ http://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Mini-Displayport-PCI-Express-Graphic-GV-R787OC-2GD/dp/B007PJVB3Y
PC gaming is getting cheaper and cheaper to get into every year that passes. soon the next gen consoles will be old again.
mind you this is coming from someone who owns a PS3 and a PS4 for the exclusives. Next Gen consoles are already dated and cant handle 1080p and 60 fps. if you think that developers are going to magically find a way to reach that standard and stick to it you're wrong. The fact is that if they find a way to optimize the hardware even more they are going to use it to increase graphical fidelity not performance. 1gb of ddr5 is not enough to last 10 years. Hell there is a GPU coming out that has 12 gb ddr5 video memory. 12 times stronger than an Xbone already.
