Here are some shoes I made as part of a massive tutorial I've been trying to get through. So not an original design. For those curious, the tutorial is Matt Thorup's on advanced character modeling.
Thank you very much, it's just a bunch of deformers.

We don't really see the hand very well. I need to get better so I'll make more daily for sure :D
The leaf texture was lazily made from a google image search result, which was a mistake. Should have done a much more detailed model with a painted texture for the lines, it would have looked much nicer.
Everything else was done using procedural textures [bumps on the ladybug's surface, beanstalk colors] or just painted on the model [the ladybug's spots].
>How long have you been modelling for?
This project took about 4.5hfrom start to finish. Modeling was probably 2.5h of that, although I did modeling/texturing at the same time so I can't be sure.
I've been using Blender for several years now [I do icons that benefit pretty heavily from 3D incorporation]. But I've never really done anything "complete" with Blender, certainly not anything that could go into a portfolio. I've been doing a week of Daily3d to try and get better real fast [and I'm learning a ton!]
thanks mate , i used keyshot to render , really cool program ,so for leather i found this http://opengameart.org/sites/default/files/styles/watermarked/public/oga-textures/12425/seat-leather-bump_0.jpg and just applied as a bump map , really fast and easy
Create a simple mesh that resembles the shape of a flame. Use a mix shader with a transparent and an emission mode.
Create a simple gradient texture using these colors. https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Silvio_De_Barros/publication/278409561/figure/fig4/AS:294270499082245@1447170962285/Figure-5-Temperature-gradient-after-35min-of-direct-flame-exposure-a-Exposed-surface.png
