We use MEDEVAcs and based on the mission and number of attendees we also restrict certain things to Medics only or Defibs even transport when needed only.

Hey man how are you? I am part of a group call The Art of Warfare aka TAW, We are a middle ground I feel in terms of vanilla and hardcore milsim groups. We use ACE3,TFAR,RHS, and other mods as well. We run missions on Sundays at 7pm EST and Tuesdays at 9pm EST they run for about two hours. I am 23, work full time and have a girlfriend too that I need to spend time with and I am able to attend one event per week. We have around 40 in our 1st battalion which is typically for NA people and about the same for our 2nd battalion which is more for EU people. Life comes first with this group so if you are having problems with attending or something of that nature we will work with you to try to help you out. My job I can be called to go to work pretty much whenever and I have missed events because of it but I let them know why I missed them and they understood so that's just my 2 cents on attendance. We are a structured group have a full chain of command that we follow. Its a large group of tight knit people we'd love for you to join us. Also I have been with this group for a total of 6 years I have had to take time off in the past and when I have come back it was no problem.
Our primary games of the week are 21:00 UTC or 3 hours or so from now. Weekday games are less consistent right now because of finals now but should be starting up again in the next couple weeks.
Mods are through PWS which... well, it works. The repo URL is in our setup guide here. There's a fair amount of things on there but the largest components (AiA TP, RHS) are already used by a lot of other groups so you may already have them.
If you have any questions on anything, the IRC link in the main post is usually active except for those odd hours where only the New Zealanders are awake.
Hello there, our unit is British and we are playing as BPT, royal marines. We are casual, we don't call each other by ranks but act serious in OPs. We have 2 senior admins that served in British infantry so we always try as much as possible to stick to realism and do OPs that not always about winning. Our schedule is Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday starting at 8 PM. OPs usually last 2 hours. We don't force people to participate and we understand that life always comes first. Hi there Bossmandude123 - I'm Volc and I think we might be the right unit for you - our unit is literally called Combined Arms!
We're a casual unit that plays at 1900 UTC at weekends (2000 UK time, 1500 EST) and there are no attendance requirements - play as much as you want, there's no commitment. We don't require you to take training sessions to fly or to lead, and there's no rank structure because calling people sir on the internet is fucking dumb! Our only requirements are that you are 16+ and that you have a microphone.
Our missionmakers create some excellent events from ww2 misdrops to cold-war-gone-hot campaigns (played from both sides!) so we offer a really wide variety of roles to play as - armour, transport & attack helis, CAS, the lot. And not to forget the infantry!
Unlike a lot of other groups, we don't require you to sign up and be "fixed" as any of these forever, you can sign up and play as whatever is available. Naturally as there is in any arma 3 group, there's a lot of competition for pilot and the other special slots, so we usually raffle these off to make sure that everyone gets a fair chance of being the pilot/gunner/crew chief etc.

I joined The Art of Warfare 3 months ago and fell in love. When I joined I was 5 hours into playing. And had only accomplished some the the APEX missions. They trained me from the ground up and in return I have committed to helping them grow.
TAW has been around since 2001 to play delta force and now hosts 2500 players playing 25 different games. The arma americas division hosts 42 players. More than 80% of them show up for every mission.
Ops are run on Sundays at 7pm EST and Tuesday 9pm EST. However unoffical operations are run on Fridays at 9pm EST and Wednesdays/Thursdays (no official start time it is just me a and few of the guys playing escapes).

I looked up our attendance ratings and currently we are sitting above 80% of regular attendance. The modes we play are
Sundays (7pm EST) : Liberation (Current) / Hedless Client AI Missions
Tuesdays (9pm EST): Zues Controlled Missions
Fridays (9PM EST): Optional Mission Testing
2 hour mission mandatory minimums. Occasionally missions may go over but you are welcome to leave after the 2 hour mark. All of our Tuedsays/Friday missions have been developed InHouse for our use and people who create missions are constantly working on new ones.
After your initial 2-4 week playtime with us (This will let you play with each of the different squads) You will be placed with a squad to officially join. Squads do ASSIGN roles but this is at 10min prior to the launch of the mission. You will not be stuck playing AT if you do not want to be AT.
BootCamp is about 2 hours long and is there to help you understand taw.net's code of ethics. And assit you in setting up the Mods. Ranks are utilized but are given out mostly based on responsibilities taken on. (Fireteam/Squad/Platoon Lead, Drill Instructor, Training, etc)
Speaking of mods we use about 30GB of mods (ACE3,RHS,TFAR, and some others).

Once you are apart of the arma family you are apart of the whole family and can hop into any of the other game groups on that site whenever with no commitment needed. What is The Art of Warfare?
Founded in January of 2001 to play Delta Force, The Art of Warfare (TAW) has a strong and varied background in co-operative online gaming. We are a community of gamers from all over the world who compete together with the spirit of integrity, honor and fair play. Our community has changed over time as the world of online gaming has evolved. We have expanded to include newer versions of games from tried and tested formats - and adapted our structures to involve gamers from completely new genres.

Hello I am from a group called The Art of Warfare aka TAW, we are middle ground group I feel between hardcore milsim and a casual group. We play our events on Sundays(7pm EST - 9pm EST) and Tuesdays(9pm EST - 11pm EST). We do require a mic to play with us but if you'd be willing to get a mic by the time we do your "bootcamp" we would love to have you join us. We do run a mod pack of around 30gb at the moment which includes ACE3,RHS,TFAR, and some others. If your interested send me a PM on here and we can discuss more. This is our website.

Hey man how are you? I am part of a group call The Art of Warfare aka TAW, we are a middle ground I feel in terms of vanilla and hardcore milsim groups. We use ACE3,TFAR,RHS, and other mods as well. We run missions on Sundays at 7pm EST and Tuesdays at 9pm EST they run for about two hours. We have around 40 in our 1st battalion which is typically for NA people and about the same for our 2nd battalion which is more for EU people. Life comes first with this group so if you are having problems with attending or something of that nature we will work with you to try to help you out. We are a structured group, have a full chain of command that we follow. Its a large group of tight knit people we'd love for you to join us.

We play up to four times a week: Main Events: 1930 GMT+1 to 2130 GMT+1 on Tuesdays and Sundays and two more optional Trainings at 1830 GMT+1 till 2030 GMT+1
