I've just started using DaVinci Resolve. I tried the free version and liked it, but I found an offer on a DaVinci Resolve Speed Editor which came with a free version of DaVinci Resolve Studio (their paid version), so you basically get it for free.
Every time they update to the next version you get that for free. There are loads of great tutorials on YouTube.

These works great for me on handle bars. Never sag, I use these on my motorcycle also and using my oneR it doesnt move when I'm over 100mph
Thanks but I managed to get some from Insta360 when they were available for like 3 days... haven't seen them since on the website. I'm starting to wonder if they are only going to manufacture the 1420's from now on. On a side note, another good site I have heard of and used is offerup.com . You can set it to local meet up or if you are willing to mail the product.
I like these because it seems like when you use a cloth or brush it can still leave dust, I also use these for my lens on my DSLR, https://www.amazon.com/FocusFoto-Rubber-Cleaner-Cleaning-Keyboard/dp/B07B9W8DPF/ref=sr_1_4?dchild=1&keywords=air+rocket&qid=1626377676&s=electronics&sr=1-4
Sorry, it was actually Kingston. I've tried the cards that Insta360 actually recommends and lists on his website and they get the "insufficient speed" error and stop recording. This card works great. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0858N8BJ9?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I hear ya, I've got a tripod for my DSLR as well but it's a full sized tripod. I picked up this table top tripod and just removed the ball head and it fits in my carry case perfectly with the selfie stick, One X2 and other accessories https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08RDNBBGK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
If all you are looking for is a tripod base, I recently got this one and really like it https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08RDNBBGK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 When the ball head is unscrewed there is a tripod stud that will screw directly into the bottom of the invisible selfie stick. I was looking for a tripod base that had a couple of different locking leg positions (this one has two) and was a little bit heavier to add some more stability. The legs on this one actually have an extension as well which will provide a wider base for even more stability.
I was gonna use it for a mexico trip, I was just recording everything and trying the editing on the phone so I can be proficient when I finally go on the trip!
I currently have a Samsung 256gb Evo and it's worked well for me! I use my camera as a dash cam for fun, and the only problem I have had is it got really hot and needed to shut down. It's 100f out so it being close to the windshield in the car makes it super hot.
Make sure the SD card is suitable. Some don’t perform well enough and as a result your One X2 will stop recording. I used the one from my GoPro Hero 3 Black and it didn’t like it. Technology has obviously moved on since the release of the Hero 3. I bought a Sandisk Extreme 128GB Micro SDXC with A2 performance and it works beautifully.
Haven't actually tested submerging it; but the Tellesin 360 Dive Case is the one I went with. Fits the camera in regular form factor, just take the cage off and put the camera in. the gasket/seal is pretty serious and requires a good bit of compression to close, so even though I haven't personally tested it submerged, I would be confident in this dive case.
Not sure what kind of mount you're thinking, but you'll probably also want either a floaty of some kind, or a tether so you can connect the camera itself directly to your board in case you drop it/suction cup comes off/etc.
All that said, in the regular cage the camera should be waterproof enough for your needs. Bigger concern should be keeping it from sinking to the bottom
I use a 65 inch monopod with a tripod base for what you're asking to do. I do sometimes have to put weight on the bottom to hold it up. The stick portion is still invisible, but not the tripod legs.

I'f im not putting it on the ground, 65 inches is plenty far enough for the drone shot and it's thick enough that it doesn't bend where they would be joined if it was two:
These lenses are fisheye so they protrude out from the body of the device. To my knowledge, all 360 cameras are like this... not just Insta360's. The lens guards help protect the lens but I've also read that they can introduce sun flare and slightly reduce the quality of the picture/video. I have the silicon lens protector on when not in use and just try to be as careful as possible when using the camera. Wind and tripods are what you really need to look out for, you need a heavy base for the tripod. I recently picked this up, took off the ballhead and it screws into the bottom of the Insta360 invisible selfie stick but a strong gust would still blow it over. I like that it has leg extensions so that you can get an even wider base for support https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08RDNBBGK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I just got this yesterday and so far I like it a lot, unscrewed the ball head which I don't need and I was good to go. The legs have two different locking degrees, about 45 and about 75. The leg extensions feel solid and the tripod itself has some weight to it as it's all steel, weighs 13 oz and you can screw it into the bottom of the invisible stick. I really liked it for 3 reasons: 1) two locking leg degrees and 2) when folded up it's nice and round so when attached to a selfie stick it doesn't feel awkward like other tripods I have seen when collapsed and 3) it has some weight to it. As with all tripods you will have to be careful with the wind but this is much better than the cheap plastic ones I have seen. Also the model number in the description is MT-24 but it is actually a MT-22 which you can see in the pictures. https://www.amazon.com/Portable-Desktop-Compact-Aluminum-Camcorder/dp/B08RDNBBGK/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&keywords=ulanzi+mt-24&qid=1618868884&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExTTQ2OUhXMzMzSThYJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwOTQwMjUyM1M0SlE4S005WjE1NyZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwNTY2MjYzMTdKR0E3UlVBSTM3TCZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=

