Here is an Amazon link to buy enough Stevia Concentrate to make 200 x 60mL bottles of liquid stevia, for $35.00
Omg I never thought to take pills!
Whenever I'm a little bloated I start to drink a small amount of kombucha in the morning for the probiotics and it normally fixes things. It's hard to want to drink a little bit every single morning though.
Also electrolytes sometimes help me with bloat, Propel makes a 0 cal powder you add to water.
EDIT: I'm trying to make the switch over to vegan, so if anyone is interested this is the best vegan capsule probiotic I found.
idk if this helps or not but something that helped me was i got a small trash can with a swinging lid (like this one ) so i don’t have to see the wrappers
Pretty sure they mean just a small quick access thing of pepper spray. You can buy some online or at places like AutoZone theyre by the registers, that's where I got bought some for my little sis lol.
Hiya! I so feel you and have been stocking up on beach/pool cover ups this past month. Amazon has a lot of really cute styles of Kimonos, Sarongs, Palazzo Pants, and UV Tops!
When it comes to the beach and sun protection, no one will question it if you do choose to cover up to limit sun exposure :)
If you like to do lots of swimming, long sleeve zip rash guards are great (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08QN5N3Y4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_SEF2TQVQ9T4PH7J1540E?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)
In terms of swim bottoms, you can find a plethora of swim safe shorts and/ or skirts on Amazon as well (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078772V8W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_Q3GFARQCVDRA2459G8CV?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1). This brand is great quality and has a fantastic selection of various tops and bottoms!
If you need any help looking for pieces you'd feel comfortable in, I'd be more than happy to help you look on Amazon as I love making wishlists myself :)
Hope this helps!
instead of an estimator use a rolling tdee calculator like this app or this spreadsheet, carefully track cals and weight (hehe) for a few weeks and it's pretty accurate
I'm so sorry. This country is horrible and I hate that legitimate financial concerns are putting your life and health at risk. Be sure and take COVID precautions (self isolating, hand washing) since you're at high risk :( I do think you should go to the hospital because what you have sounds serious -- do you have a mask or gloves to wear? Hospitals are required to give emergency treatment even for the uninsured so that could be an option. Not trying to be glib but this woman's advice on medical debt is useful if that does happen to you -- https://www.tiktok.com/@shaunnaburns3/video/6766305282290142469.

https://discord.gg/CRhFKk heres the dicord link. I use peach more than reddit now, it's a nice way to share and it still be personal, yeah you need to mess around with adding people I added over 100 lmao but there's a few threads with usernames, it's a little awkward to navigate at first but great when you get used too it, I like raddle it's very similar to reddit but doesn't have a huge user base, but with their policy you can post freely without worry unlike on here right now, https://raddle.me/f/proED here's the raddle link.
that black ring can happen just from not cleaning the toilet with regular use, not including c/s. ik you mentioned not having the energy to clean it more regularly, but what Abt getting one of those little add-ons that makes your toilet self-cleaning? like these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00S0GZA4W/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_ZWW1EPXZEXEYH0M10SX1

A Stranger in the Family by Katie Metcalf is also a good read. It involves more of her family as well as her own internal dialogue.
What I've found works the best for me is those sports bras that double as a top, that way everything is all enclosed. I'm gonna post links to my two faves bc they've been such a lifesaver. [I hate the way my normal bras make my boobs look so I try to wear these as much as possible lol]
Popflex wander bra- this is honestly one of my favorites, I wear it with high waisted leggings for auditions and it keeps everything contained while still looking hella cute.
Lemedy sports bra tank top- I LIVE in this top especially when I'm not dancing. It's not as secure as the Popflex and I wore it for contemporary and ballet classes via Zoom but I don't think I'd wear it to an in-person dance class. I love wearing it under street clothes as just a bra tho.
(You can wear it with or without the buckle)

I disagree. Yes, EDs existed way back when, I’ve read Joan Jacob Brumberg’s book twice and it’s incredible. But there’s a reason the number of cases of AN skyrocketed in the 1960’s, with the rise of Twiggy and “thin is in.” I’ve been researching EDs for decades and have talked to SO MANY people who’ve said that their EDs started with a weight loss diet. Yes, it becomes (or always was) something else, like a need for control, a form of SH, a coping mechanism, a form of suicide, etc, but for many, many, many people, it starts with wanting to lose weight or being teased about their weight (even jokingly like “hey there, thunder thighs!”), which triggers deliberate weight loss.
