Seen at a local car show. The sign on the car said, "Cadillac made approximately 500 of this model in 1911. 2 exist today, and one more in pieces. Original paint, leather, the car was in storage almost 80 years. The car had less than 6,000 miles on it when I got it from the second owners estate. This is NOT a restored auto, it is ALL ORIGINAL."
Here's the full album of pictures I took, it was insane how clean this thing was.

I ordered Fahren 6500. They fit inside the dust cap.

If you want to do it yourself, get the 3M Ultra Headlight Restoration Kit. I've used it a couple of times and it's always resulted in brand new looking headlights.
Tapout sells the dive plates in the same material as the stock ones. I believe they have the front lip, spoiler and a few other components as well. Here's the link
Yeah, the goat rodeo is strong with the blackwings. I had my own fun with the car sitting in the Lansing holding lot for about 3 months of torture. I think it's going a bit faster though. So hopefully you won't be much longer there.
Going with plugs, filters and the catted downpipes (though they are spendy) is what I'd recommend pretty much everyone do that wants to enhance the Blackwing experience. All the fun just turned up a few more notches to enhance the cars' capabilities.
The Denzo plugs off amazon have been working fantastic for me. Make sure they're gapped down to .022-.024 for maximum benefit.
After talking to some smart people, I went with these ones. Also, since it's a bit of a PITA to do the plugs, you can follow Josh's how-to guide.
Unless someone treats the the frame/undercarriage before the vehicle is driven on salt covered roads with something like fluid film this will happen. You could still treat it (after a decent wash under there with a pressure washer) to help slow down and treat the rust. That will help slow it down. You live in SC so it's unfortunate you ended up with a northern vehicle. If this car had lived in your area it wouldn't look like this at all. In the salt belt it's very important to treat the undercarriage and try to rinse off the salt every few days. This is a bit excessive for being just 3 years old but they probably never washed it during the winter and it clearly was never treated. Personally I would just clean it up a bit and treat it with fluid film or something similar.
I have a new 2022 XT4 (midlife crisis car) and my only "mod" was these cupholder inserts, but I'm a baller and money is no object. But seriously, they look cool.

I just wanted to mention that you should repair that seat before it gets worse. Is it right on the seam? You could stitch it back up yourself with something like this. Or there's tons of leather repair options out there that would match the color.

You can still use the cup holder, it's cheap, and it's 1 solid piece. It doesn't flop around unexpectedly.
Everyone should have one of these along with one of these. Two tools for under $30 that are so damn handy to have. I use my scanner all the time. I have a cheap scanner I paid $30 from walmart that works just fine. Of course you can go to any parts store and get it scanned for free but having your own is so handy. The bluetooth scanner is really neat since you can read all of the data off of your car and eve setup whatever custom gauges you want on any tablet/phone/whatever you want. I know someone who's entire gauge cluster busted who uses one along with an old cell phone since the car isn't worth puttying a single dime into.

you'll need a metal shim to put on the back of your phone. i didn't want to stick one on my phone, so i put it in between the case and the phone. works well.
It's not vinyl it's like canvas and it's in really great condition! I really wouldn't do anything to it but clean and condition it with a product like THIS . This is a kit but you can buy the items separately.
I swapped the suction cup for the vent mount and have it clipped on the tray door in front of the shifter. It's convenient to drop in and not in the way. It does charge extremely slow even being plugged in to the outlet in the back.
I just used an exhaust tube i had already sitting around and cut it to size, and a silicone coupler i had that was used on an 08 Tahoe intake. The cone filter i used is acheapie from amazon (i said i dk about classy lol) but that size will generally fit in the the hole behind the headlight with some coaxing. There is a K&N filter about the same size also
Yes, I have this exact one on my CT4-V: Extreme Online Store Replacement for 2018-Present Chevrolet Equinox Chevy | EOS Plate Version 2 Front Bumper Tow Hook License Plate Relocator Mount Bracket Tow-449-V2 (Full Size) https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07B9S39Z4/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_1C4WD5BBZGSN4Y99Z34C?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Yea thats BS.
They sell new remotes on Amazon. You program them through the cluster. If you scroll through the menu options, there “Program New Remote” option.

As for the key, you can program it yourself as well. Look for a B-111 key online. Then go to ACE hardware and have the key cut.
To program the key, turn the ignition to run with the original key and wait for the security light to turn off. Then turn the ignition off.
Then put your new key, turn it to run and wait for the security light to go off again.
Finally turn the ignition off, you now have another working key.
I could have sworn I have a screwdriver bit that looks like those. Weird.
Also, mounting a license plate bracket to the tow/recovery hook mount means you won't have to deal with those goofy fasteners again. Here's the one I found that fits my CT4-V:
I was looking at this tool because it looks very simple and easy, but I'm not sure if it will fit. Would love to hear from someone who's done this job before:
You can buy a new fob on Amazon for fairly cheap. They're pretty easy to program and you can have the internal key cut to match your existing key at a local ACE hardware.
try these, if they dont work like you want, send em back. https://www.amazon.com/Fahren-9012-Headlights-Conversion-Waterproof/dp/B082KRN5DY/ref=sr_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=9012+led+headlight+bulb&qid=1609819425&sr=8-5
You need a new touch panel,(digitizer) its really not that hard to replace, just look up the youtube videos on how to do this, and be gentle with the ribbon cable and you will be fine. i replaced mine in less than 2 hours and i was totally taking my time on every step.
The panels are all over Amazon because this, unfortunately is a common problem
Sorry, I didn't realize that it was RCA. In that case, here's one that might work better.
If you want to send a picture of the RCA side of the head unit, I'll confirm that it'll work.
Something like this ought to do the trick.
Thank you for all the information! Last year I replaced the rear struts with OEM struts keeping the active ride control. At this point, I do not care if I keep it or not its caused too many issues with the car. Thanks for clarifying that I can keep the front passive and the rear active. I was wondering if that was an option. Would that cause any issues in terms of the RSS computer freaking out? also, I found this active strut here for a good price would you recommend it? Or should I just use the traditional Monroe conversion kits? Also, any clue if these conversion kits maintain decent ride quality? here is the link https://www.amazon.com/Monroe-40021-Specialty-Strut/dp/B000C59LTY/ref=au_pf_pfg_s?ie=UTF8&Make=Cadillac%7C46&Model=Seville%7C413&Year=2001%7C2001&carId=001&n=15684181&newCar=1&s=automotive&vehicleType=automotive

It looks like it's a little door chime speaker thing but behind it is actually a small fan.
If you use android, I have this one off Amazon (10ish dollars) and use torque pro to read it. It has come in handy many times and with torque it allows you to read real time info about the car. My 2008 had 2 coils go bad at about 105k just a few months ago. Fairly easy on my year and model to change. All up top. Bought 6 Bosch coils from amazon for $40 each. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PLYC166/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_a2U5zbPCHZFAX
Have you seen the service engine light blink when it is choppy?
Oh sorry haha, you need a 30pin cable, one like this would work

Omg! This is so weird! I was searching high and low for a way to hook my phone up to my 08 sts just last week! After a couple of hours of searching I finally found this. It hooks into the back of your radio and gives you an aux input. Now if you want to take it a step further, you can pair it with this and they both hook up together and your phone will work off of bluetooth. No wires and nice and clean looking. I installed it in my car about 2 days ago and it sounds Crystal clear and my radio looks completely stock still. It will knock off your xm radio though. Idk if that will be a problem for you or not.
I have this and it works great - interfaces with the onstar
