Try to buy headphones that are Over ear.
I'll explain in simplest way with hypothetical examples.
First of all, hit the gym and get some workout done. Gym is easiest and the most entertaining in my opinion.
Secondly, there is a concept called 'Calorie Deficit'. Calories are amount of energy contained in a food (kind of). So, if your body burns (say) 2500 calories daily and you consume 3000 = you will gain weight, but if you go on calorie deficit and consume around 2000 calories = you will lose weight.
Thirdly, get enough sleep and hydrate yourself by drinking a lots and lots of water.
Fourthly, this one is a little complicated but helpful. I follow a rule like actual dietician and bodybuilder and focus on macros mainly. So, first of all google 'Macro Calculator' or download 'MyFitnessPal'. Fill in your data and set the amount of calories you want to consume and need to. I guess if you workout or have busy schedule, it will be around 2000 (to lose weight, just an idea). Set the Carbs, Fat and Protein in percentages 50-30-20. That's it. It will tell you how much you should eat of all these nutrients and then track them everytime you eat something. Use this machine to weigh food and then track it in that app.
For an instance, I consume 2200 calories everyday as I need to lose weight and I workout everyday. I got 50-30-20 in ratios and by that means, I will have to eat 275g Carbs, 73g Fats and 110g Protein.
NB : Figures are approximate. And 73g fats meaning that you need to consume 73g fats but if that goes more or less by some numbers, its fine.

Since you require the headphones to have ANC, it's quite hard to find a good pair under 4k. If you can pay a little more then I suggest you go with the Sony WH-CH710N or the JBL Tune 760NC (both are great), if that's not possible then you can purchase these that are under 4k. If you're interested in books, then this might be helpful for you. There is this app called AARK ABS which pays you money for writing Summaries of books.
The pay is kinda less but good enough for building a portfolio. They pay ₹800 ($10.78) for 3000 words summary and ₹50 ($0.67) for every 100 words onwards till 5000 words.
You can just inform them about your chosen book through their email and they'll make you sign a contract. Sign it and then, send your summary to them. They'll review it in 2 days, and get back to you if they liked it. After this, you can just send them your upi ID to complete the payment.
And the chances are very low for the rejection. So, just try it. It's completely legit and true. I did this too.
I too have (had) been giving these olympiads since 1st grade (tho only of science and english cause my math s u c k s). My best result was in IEO 6th grade when i came 2nd Internationally. Also have been top 10 districts/state in other olympiads numerous times.
The best advice i can give is that your concepts should be absolutely thorough in science. I have always prepared from the MTG SOF series and BMA's Talent Olympiad resource book. No extra-classes, not even in school. Just me and sometimes my mother.
You should never ever feel bad if you don't win any olympiad now, cause believe me, this is just a money-minting business. All these olympiads have concepts of atleast 2 grades higher especially the math and science ones (never took GK or SSC so idk about them). This forces the students to buy their reference books. Some of my peers even took tutions for these exams, which seems totally ridiculous to me.
What I'd say is that just get 1-2 books and be clear with your concepts. No need to feel dejected if you dont win anything, cause the only people who manage to come in the top 5 are mostly no-life nerds (can confirm, cause i was one). Vaisey bhi you have to study 24/7 after 9th std, so just enjoy life while you can (_:
