For recording, it's super easy.
The default FPS is 30 I believe and I think it looks a lot better if you put it on 60. Afterwards it is just saved in your normal Videos folder (if you don't change it) and you can upload it to say Youtube.

For those having problems with taking screenshots, I recommend using Puush. By default ctrl + shift + 2 takes a screenshot of your current window, and creates and saves a link for you to access through the application after the game/at your leisure.
If anyone considered streaming but doesn't know how to set it up just install ShareX, go to Capture, and then Screen Recording. It's that easy. You can tweak the settings to include audio and better resolution/fps but even at the default level it would mean a lot to have someone record the games this week.