Two different uses - with snorkeling that has a float attached works. For diving, you want it to be as neutral as possible. I've got this and it's nice, but I haven't tried it diving.
You need a computer with better processor. If yours is i5 , it would be slow. I recently purchased i9 and it is super fast. Before that I was struggling as you. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BL78KHGF/?tag=boonboo-20
I used the insta360 tripod, was useful for the trip I took but is a bit flimsy, lacks of weight to be securely used a tripod on windy/breezy days. Actually it tripped and my camera fell but I had the lenses cap and didn't big happened. If you gonna use the tripod, I highly recommend to use the lenses cap at all times and a body cover for the camera while using tripods.
Or dont spend $1000 lol.
Sound here is a gopro on a $10 clamp mount gribbing the bottom of the bumper cover facing outwards
I've tested right now and can confirm that it's possible to use the link in android. you could use one of many apps that connect to USB cameras, such as:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.shenyaocn.android.usbcamera
If you configure the camera over the desktop app, you can activate AI tracking and other features with gestures, since those are controlled by the camera's firmware
Any of them really. They're well-known and trusted. I use this one when I travel.
Before you might come to any conclusion about memory cards, I have tried SanDisk and Samsung, both U1 and U3 versions. This is the microSD card currently in the camera. The camera totally overheated one time when charging and I think damaged one or more ICs.
I use my X3 to film my ebike rides but the wind noise was killing me and I didn't want to spend $200+ on a remote R0de Wireless Go system. So I went with this little [mini microphone](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WSQWMPF) plus the X3 mic adapter. No batteries needed. The rubber bands ensure the foam cover stays on but more importantly reduces the diameter so that it stays invisible in the stitch line. It greatly reduced the wind noise as demonstrated in [my last ride](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VX\_fH6NkCXI).
I just purchased my SanDisk Extremem card from amazon - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08JHG5LX8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 so its brand new. But currently just as yours did, it away on its own, and is able to read the SD card quickly now and I am able to use quick capture.
When I got the SD cards, i formated mine through the X3 as well but didn't think nothing of it when it was loading slow. But now its working fine lol, i hope it stays like this.
^^^ That ^^^ The cover will protect the screen from getting scratched up and such. Though, usually I only had the rubber lens cap on my X2 in a fanny pack when using it on trips. My lens cap just arrived yesterday and I have this case to keep the basic stuff in it — can squeeze in the camera with lens cap or case (on its side) but clearly not made for non-bare cameras: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BFCBV14N?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

