I put these rubber laces on all my shoes. I can't go back now. They slip on and off, but still stay snug when they are on. It's great.
Get a bidet. They're remarkably inexpensive and save you thousands in tissue paper. If you think "Oh it'll be weird splashing my ass with water, though," think about this... if you got shit anywhere else, would you be comfortable with just wiping it dry? Or would you insist on water and maybe even soap?
It's nothing to worry about. You're right, it happens pretty infrequently just randomly too. For older people it happens much more frequently and definitely after any permanent hearing loss such as loud noise sustained for 30 minutes or so (like at concerts). That eHow page also suggests stress and fluid build up, I'm sure that's probable too.
Protip: Get a bidet. They can be cheap and will save you HUNDREDS of dollars on TP. We barely need TP anymore, and this is coming from a fatass that used to use one roll per shit.
Interesting bit on the origin of the term. Also a nicely written NYT opinion piece.
Honestly, I can't see why you'd be bothered by a widespread, commonly accepted term that has been popular for the past few decades. It seems to me like you're inventing a reason to be mad at black people (that's the term I use, but only because it's less of a mouthful).
You'll probably say you're not racist and you're just making a point... but you have to ask yourself why the term would bother you so much.
Personally I don't believe in gender binary, more in a gender sliding scale, which is separate from the physical scale. Everyone is somewhere on that scale. I think the gender binary system hurts a lot more people than just those who are (thanks to the binary system termed as) 'trans'.
As a cis gendered female I have had to be way more 'feminine acting' for society than I am comfortable being in myself, most cis-females I know do. In my case it just makes me angry, in the case of the transgendered people I know, it makes them depressed and physically ill when they have to suppress their body language all the time because suppressing everything about yourself takes an incredible amount of energy and mental effort. Transition (total or partial) can fix this.
That does not make them mentally ill, that makes society intolerant to the point where it drives many to suicide. I think that most of that is a result of the issues discussed here: http://www.ted.com/talks/tony_porter_a_call_to_men.html
We're horrified (or insulted), in the case of MtF people that one would 'throw away' the 'privilege' of being male. But the whole entire box is wrong.
Most leather comes from domesticated cows. It's true, to make a leather jacket, at least one cow had to die. If there were not a single person on earth interested in its leather, the cow would still be dead, because people also want all this stuff, most of which can't be obtained without killing the cow. So, if the cow's dead anyway, you might as well use the leather. It'd be wasteful not to. Fur, on the other hand, comes from animals killed solely and entirely to provide fur. Destroy the fur market, and those animals will be allowed to live, because there will no other reason to harm them.
Leather also gets off easy because leather is less expensive (though it's still expensive) and more practical. It's more durable, for one thing. It's also at least somewhat protective. Motorcyclists often wear leather because if you have to lay the bike down, the leather's strong enough to make a difference in how badly scraped you get. Fur, on the other hand, is pure ostentation. Fur is nothing but a billboard screaming "LOOK AT ME! I CAN AFFORD FUR!" More people are always going to be bothered by fur than leather, because fur doesn't really have any redeeming qualities except for the fact that it allows the wearer to advertise their wealth.
Kaaaaa- Meeeeee- Haaaaaa- Meeeee- Haaaaa!!!! for the lazy. I think of Angela Lansbury while I tickle my butt cheeks ever so softly. Not as aggressive as the turtle wave, but just as effective...and a strategy best kept secret...oh shit.