EDs are so complicated and multifaceted. People have developed them for a variety of non-diet reasons, like the commenters here have said. Hell, the COVID pandemic had people develop EDs for the first time because of food insecurity, trauma, isolation, etc. Numerous people developing EDs for non-diet reasons doesn’t change the study result that showed that among 14-15 year olds, dieting was the most important predictor of ED development and that the girls who dieted moderately were 5x more likely to develop an ED.
I hate diet culture because of how it helps lead to EDs (sole cause? No, I said “helps lead to”) and how it makes recovery SO much harder, like someone mentioned. Would people completely stop developing EDs if diet culture ended tomorrow? No, but there would be a definite decrease. There’s a reason why ED specialists hate diet culture: because they see, day in and day out, one client after another, how diet culture contributes to the development, severity and maintenance of eating disorders.
Maybe this? I just discovered this the other day and have been enjoying them. Each crispbread is decently sized which makes the suggested serving amount pretty substantial
I present to you my best friend post surgery
I had the glasses problem too, especially when there was a mask mandate. Can't afford new glasses anytime soon so I found these rubber/silicone hooks on Amazon. You push them onto the wire & they hook behind your ear. link
They work reallllyy well.
Radioactive chemistry? So cool!
Uno reverse card!
These are my favorite protein bars.
I freaking love these ones but if you are really small they may be to much hip.
I also like that the pads are removable and you can watch some drag queen vids to make smaller pads that you like better or use different ones for different outfits. Also it’s great for stealth corsets!
These ones are a bit more subtle and don’t come with the full body shapeware if that’s your thing:
Unlined/minimizer bras help a lot. Bras with full coverage with a wider band space in between to separate. I used to have the same issue with feeling uncomfortable with how large my chest was compared to the rest of my body. Though fyi they aren’t the cutest looking typically (but at least available in more colors/patterns these days) and the minimizers don’t work super well with tops that are spaghetti strap/low cut style due to the full cup coverage.
Something like this style for reference: https://www.amazon.com/Vanity-Fair-Minimizer-Underwire-76080/dp/B0058LXNQO/ref=zg_bs_1045002_sccl_1/139-9828918-7523237?pd_rd_i=B0058LXNQO&psc=1
I would suggest checking out Food Lookup. It is a completely free app which offers barcode scanning, and you can also search for foods/products. You can easily create your own meals and calculate macros. It is not a full macro tracker though, so I suggest to use it alongside e.g. the free version of MyFitnessPal.
I take one capsule of these every day and it fixed my potassium levels. Highly recommend. Easy peasy.
Here’s the link to it even when you take one it works super well! Just take with minimum 8oz of water the more you drink the better and if you don’t drink it with food it won’t make you sick

I'm sorry to hear that. You don't have to feel horrible about your body, we're women and this is our nature to give birth and about to bounce back! I felt horrible about my body after childbirth before, especially my saggy belly (Couldn't even bear looking at it). I somehow just bought a postpartum belly band (heard that it's helpful to get back in shape), so I just tight it up all day and all night long. After fully recover from postpartum, I wear it to do some workout, and day by day, I just lost some weights. Not a lot, but slowly progressing :) So, don't give up! You're strong mama!
If you're able, make sure you're getting enough protein and make sure your iron levels are okay. Those two are really impactful for hair if they aren't at adequate levels consistently.
Hair is a tough one with eating disorders because your body treats hair growth as a nonessential thing, so available nutrients will go to everything else before they go to hair.
Beyond that try to manage stress if you can, and handle your hair very gently. Ideally no buns or ponytails as they can contribute to hair loss, and brush and detangle it very carefully so you aren't pulling at it.
Supplementwise it's tough beyond broad mutivitamins. Once you start supplementing specific things, it's easy to throw something else out of balance because of how they all interact. If you're able to and comfortable getting bloodwork done, that would be the best way to see where you're at and if there is something specific you might be able to increase.