External mic recording on the One R is not stereo by design.
Yes, I am using nano tape, works wonders, give it a try, I am using it with the Synco wireless Mic on the RS, and its cheap. once you attach it, put some pressure for say 10 seconds, and thats it
I bought it on the amazon here https://www.amazon.pl/gp/product/B087JG4KZT/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I know it is indended for ONE R, but core glass gits, 1-inch also fits but the 4k lens glass is a little bit off, but it is still beter than nothing. Have fun!
On my One R, I've stuck a sticky heatsink on the core while filming long sessions with the 1inch camera (not 1 inch 360 - the heatsink would be in view of a 360 lens). It helps. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B091DTP4VD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Also, I bought a action camera style dive case from Telesin (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08HSZTWNY) that is designed for the R but when I added the older R battery (thinner) to the RS with the 360 mod, it fit perfectly. Now I don't need to have the vertical style case. Its good to have options and I look forward to seeing how the video quality difference might between the two style cases. Taking it diving at a lake tonight to see how it does in comparison to the vertical.
There are actually hints of something in the video, audio is also available. Overall it's really just mostly white.
I used this SD-Card so I doubt that was the problem, it was new too. Settings wise I used HDR, highes resolution and Auto.
I definitely learned my lesson with HDR though... I'm not gonna use that again.
HDR usually consists of several pictures/ videos of several exposures. Is it possible to split that again?
I picked up the same kit last year before going on a cruise. I added a 512GB SD card as I didn't want to run out of space. Also added one of their tripods (has a selfie stick in it too). Nice for sitting on a table but have had it fall over in a breeze - that's how my first premium lens guards did their job... and then ordered the second set. A case to put it in, but not everything will fit. I later added an extended selfie stick to the kit. Plan on something to put the camera in when not in use - small case or similar. I used one of those blue masks for quite a while. Get some micro fiber lens cleaning cloths and don't forget to clean the inside of the lens guards.
u/Creadvty recommended these when I was looking for something to hook a wrist strap to the stick https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08QTWDHB8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1. I got a set of the black ones.
Also picked up these for straps - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08M9ZJMM6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
I'm also looking at the dive case but haven't purchased yet. Too many 'got my camera wet and it died' posts here.
We also travel with a big Anker battery for charging phones. It comes in handy for the camera too. Multi-port charger if you don't have one.
I bought a set of these: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07Z89N2N8?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_dt_b_product_details
Didn't come with the strap, but the strap itself is arbitrary. You can literally find one to your liking anywhere and connect it to the D ring.
I purchased my One X2 before going on vacation and wasn't sure how to use it or how much SD card space I would need so I bought a SanDisk 512GB Extreme microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card with Adapter - Up to 160MB/s, C10, U3, V30, 4K, A2, Micro SD - SDSQXA1-512G-GN6MA. I don't use the camera that much - vacation videos, HDR's for virtual tours, and virtual tour videos, and the SD card is less than half full. I have no idea how much recording time I have used.
I am super annoyed with my insta360 one x2 as it randomly tells me there is no memory card in the device during longer timelapses... I am using https://www.amazon.com/Lexar-microSDXC-Professional-Adapter-Class10/dp/B09FJHMLC6/ref=sr\_1\_3?crid=3FP4XTN52TOVE&keywords=uhs-ii+micro+sd+card&qid=1655120564&sprefix=uhs-ii+microsd+card%2Caps%2C276&sr=8-3
It's a very nice kit. Take a look at the other bundles too. I purchased the Ultimate kit last October. Yes, it was more expensive, but it included items I would have probably purchased eventually - 2nd battery, 3 port charger, Premium Lens Guards... It was shortly before a trip so I was grabbing things I thought I may need. I added a 512 GB SD card (didn't want to run out of space), Insta360 tripod (has a selfie stick in it too!), mounting clamp, and a case. The Premium Lens Guards sell out occasionally.
Good luck with which ever bundle you get. I thought it was great I could get my bundle so quickly from Amazon.
ULANZI Super Clamp Camera Clamp Mount Monitor 360° Ballhead Magic Arm Double Ball Head Adapter with 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 Thread for Canon Nikon DSLR Camera/Gopro/LED Lights/Ronin-M/Ronin MX/Freefly MOVI https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09C882D4M/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_5ZET9S8BNP7Z7Q21KH83?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I used to use a suction mount but like you I never trusted it/gave me anxiety. I used this mount and attached it to my rooftop cargo box. Thus far it has worked great!
I have a strong feeling it’s a Micro B (this one) so I think I’m going for it! Unfortunately I went through all my drawers and whatnot and didn’t find any luck with my current cables. Let’s hope this one’s it! 😄
Ulanzi makes a battery block that fits on the end of a selfie stick https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B08RRV6S6W?ref_=cm_sw_r_cp_ud_dp_JA65ZS5BGK8N7KCT085Q
I just have 3 batteries for my X2 that I swap out when required. Also that live stream that I tried didn't work, as the Wi-Fi signal is only good around the lodge, so it was a wasted effort, lol. I do sometimes live stream on my Onewheel, but usually the quality isn't that great (probably because I'm moving so quickly and bouncing from tower to tower).
Hahaha to be honest not any more. It crapped out on me at the last stretch. I’ve ordered these from amazon and will be fixing them permanently to each crash bar so I can quickly swap the arm from side to side. The same can be done for the handlebar too. Might just do it and keep an Allen key in the pocket for quick release.
Insta360 has SD card info on their site, sorry I don't remember what the max size is. Make sure you get fast enough card(s). They list the specs they require. I picked up this one - SanDisk 512GB Extreme microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card with Adapter - Up to 160MB/s, C10, U3, V30, 4K, A2, Micro SD - SDSQXA1-512G-GN6MA I bought the camera a little before we went on a vacation last October so I was ordering stuff I thought I might need. It was a bundle from Amazon that had a few accessories and I added a few more. I went with the 512GB SD card because I wasn't sure how much I would use the camera and how fast it would fill the SD card. I didn't want to run out of space while on the trip.
It's currently about half full. I haven't recorded a lot of video. Other things keep getting in the way and the camera and software are still new to me. Almost all of the video needs to be processed. I did shoot quite a few 360 stills to create a virtual tour of my parents house that has been rehab'ed. That has been a fun experience! I'm using Kuula to create the tour.
If you don't have one already, get an SD card reader. Copying the files from the camera via wifi can take a bit of time. Yes, I'm impatient. I've used a cable to transfer to my phone (Note20U) and pulled the SD card to transfer to my PC.
Youtube videos from 360rumors, Ben Claremont, and Eat Sleep 360 have helpful with the camera, accessories and 360 stuff in general.
I was struggling with this as well, tried several different USBC mic adapter products. Sometime last week a new 3rd party accessory claiming compatibility with the ONE R came up on amazon. Results? SUCCESS!!!! I plugged my Wireless GO II into my ONE R and it works so well.
I like putting it on top of the car, just in front of the sunroof. Makes it easy to put it up and take it down from inside the car. I use a magnet mount with the helmet extension from the snow kit. I've gone up to about 150km/h (about 93mph) without it falling off or even shaking too much. I have it so the extension has the thin sides pointing forward to have the least drag possible, but it means the mounting screws are visible in the video. It is also nice to have it on the rood so you can look backwards easier
This is the magnet mount I have. You can use the ball head thing to get the camera vertical even if the roof is sloping. My 328 has a sheet metal roof panel so it sticks really well, not sure if the E90 M3 has an aluminum or carbon roof though, bevause then this probably wouldn't stick at all.

