Definitely! OOTP 16 comes out soon, but OOTP 15 is still great. The only big change going into the next version is updated rosters and the MLB License, which means logos and player uniforms.
Since the new version is coming out soon, OOTP 15 is on sale for $20 (its usually $40) but right now on humble bundle Its on sale for $6.79. Thats a great value if you ask me. You can also ask other members of the OOTP community over at /r/ootp or check out the forums on ootp's website.

Both teams stayed relatively healthy throughout the season without losing any key players.

I just started playing a day or so ago and found it very enjoyable.
Now, after one season, I saved off my league and reloaded it and the game plays until the beginning of the next season's games start. Then it no longer advances. Sometimes I see the result for one game in the prompt on the left, but the games never actually finish.
It seems it is stuck permanently in the "play next day" mode. I can stop it, but then it is just idle. I am guessing something is wrong with the data base. I did edit the file in a json editor.

Here’s an algorithm I’ve adapted that does what you’re asking for both resignings and FA, based on offer value and team strength.
Building a TEAM is the most important advice I can give. Make sure you have balance throughout as if you have 3 bigs with high rebound numbers, they will eat into each other's PER.
Same goes for 3's. Look for players that have high defensive stats also.
Make sure you check a players actual stats rather than going for overall as often, the player may be a good rebounder, but have no height etc etc.
Like said below, also allow for a bench. I try to keep bench players at 50 overall min and all have stats so they can play as a unit, ie one rebounder, one shot blocker, one 3 pointer etc.
Final advice: Scan for high potential young players in free agency on the minimum contract and snap them up. If they bust 0.50m is nothing to your bank balance.

I think it works okay, though the two rosters not staying at the same vertical level annoys me more than I thought it would... I really like having a trade summary at the top though, especially with the full player rows displayed right next to each other. Just my two cents :) awesome game, by the way.
I tried to set my cut to 0, but the lowest it lets you pick is 5%. Feel free to make your own, in which case you'll have no extra 5% fee. Also I used http://www.retailmenot.com/view/zazzle.com?c=7962322 when I bought mine, big discount.
nope (edit: I didn't get the sixth man of the year). but the achievement system should be changed. I got 2 Dynasty 2 achievements for winning 9 titles in a row.
I.e. you get one after winning 8 titles in a row but when I won the 9th, it counted it again as I won another 8 straight.
There are 7 players total in at least 70 potential. Highest overall skill was 56 (1 player) and next highest was 41 OVR, also 1 player.
I fixed this. Thanks for letting me know, it was a very bizarre problem caused by this new error tracking software I'm trying (Bugsnag).
However, in the future, if you notice a case where certain behaviors don't update other tabs, do let me know. Because I'm sure there are still some corner cases.

You can start with an exported roster from the game. Any text editor can read a JSON file, http://www.sublimetext.com/ is nice and free.
I do need to make this easier eventually... please do bug me about it until I do.
Most likely it's because when you export rosters from within the game, it comes with no line breaks. I had to make it this way because adding whitespace makes the file size larger and risks crashing browser if it uses too much memory - there's no good way to have browsers download a large amount of client-side generated data, that I know of.
But for rosters people make and use, there's no need to leave out white space.
You should be able to add line breaks after commas, though. Maybe your text editor is doing something weird? This is the text editor I use, it's quite good and it's free. It's still slow if you edit a huge file on one line, but it's fast enough to at least let you copy/paste the line of text into something like this which will format it nicely with line breaks.
Here in Italy you can watch it either on TV on Eurosport, or with Discovery+ (so it is always property of Sky).
I don't know how it works in the US, and if they stream the same content.
You can sure subscribe to the Discovery+ streaming service via a VPN ( I recommend Mullvad VPN or Proton VPN), so that you get the italian content.
Otherwise, apart from the betting sites that stream if you register to them, there is rojadirecta , that streams every single sport.
The only problem with rojadirecta is that at times it changes its domain and that broadcasters are Albanian, Arab, Serbian and Spanish most of times, but the streaming, after you find the right link, usually goes smoothly.