RubyInstaller for Windows has this FAQ entry:
https://github.com/oneclick/rubyinstaller/wiki/faq#no_pgmfiles
If you dig into it beyond the "No" answer the real killer is that "Program Files" has a space in it, which screws everything up completely. Trolls all the unix programs bundled into the devkit that are used for compiling native rubygems. Huge mess to fix all the bugs.
EDIT: Here you go:
Colloquial usage: http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=baloney&defid=1145577
The term "baloney" is a derivation of the deli meat "bologna", the former meaning nonsense and originating from questionable quality of some brands of the latter. At least that's how I heard it, but maybe that was just baloney.
Anyways, Wiktionary agrees: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/baloney.
Red/Blue Advanced Battling Guide.
This guide is mostly about competitive battling against OTHER PLAYERS. The computer doesn't stand a chance.
Note: the mechanics of this guide are based on original red/blue. Much is the same, but be aware that a few things do function differently. For example, a Slash-ing Persian isn't the critical machine he was in the original.
I believe that the message and how it's delivered are important. Even though things in Uganda have improved, I still believe delivering this message is still a way to show people how to make things happen. Especially when dealing with the government. When you have the internet supporting you, you can achieve a lot. Advocacy Marketing at its best.
You might like RainyMood. I use it all the time when I'm doing work or even just browsing Reddit. Also it keeps me nice and calm if a Creeper kills me in Minecraft.
EDIT: Also it's apparently a karma farm (searched it on Reddit)
You should try playing geoguessr. You look around on street view and look for clues where you are. People, cars, roads, language on signs, vegetation, landscape, any kind of hint where it might be and you have to guess as close as you can. Each round has a maximum of 5000 points. 5 rounds make a game.

Once I got a perfect score with my girlfriend, but it was difficult and we had to be super patient to not try to get within 10m of the locations. You could use your phone to make it easier, but that's not as much fun.

Oh god I hate using the mouse. Sometimes I prefer my laptop over my desktop because I can just use my thumb on the trackpad.
Oh-There's a firefox addon that may help you here. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/no-mouse/
Ugh I wish I did... maybe I can look up my library account history?
Edit: yay! I found it! here is the amazon listing for Every Day and I also found out there is a sequel
Our brains are really weird--we can actually just hear a few words that remind us of lyrics of a song and the song will be in our heads, even after years. The best part--you may never even realize what is triggering the association. (If you haven't read "Thinking, Fast and Slow," I highly recommend it. You will learn about some of the weird mechanisms going on in your head that you don't even realize are happening.)
Hey, man. Although I can't personally relate to your experience, it sounds like a horrible situation. If therapy/pills/whatever hasn't worked, I have a book to suggest to you. It has helped me put my mind right in a lot of messed up areas of my life. Mindfulness in Plain English teaches you to observe the mind's habits, and to look for and address their causes. Although it is written from a Buddhist standpoint, you certainly don't have to affiliate with any belief to get a lot out of it. I hope you find happiness.
You should check out Sensodyne in the UK. You can get it here
Unlike the Sensodyne in the US, it contains Novamin, which actually closes the microscopic holes in your enamel.
I associate Yael Naim with Paint it Black...a book. That was always playing while I read.
Yes.
For me I think it's pet peeve as an illustrator/designer. If you've strongly branded something based on color (regular always red, diet always white/silver, decaf always gold, so on) then it's a terrible idea to switch that up for a promotional can that you're only going to run for a couple of months... (I assume it's just seasonal) and there's no reason the design couldn't have worked with red as the background color. They probably thought it would look morbid? IDK. It's just seems like a bad branding practice.
The first time I saw the design was after ordering lunch and getting can of regular Coke with it. I looked in the bag and automatically thought "fuck they gave me diet instead of regular" and it took me a while to realise it. A week or so later went to buy a single can from a convenience mart, and for the first five minutes of looking at the fridge case was like "fuck, no regular" before I remembered. If your branding is really strong, it becomes a subliminal act for people to pick it out. If you fuck with that too much at one time, you risk actually losing sales.
To continue my TL;DR design rant, I kind of felt the way about the 2008 Pepsi rebranding... I don't really drink Pepsi, but they had that whole thing (when they started out, it looks like they've simplified now) where the different variations of the logo were supposed to indicate the different styles of cola, but they didn't do anything to indicate to the buyer that that was what they should be paying attention to, and they got rid of other indicators to clue the buyer in. It just seemed like really lazy design. (Here's a link to their actual design doc. Warning, PDF format.) They at least kept a pretty standard color palette though.
>In the real world this is 9/10 times not going to happen

Yes. If I'm not using an ad-blocker.
The first two are usually ads. I hate the fact that I'd be making Google/Yahoo/Microsoft richer by selecting something less relevant or clicking the ad when the unpaid link is right below it.
DuckDuckGo has a nice feature where they tag the [official site] in the results.
The !bangs are also incredibly useful, but can mess you around if you copied text with an exclamation mark into the search.