Assuming the goal is to get more of a 360 view, any adjustable camera wall mount should allow adding an extended selfie stick with the ONE X at the end. By sending it out at an angle, it might give a good aerial look at what went on. Amazon has all kinds of wall tripod mounts, some with multiple angle adjustments, and some just real simple like this cheap one.

I've filmed on hours long drives with this mount and it's been rock solid the whole time.
Bonus is that you can disassemble it down to one suction cup and use it in the inside of the windshield.
I have purchased extra lens covers for my Go2. They just screw on. Is this what you are referring to?

A simple foam deadcat is a cheap addition. I have one for my Gopro and it helps a lot with wind noise. A quick search didn't find one for the insta, but it's cheap open-cell foam, it's easy to custom cut by hand.

Best solution I've found so far is a USB hub connected directly to a phone. You connect a portable hdd to it and transfer the sd card directly into it.
Something like this: Newmight Hub USB C vers HDMI Adaptateur 6 en 1 USB C HDMI multiport avec alimentation 100 W HDMI 4K USB3.0 Transfert rapide de données SD/TF, pour MacBook et autres appareils de type C https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B09GM31D4H/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_XCVV8F6DKX98VBGQ437D
Here's another possible arrangement: Photos
This is originally a L-bracket tripod mount for binoculars, but it is roughly the right size to achieve a almost perfectly centered mount position for the X2.
Disadvantage is the bracket is quite heavy and that adds to the already considerable heft of the X2 itself. The two-three prong mount needs to be of a fairly good quality (both halves) because cheapo mounts like mine are pretty much impossible to tighten enough for the weight of the camera plus bracket.
Advantage over the ABS cage is more flexibility — by tilting the joints you can shift the camera position backwards or forwards while keeping the lens in a horizontal plane (with the ABS cage there's only one pivot point so you can only tilt the whole camera).
The L-bracket originally has a thumbscrew in the hole on the long arm, which however is oriented in the wrong direction (well, it would be the right direction if you were mounting binoculars and not a X2 😅). The one I got was from Amazon, but you should be able to find other retailers if you search for "binocular l-mount".
I found it on https://apkpure.com/ru/insta360-for-go-2-one-r-one-x2-one-x/com.arashivision.insta360akiko

