I use a VPN called Private Internet Access. If you're going to be torrenting or downloading from less than legit places, you really should be using something like that. It's not free, but that's one of the more respected VPN's out there. Setup is pretty simple and their support is helpful if you ever get confused.

(Plus, even aside from that sort of stuff, I would argue that people should be using a VPN anyway, at least if they ever use their phones or laptops on internet connections other than their home network.)

Nope. It sure ain't ideal, but that doesn't change the fact that -- up until today -- the UK had the fifth strongest economy in the world. But even in the few hours it's been since the Brexit vote, it's dropped down to being sixth. In summary: economy was good, but without the EU, it's getting worse. (An initial hit was inevitable, and it may well stabilise later, but I still really don't think this'll do trade any favours.

As for the immigration question, that isn't really something I can answer without bias, being an immigrant myself. However, studies have shown that EU migrants provide quite a boost to the UK's economy. And leaving the EU may well not even make a difference here -- the UK will most likely have to continue allowing free movement in order to access the European common market.

So a) the alleged benefits may well not actually happen, and b) it's doing more harm than good.

I needed to give a late reply, you'll need a proxy because, when I clicked the play button without a Japanese proxy, it didn't do anything. But when I clicked on it with Japanese proxy, it showed some episode details, that's the part when you have to get a subscription. didn't work but TunnelBear worked, somehow. ^(I know it's official since it's in the description of the Japanese dubs posted on the Japanese Cartoon Network channel. I edit this too much.)

IDW's TMNT comic series.

I love it--I've been a TMNT fan since the 80's and it's probably my favorite incarnation. It has great new characters from pretty much all of the old series. If you liked the 2003 series it brings back some of those characters in a great new way (Angel and Hun are two that come to mind). I love the new origin story and it has a lot of great artwork.

I really can't recommend it enough and it's one of the few comics I get every month as soon as it comes out instead of waiting for the collected volume.

This page lists Windows 10's system requirements. It looks like your computer is just inside of them, so it might be a bit slow. That said, you can't stay on XP. That's just asking for trouble.

If you're willing to learn a new OS, Debian Linux could be a good fit. It's designed for laptops and has a small memory footprint.