It's called Tinnitus.
Pretty much everyone has it in this day and age and it's relatively unavoidable considering all the loud noises that are common now. Some people have it way WAY worse than others though. They hear the ringing all.the.time. There are eardrops and whatnot for it but it doesn't ever really go away.
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/tinnitus/symptoms-causes/syc-20350156
Definitely true in Oregon, but I did a google search and it seems to be the common answer:
>Know that if there is more than one vehicle arriving at the same time at the 4-way stop, the vehicle furthest to the right is allowed to leave first. Always allow at least a few seconds to make sure no one else takes off even if it your turn to leave first. Many people do not follow this rule, even though it is the legal way to leave a 4-way stop.

No. And that's not for a lack of trying, either. I just can't help but have my attention grabbed even by stuff I've watched a countless times already. At most, I manage to watch Youtube stuff while doing some cleaning because I can still pay attention during that. But when something really takes focus, like, say, writing a paper or preparing for class, or even just doing a bit of drawing, I can't even listen to music that's too engaging. I've found soft classical music and a bit of background noise to be ideal to keep me from both, getting bored or getting distracted.
I have a collection of 55 different types of Rubik's cubes. The rubik's company tends to not use tiles. If the are just embossed and not removable: definitely fake. removable: still seems fake to me, but possibly not. Follow the instructions on this page. If the inner side is really thin plastic:definitely fake, If it looks like a solid piece, or has a panel keeping in closed: either fake or very rare pre-90s. If the piece is hollow, but the plastic is 1-2 mm thick: real or really good knockoff.
I think the word you should have used is stereotypical, not average. If you took the time to actually get to know a few "girls" you would find they do all kinds of things and many of them don't fit into your overly generalized view.
Who still pays attention to commercials? I got rid of my TV service in 2006, and installed adblock the second I learned of its existence. The quantity of advertisements I see has been significantly reduced.
Get Adblock
Yes. Also, for a while, back when I was on WinXP, I was using a clipboard manager called Yankee Clipper III. It was quite good, but I ended up overfilling it with too much stuff so I stopped using it.
They posted some videos of the practice round online this week. The competition films in January, but doesn't air until February.

You need to do stretching exercises every 45 minutes for about five minutes.
install workrave to help you keep good habits.
To ease the pain get a 'hot sock' at the pharmacy, its like a sock filled with beans you heat in the microwave and throw over your shoulder, or lay on it. Gets the blood moving, makes the pain go away.
Lack of motion will lead to chronic pain.
Move.
I only use emulators occasionally, and I don't have a large amount of old games or programs for use with emulators. Because of that, I don't think I can offer any emulator-specific advice based on my own experiences.
On OS X, Boxer provides a pretty slick DOS emulator experience. It minimizes the amount of DOS command line use, packages games into what appear to be ordinary files, presents the game folder in a visually attractive way, and allows easy customization of game icons. However, it does not provide actual library functionality.
Assuming your phone's an android, I recommend YouTube Vanced. It detects and allows you to skip certain parts of videos including:
>The same thing happens to a 3-year-old if you remove parental care as well.
No, the baby could survive, while it does require care and food, it does not need a host to live off, there is a clear difference. If a baby was taken away from it's mother, it can be fed and cared for by another person, if a fetus is removed from the mother, it can not live.