LOL - salty boy I see. None of those are the type of see-through shootable lens guard I'm looking for, I actually do appreciate the extra effort though,
Something like this is what I need: https://www.amazon.ca/Insta360-ONE-X2-Lens-Guards/dp/B08M5N635D/?\_encoding=UTF8&pd\_rd\_w=nNcta&pf\_rd\_p=abee655a-f25b-41b9-9f03-635abdfc697d&pf\_rd\_r=HFFX4B1THZGGTTJAE767&pd\_rd\_r=ae94c869-20c8-490c-af36-30a6041a1f4a&pd\_r...

Still can't get the USB all the way in.
Though I might be able to if I shaved down the rubber on the USB-C a bit.
Once they stock the charger, though, I'm all about ordering that.
Thanks. I was wondering if maybe the Tensor SOC was the problem.
So, just to eliminate some of the dumbest possible mistakes: this is the correct app, right?

Hello Jeffrey
After installation of the current status insta studio 2020 It seems that this function only works with MAc. When I installed the new version and started a message has been displayed in the upper left corner There was the hint that you have to press a button on the right to start the auto framing. Unfortunately there is no button on WIn7 and Win 10 i would now be interested to know if the button is available on a mac installation

I have a handfull of these (or similar mount) that I used when connecting my X2 to any GoPro mounts.
What about something like this link ? It states that it is scratch-resistant and shockproof.
use this tool to compress..it works great https://www.xmedia-recode.de/en/
My workflow is... Special effects with the Insta360 Studio Software Cutting with powerdirector And final compress with xmedia-recode.
Why no compress with the powerdirector. Same problem, files are always to big and when i choose a higher compression , the quality is very bad.
First off, it's "Shotcut" not shortcut. Link to project is:
For Davinci you'd start at:

In either case, yes I am assuming you run the INSV files through Studio first. Just don't try and do anything more than the conversion and you can than do the "heavy lifting" in one of the other tools. While you can do some of the editing in Insta360 Studio, it is then having to do the stiching and so on "on the fly" which makes everything take SO much longer.
Of course you can try and see if it makes a big difference in YOUR case. Depending on what you're doing it may be "six of one, half a dozen of the other".
Hey, I think I knwl what you needed in order to work.getting a emulator with 64Bit compatibility
I think is what I couldn't find on bluestacks. And what prevented the app from booting correctly
I bought this one a little while ago to hold a ball head and carry my SmallRig caged Insta360 One R 1" Edition. It's well built, locks in the way I think you're after and, even at full extension with about 0.5kg at the end, doesn't wobble at all. It also takes a tripod foot at the other end.
Now I pointed this one out in another thread and received some anonymous pushback, but you know what anonymous and wordless pushback means. I wouldn't be recommending anything that I don't own and don't like or doesn't perform as advertised.
Or could this be better. I want the selfie stick extension to be added for extra length.
360° Rotaion Metal Action Camera Holder,Motorcycle Bike Aluminum Mount Compatible with max 1.4" Pipe for Gopro Hero/Gopro Max/DJl/Insta360 etc https://www.amazon.com/dp/B094HR55B3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_SD7BWA11R7SKP7SXZXRJ
So you can buy a smartree s2c, the one I bought is this one: https://www.amazon.com/Smatree-Extendable-Compatible-Controller-Included/dp/B01EY7KQ4Y/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=Smatree+S2C+Carbon+Fiber+Extendable+Pole&qid=1636172020&sr=8-3
Or a S3C if you are planning to take your x2 for water sport:
These two are for GoPro mounts but you can get a GoPro to 1/4 adapter to mount the x2
I would get an industrial suction cup handle, something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HNRB2CJ/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_81B989GKDTEPT4ZGSNYZ
And a clamp like this one: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07317Q4YG/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_50R7GX7D1233XKV2QFEZ
Ditch the ball mount(probs too weak for the forces applied while driving). Use a selfie stick with a mounting thread at the base, connect directly to the clamp, The mounting threads should be the same size.
Put the suction cup on your trunk or rear window and attach the clamp to the handle. Adjust angle and height as desired.
Boom.
I asked the same question about expecting a new version, and found that it was almost 2 years after the One X that the One X2 came out. I just got my One X2 today, so I'm kinda banking that there won't be a One X3 for a while.
As far as the mount, Smallrig makes a clamp that might be a little more utilitarian than the Insta360 version, but it's rock solid in use. Super versatile, too. https://smile.amazon.com/SMALLRIG-Ballhead-Multi-Function-Adapter-Ronin-M/dp/B00DJ5XH4O
GoPro to 1/4"-20 screw adapter and you're good.