You could try something like this to help as well, but idk if it would help for a nutrient deficiency situation:

I'm sorry you're dealing with that, I hope things improve for you soon. Take care of yourself.
Small packets of erythritol mixed with stevia. U know the one they have in stores/ petrol stations to sweeten the coffee/ tea? I can have a bunch of this in a row 😂 That’s what I am talking about
I've had a really good experience with this stuff. One shake is 1,235 calories. If I haven't eaten more than 300 calories by 8pm I make myself drink one because I know if I don't I won't have time to get in at least 1,000 cals before bed. If I go multiple days in a row with less than 1,000 calories, I WILL faint.
I'll share these with you too, then! I like eating small amounts of many different things for a given meal, so these meal trays are the BEST. shopwithgreen Unbreakable Divided Plates - Large 11 Inch 4 PCS Microwave Dishwasher Safe Tray for Kids Adults - Wheat Straw Plastic Material, Lightweight Plates (Blush) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PS2GZMQ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_BHKVQMDWV89PZQ1S10XF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I don't need my food to always be separated, but I prefer it. I also prefer to eat small amounts of many different things instead of a larger serving of a more uniform food. Therefore, you might like these as much as I do: shopwithgreen Unbreakable Divided Plates - Large 11 Inch 4 PCS Microwave Dishwasher Safe Tray for Kids Adults - Wheat Straw Plastic Material, Lightweight Plates (Blush) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07PS2GZMQ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_BHKVQMDWV89PZQ1S10XF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Diarrhea is super indicative of low iron. I would totally take a gentle iron supplement. Nothing too high in mg, 65mg is way too high for example. Also your iron supplement has to contain other things that help your body absorb it. I take this one and it's great!
Amazon Elements Iron 18mg, Supports Red Blood Cell Production, Vegan, 195 Capsules, 6 month supply (Packaging may vary) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0714BPQGB/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_49EJ97J43GKGX0R68M3V?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Don't take it at the same time as the psyllium husk bc the psyllium husk will absorb it. Also don't take iron if you drank coffee bc caffeine blocks iron from absorbing.
Iron is crazy important because it carries oxygen through your body. We get lethargic and foggy without it because it's a lack of oxygen in your brain.
I wrecked my body and did a lot of research to fix everything!
Order psyllium husk powder off Amazon! Just mix a little bit with juice and drink it. It's like satin for your insides and works magic for digestion. Also helps your heart health too. A strained heart is another effect of ED's. This is what helped me.

i put it in these or or in soup that’s already thick because it’s disgusting in thin liquids
I used a battery hand warmer to keep my hands warm it works similar to the normal ones just rechargeable. This thing got me through most of my junior year of high school. Here is the link to it on Amazon.
I found that a portable hand warmer helped me at least with the cold hands. He is a link to the one I bought. It can also change your phone if it is dying.
I love my weighted blanket! I have a horrible time with sleep and I feel the need to move all the time. The blanket is super comforting (I have had it for maybe 6 weeks), really helps with my anxiety. The one downside is my muscles are rather. sore with it (but that may not be attributable to the blanket). Here is the one that I got, it is inexpensive and works, it may be too heavy though. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07V1L2KZ2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (btw, I am not affiliated with the link or anything)
It’s got to be specifically magnesium citrate, there are several different kinds. It really works like a charm. These are the ones I use and they help me stay regular.

I really hope they help. <3
for pants, i bought these small metal buckles that u can attach to do the waist of ur pants. u can adjust the distance between the hook of the buckle and its lock, n then hooked them together to reduce the waist size. i bought it from a local online retailer, but i found the same thing on Amazon here :)
This is a clear sign of imbalanced electrolytes. Regardless of whether you are eating or not, you need to be mindful of your potassium, magnesium and sodium. I'm not encouraging restriction but if you are in a period of fasting or restriction, please make a super simple electrolyte drink:
Depending on how much water you are using for your drink, just start with a pinch of both salts. Shake it up, taste, and keep adding until you start to taste the salt. Then add the lemon and bam you are good to go.
Alternately you can drink sugar free Gatorade, sugar free Poweraid, or sip on some bone broth.
Avoid supplementing magnesium and potassium in vitamins/pill form when you are not eating. It will only make you nauseas which won't feel awesome. This electrolyte drink really helps me!
can you get milk boxes of almond milk? something like this (http://amazon.com/Silk-Almondmilk-Non-Dairy-Individually-Dairy-free/dp/B00503DQZS) i have never had this brand in particular. but you could open one, and probably keep it in the fridge for 3-5 days and have it be fine and just less milk than a big container
Walden Farms has a calorie-free coffee creamer. It has low reviews on Amazon but I actually really like it. It's thick and heavy so just use a little bit and stir a lot. If you use too much it has a thick, saccharine alcohol-like taste.
Yeah!! Here's an example of one on Amazon: link
You are in my thoughts and prayers for sure! You can do it! Hahaha
im sorry, that must have been traumatic for you and im sorry you had to go through that. most all new electric blankets have an auto shut off feature to prevent overheating and catching fire at least (e.g. this one on amazon shuts off after 2 hours) the one i have has a removeable cord, so after it heats up you can unplug the cord from the blanket and carry it around with you for awhile (i have a super hard time detaching the cord but its a safety feature nontheless) if you end up changing your mind let me know. stay warm friend <3
I believe the reason people take fish oil is for the omega fatty acids. These also naturally occur in other foods, it just happens to be very abundant in fish oil. Amazon has some vegan options which are about the same price or cheaper compared to the fish oil options, but you might be able to find vegan options at a natural food store/pharmacy as well.
Sure! Here's what I've personally tried so far.
Sunergetic Brand. I've purchased this brand the most and it's what sold me on the supplement in the first place. Though, $20 might be steep for some people for only 240 capsules. (At four capsules a day, that's a 2-month supply.)
NOW Foods. This is a well known brand and a good "try and see" option, imo. If you don't see the desired results, then you're only out $10 for 180 capsules, with Prime. The dosage is slightly lower, as well. They also offer a loose powder version that's excellent for keto baking recipes.
When I'm running low again, I think I'll see what's available outside of Amazon. I haven't checked GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, but I'm hoping they might offer something that's more .mg-per-pill at a reasonable price. I should warn you that these capsules are not small, and four of them in one sitting can be un-fun if you're less than a stellar pill-swallower.
Most of the bottle instructions will tell you: Always chase with an entire glass of water!
these thermal leggings on amazon have really good reviews and are pretty cheap! Romastory Winter Warm Women Velvet Elastic Leggings Pants (Coffee) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075L73VKS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_wBUYDbV5M3C40
This isn’t related to the sub at all but I pet sit to earn extra money and have seen damn near every “pet problem” you can think of and a few ideas for your fridge-raiding kitty are: - fridge locksthat are made specifically for small children to not be able to open the fridge and help themselves - if your fridge has two tall doors with handles at the center, you can take a short piece of rope and make two loop-knots (one on each end) and then thread it through the fridge door and freezer door handles and then just use a carabiner to clip the two loops together as a locking method. Another way to kinda accomplish this idea would be tying a piece of rope in a circle around the individual handles and then clipping them together with a carabiner, or you could probably use large zip ties to make loops around the handles that let them be clipped together. Any way that you can secure the handles to each other (and easily un-secure them so you can still use your fridge lol) would probably keep the cat from being able to open them!
Sorry I know this post wasn’t really asking for solutions/help to keep the cat from being so greedy but it sounds super annoying to have a vacuum and a chair barricading the fridge, especially if the cat is able to get past it lol. I’m so sorry for your grilled-cheese loss though! There’s nothing worse than being excited for a special food and then finding out another member of the house ate it :(
I develop an Android journaling app Dr. Diary for tracking purposes. May I ask you what is your opinion/experience with longevity of online fintess/tracking services? Database inside Dr. Diary is simple and I have implemented backup/restore also.
Do you expect your records to be available in about 10 years horizon?
Maybe give it a try, I would appreciate a feedback if you like it.

Not sure if this will help you, but I got a pair of these and matched them with a pair of fingerless gloves so I can still use my phone.
This stuff, Ultima is the best ever. It's worth the cost and lasts a long time. One little scoop and I'm a brand new person. It also tastes amazing.
the only difference between fasting for "health" and fasting because you have an ED is electrolytes. ya need em, and they have no calories so there's no reason not to take them! pop some drops of a liquid electrolyte supplement in your water if you're going to be fasting - your life literally depends on it!
Hey! Getting steps is important, but going out at night can be super scary. I’d really recommend getting a personal safety alarm like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GRWNQ4M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_4K3cFb6E7NSX4 . I got it in college and I love it. If someone tries to grab you, you pull the thread out, and, like a grenade, it releases this absolutely terrifying piercing noise. It can deafen a person if it’s too close to their head. Your attacker will run away and people will come to investigate the loud ass noise. I find it’s better than pepper spray or tasers because if your attacker gets those out of your hand, you’ve got nothing. With the alarm tho, you can throw the thread away from you, and it’ll be really hard for them to find in the dark. Stomping on it will not stop it, so their only option is to run because soon enough people are gonna come and see what’s woken them up.
i didn't know you could buy sushi ginger....what do u think of this brand...would it taste like in restaurants? from amazon
365 Everyday Value, Plant Protein Smoothie, Rich Chocolate, 9 oz https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G2DNB3Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_HYAuEb1S8HHS5
This one is my favorite! You can buy it from amazon or Whole Foods for $16 and its only 90 calories. I mix this with 8 oz of almond milk and 1 tbsp of PB2 every morning - it ends up only being 180 calories.
Not stupid! All my milk teas are almond milk based. (240 mL is 30 calories and that is a LOT of liquid.
Matcha Tea (Milky): 35 Cals
- 240ml unsweetened almond milk
- stevia to taste
- serving of matcha powder (2g) I buy this brand from walmart but you can get matcha powder nearly every grocery store.
Thai Tea (Milky): 35 Cals
- Brew thai tea (I use this brand here from amazon in a big ass bag and it lasts you forever. It's loose leaf)
- Mix with 240ml unsweetened almond milk
- Stevia to taste
I drink both of these ALL day. I haven't purchased bubble tea in ages. Saves money. Saves cals. Makes me fucking happy.
I recommend mine but I’ve only been using it for 2 days, so take this with a grain of salt. So far I feel like it’s great - it’s keeps my appetite low and it’s compressed my waist by about half an inch without the it on. Not bad for two days, though I wore the garment for 6 hours the first day and 10 hours the next day. The quality seems good; it’s very durable. I just got mine of amazon for around 23 bucks.
Here it is: SHAPERX Women's Waist Trainer... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07M5THM98?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I really like Oxylent! Vitamin Shoppe & GNC typically carry it. Whether I was fasting or just restricting, I felt headache-y, dizzy and “off,” but mixing a scoop in a shot of my AM energy drink has helped me a lot!
I've heard good things about this one but haven't tried it! I was thinking of switching to it from ensure so if you try it let me know!
Purely Inspired Organic Protein Shake https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07KRHRS6Z/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_IX5wCbS2W9PCX
I don’t think which kind matters a whole lot since most of them are gonna have strains that are good for digestion, but I buy these because they have the added benefit of strains for vaginal health and they also contain a strain that some studies have shown to reduce belly fat. Don’t know how true the belly fat thing is but I figured that if I’m gonna be taking a probiotic anyway I may as well take one that has one of the strains that supposedly help with that lol
I have an iphone. And that's exactly what I was hoping it would do. I plan on just "checking in" with the app once a week or even every other week. Basically just want the benefits of daily weighing (i.e. smoothing out those daily fluctuations) without the mental neuroses that it brings me.
I just ordered this scale which looks like it should work! The app that it syncs with also plots weekly, monthly, and daily trends of all body measurements (weight, bf%, etc.) and the weekly and monthly graphs don't show the y axis!
I have THIS electrolyte mix, which has basically no taste and no calories, though other mixes like Ultima do come flavoured (also no cals but kinda pricey). If you are purging it's really important to replenish because a lack can really mess you up. Another thing i like to drink after purging is coconut water for the same reason.
You could look into getting one of those small pedal machines that's like an exercise bike but just the pedal part. I think this is one that I saw linked on r/proed and saved to my wishlist.