I have CCleaner and malwarebytes, ill try spybot now.
i went through this tutorial step by step, and it seemed to work untill i restarted my computer, which it told me to do. It wont restart normally, i have to restore it which removes AVG and malwarebytes. Then the virus pops up all over the place and i have to start the whole thing over :(
Any idea why its doing this?
I can't remember the last time I typed in log in details since I started using Last Pass.
Even without it most browsers have password managers, so I guess the answer to your question is: No.
Ha. I just clicked this post so I could reply without knowing your preference before I forgot and caught you at 2 seconds ago on that post. Now if I type too fast I'll seem like a stalker.
I'm not expert but here's what I would do. I would take-- wait. Hold on I thought of a flaw. Let me research.
OK. My suggestion doesn't make any sense anymore, anyone else have ideas? I was going to suggest using adblock but keep it disabled until you're on a site where you want it and then just turn it on. With it you can use flashblock so that the sound and movie ads don't play on any site. But I don't think that it would work, or it would be just as much work as adding the approved sites every time. Damn. Sorry.
TL;DR Nothing to see here folks, move along.
I've had this for thirty years and it does come and go. It seems to coincide with bouts of stress, bad diet, and bad sleep. Most of the time it will rise up after an issue has been resolved. Like you would expect a fight or flight response to do.
The good news is its completely treatable. There are thousands of resources and your doctor will have some of those as well.
This book, several years ago, saved my life. https://smile.amazon.com/Triumph-Over-Fear-Anxiety-Attacks/dp/0553374443/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=triumph+over+fear&qid=1631048563&sr=8-1
It is old and has a Christian, not preachy, bent to it but it was the first time I felt hope and understanding of what was happening.
Now, I rarely have panic or anxiety attacks. When I do I know it will pass and I have learned to not be afraid of being afraid.
I hope you find the resources you need!
Buy a "High velocity fan" that you can put in your bedroom and position it for airflow. If you try to get a regular fan, they're whisper quiet and don't really work. I have this great one from Amazon Canada but maybe they have something similar in the UK?
I also sometimes wear headphones and listen to a guided meditation/sleep music on YouTube.
You can get an awooga horn , I used to have one and it’s easy to install, and it definitely isn’t monotonal lol
Look up Sam Harris. He's a, if you could call it, a devout atheist. Yet is incredibly involved with the experience of spirituality. He's devoted a lot of time to meditation and mindfulness.

He literally wrote a book on mindfulness but how you can practice it in a secular sense. It's really good, if you don't want to buy the book and read it, he has plenty of clips on youtube where he talks about it.

Oh forget that! You've got to weaponize and use a Mimikaki. It's a true eargasm inducer.
Amazon has them for $1.92 for 5 and they last forever. Ebay has them as well.
While it is flawed from a conceptual metaphor level Searle's Chinese Room argument is the simplest illustration of the general concept.
The other thing is that current level of AI are based on the hardware-software distinction. Its not the same type of system as a growing, evolving nervous system with neuroplasticity. If we are talking about current level digital hardware-software based AI then all of Dreyfus' comments from What Computers Still Can't Do are all relevant.
It sounds like you are trying to argue the classic Minsky strong AI perspective?
you know they make nail clippers for feet that are more straight... like this one.

Just finished reading this book that talks about our hunter-gatherer selves versus what we've become now. Pretty interesting.
I am also totally dumbfounded by why some inane things have such a profound societal impact. I stumbled on this book a few years back and enjoyed it thoroughly.
I seem to gravitate towards "light-hearted, girly" books, however I do enjoy the occassional plot twist and suspenseful story line like Murder Alfresco ...but nothing scary/gory
Most of my favorite books are classic love stories (see Wuthering Heights and The Great Gatsby)
Cecelia Ahern is one of my favorite authors at the moment.
I enjoy my reading choices, but feel like I'm stuck in a rut.
I use Thai Deodorant Crystal. 100% salt, and the one I'm using now has lasted me over 18 months. Sadly, it's not so good for the ladies; who knew rubbing a salt lick on a freshly-shaven armpit would be a problem?