I have the Galaxy Note 10+ and I've been looking for a way to transfer the files without using wifi. I couldn't find anything online! I'll tell you what worked for me to save you from popping the sd card out. Get a powered usb c hub ( USB C Hub, uni 4-in-1 USB C Adapter with 3 USB 3.0 Ports, 100W USB-C PD Charging Port Thunderbolt 3, USB Type C to USB 3.0 Adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08SVZFFPP/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_N28BHTRV8K87352C4MK2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1). 1st, go to the settings on the One X2 and change the USB option to Android. Then plug in the hub to a power source, connect the camera to the hub using usbc to usb cable, then connect the hub to your phone and can download everything off the camera a lot quicker than using wifi. you can also record and live streaming while connected to the phone. Once you have downloaded your video to your phone, while your playing the video with the app. Move the footage in the direction you want then touch the plus ➕ in tge yellow on the bottom of the screen. this will lock the footage in that direction until you change it and hit the ➕ again. hope that helps you.
You need some shock absorbers, else you will get jello movement from the vibrations.
I use this one myself https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07QHCY1DV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_PH8A8JQT1HB1RRBBX4V3?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
The mic is at the top of the camera, you could try and put a 'dead cat' shield on to reduce the wind noise or use an external recorder like the Zoom H1N and sync in post https://www.amazon.com/Rode-Microphones-Minifur-LAV-Artificial-Microphone/dp/B00539YQ08/ref=sr\_1\_10?dchild=1&keywords=Rode+Wireless+GO+Dead+Cat+Wind+Shield+for+Go+Transmitter&qid=1632988303&sr=8-10
This is the one I ordered, I like it because it has quite a few pockets to keep things organized and the main storage is quite spacious for a relatively small bag Sling_bag . Amazon has a ton of them though depending on what style you want amazon_search
I use the One R with the selfie-stick and an adjustable gimble I got off ebay to hold my drone remote (when auto-tracking my bike rides).
I also bought some more durable adjustable clamps online recently which are even more durable ( linked here https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07CTFZSXZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
It works alright in my test video I did a few months ago (I left the camera angled on the selfie camera at the end so unfortunately the stick isn't hidden in some shots):
For a helmet add a safety line. These are generic, it's string with one or two sticky anchors.
I lost my sleeve, too. I ordered this to replace it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08NWRH6SH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1.
The sleeve is not quite as bulky, but this still easily fits in my pocket.
Hi there,
This is Dylan from Insta360. Would you please check if your camera firmware version is the latest v1.2.64? If not, it is recommended to upgrade and re-test.
Meanwhile, please use our official mic adapter to retest. Here is the purchase link for your reference

Hopefully, it can help, and please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any further questions.

I used it a couple of times in saltwater, 4/5 meters deep max and it's fine.
The only problem is that you can't really control the Go 2 as the case is hard. I put a tiny piece of paper (folded twice) inside so that if i squeeze the case i can at least start/stop recording
Pgytech has there own custom connector which gets rid of that huge thumb screw.

I never really use tripod and that Insta360 selfie stick is bigger. This is the small footprint 70cm one which I feel gives me enough in the smallest form factor.
I do use Insta360 Mount bundle as well with it but wanted to use GoPro mount for when the more secure times are needed.
Hate that those disks stick out so much in my pictures.
That's a good question, I haven't seen any that hold both yet. I'd like one case for both as well. Closest I can find is something like this case from Amazon, and add the small accessories in the zipper area. Depends on what accessories you have, of course. I would like something I could put in my backpack, and would put selfie sticks/tripods in the backpack. Maybe the Go2 would fit in the bullet time cutout of this case?
Just noticed they are on Amazon as well, that should cut down on the shipping https://www.amazon.com/Insta360-ONE-Premium-Lens-Guards/dp/B095JQ35QY/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=insta360+One+X2+Premium+Lens+Guards&qid=1624298505&sr=8-3
I believe this might work https://www.amazon.com/Insta360-ONE-Bluetooth-Remote-Control/dp/B07JCQYWRD I have one but have never bothered with the GPS portion of it, I just wanted a remote other than my phone. You may want to look on youtube for videos of it to see if you can find any that show what you are wanting to accomplish. Currently, Insta360's store is out of them, so is B&H Photo, I only found one on eBay and the Amazon link shows only 7 in stock so I wouldn't wait too long to pull the trigger if it will accomplish what you are wanting to do.
Also, I don't know if your phone is Apple or Android but my Android is on OS version 10 and the remote is not compatible with that OS version (you have to use the 360 app on your phone to initially pair the remote to your camera). Luckily I had an older Android tablet that is still on OS version 9 so I had to install the 360 app on the tablet to get the remote and camera paired. Once paired, you are good to go and don't need to worry about the OS version of your phone. I'm not sure if there are any compatibility issues regarding the OS version on iPhones.
I recommend one of 2 products, based on your budget:
Comica Boom X-D. This is an absolute bargain. It includes different adapter cables for recording with different cameras (I've used it with a Pro Nikon camera, my phone, and also an Osmo Action). It includes lapel mics and deadcats. Has a display on every receiver/transmitter. Includes a headphone jack for monitoring audio.
Go II, for one reason only: on-board recording. As a casual, this would have saved my ass on many occasions when I screwed up the audio somehow.
If you are looking for is a tripod base, I recently got this one and really like it https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08RDNBBGK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 When the ball head is unscrewed there is a tripod stud that will screw directly into the bottom of the invisible selfie stick. I was looking for a tripod base that had a couple of different locking leg positions (this one has two) and was a little bit heavier to add some more stability. The legs on this one actually have an extension as well which will provide a wider base for even more stability.

Here’s the two accessories I have on it, when I started it up in 360 I saw that the video had a massive black ring around it.
Any other products to protect the 360 when I’m recording with the boosted battery?
I have one of these I bought from Amazon and it works fine. It's actually a very good tablet overall.
Honestly, if you are just wanting to do forward facing driving videos I'd go with a GoPro, the latest is the Hero 9 Black. I have the Hero 7 Black and have done a few driving videos going over the mountain pass and just popped the battery out and used a USB cable from the camera to a battery pack, it was a 3+ hour drive and I didn't want to have to deal with swapping batteries while driving or having to pull over.
If you are thinking 360 pics and videos might come in handy down the road then I would go with the One X2 just for better quality, waterproof and bigger battery. Again, if you are going to do a long drive then I would use a battery pack. There are adapters like this one adapter that will allow you to attach the Insta360 camera to a GoPro mount, I used GoPros suction cup to the inside of the windshield. The great thing about GoPro is there are so my adapters and mounting options it's not even funny. So if you have some wild idea, there is probably a mount for it. Both GoPro and Insta360 One X2 are great cameras and you can't go wrong with either one but they were meant for different purposes.
I'd get the invisible selfie stick and then this tripod base https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08RDNBBGK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . I got this and like it for several reasons and yes, the ball head unscrews and reveals a 1/4 tipod stud that screws into the bottom of the invisible selfie stick. The tripod has some decent weight to it which is a plus, the legs will lock into 2 different angle positions, the legs extend giving it a wider base making it more stable and when collapsed it the handle is very smooth and round making it comfortable to hold compared to other tripods when collapsed. Like any tripod though, if it is windy out be careful as it can get blown over.
