they installed them back in '93 as part of a wider initiative that never took off. No clue why they kept them though http://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=266&dat=19930927&id=YdorAAAAIBAJ&sjid=X2QFAAAAIBAJ&pg=3131,2519302
Pretty usual for anybody that commutes. Don't drive a fast/flashy car on 65 in S. Indiana, don't use the left lane, and consider watching Waze for reported events. The worst is when the troopers WALK OUT INTO THE LANE to radar people and flag them causing cars to swerve because a human is in the road. I have never gotten a ticket because I'm prepared, but they love radaring me.
No. There's basically nowhere legal in the city core because of the airports. There are a few spots inside 265 that are ok, but not where this was taken. Here's a map.
There isn't much in the city conducive to real road riding. Once you've done the parks (Cherokee/Seneca, Iroquois, Shawnee) and bridge loops (Big 4 to East End and back through Utica), you need to get outside of the city proper. I've created a number of routes that I've ridden, you can see them all here - https://ridewithgps.com/users/846291#_=_
I ride about 20-25 hours per week. My goal is to basically cover every road within 50 miles of Louisville. You can see my daily rides on Strava - https://www.strava.com/athletes/1604227 Feel free to ask about any of the routes I've done.

Yeah...craigslist and FB are still pretty common to get good hits.
Lots of old skool homeowners still just staple a sign the night before onto a pole.
Big neighbourhood one in the highlands/bonnycastle on May11th.
TW's internet isn't terrible. The speeds I pay for I consistently receive.
Now the cable... go ahead and cut it. I've never had cable. For the Superbowl, NBA finals, CBS, ABC... all the local channels you can get with an antenna over the air. The major sports events are on those channels.
As for ESPN... the best way to get that/those channels would probably be through Sling TV. The basic intro package is $20 & gives you ESPN & ESPN2. They have an add-on package for $5 that adds ESPNU, SEC ESPN, ESPNEWS, & a few others.
So for the price of TW internet, 25 bucks for Sling, and a cheap over the air antenna... you're covered.
Granted a speed test isn't a true test of reliability, but the only time I haven't gotten those speeds was when my modem got a problematic firmware update.
>My car doesn’t have a lockable glovebox, which sucks.
Get a locking container! They're $20-30. Here is one at Amazon, Knob Creek has a few on the shelf on the back side of the store near the cafeteria next to the used holsters, Cabelas sells them. They cable to a hard point on the car like a seat rail and lock. They are not safes but are a good layer of security.

>Fun fact in KY is you can’t store a weapon in a non-OEM locked compartment.
I don't think that is an accurate statement. The typical legal language is "Not readily accessible" and "in a locked container".
I think you're conflating the older laws about vehicle carry. KY and several other states allow non-permit holders to carry a gun in a vehicle without a carry permit in an OEM compartment in the car. Even the restrictive states and also federal law regularly cite locking containers as being required for transport. Here in KY, the recent enactment of constitutional carry also makes this moot. If you can carry a gun on your person sans permit in KY then having a gun in your control in a car under any condition is also now legal.
I'd be real curious to learn if I'm wrong. A law that requires storage in an OEM compartment is stupid. If there is one I'd like to hear about it so I can talk to my state reps to get it fixed.
Hrm, I'm not in the area but I wonder if it could be tinnitus? People with tinnitus often say they only hear it in relatively quiet areas, then it gets drowned out when they're around background noise (like what you'd hear outside). It might not be though, especially if you don't hear it when you're in other quiet environments.
Another thing you might try is using an app like Google Science Journal to record the noise, and maybe see if you can hear it in a neighbor's home too.

Hope you figure out your mystery!
Meetup.com has some great groups in Louisville, from movies to dining to exercise. I belong to a couple of book club and a walking group. It's good to be around positive people.
And here's a handy map that shows a no-fly overlay for reference. A decent chunk of downtown falls within the zone, but most of the west end is wide open territory. Anything south of Broadway and east of 65 is pretty much off limits for flying without control tower permission.
If you don't want to drive to the provider, you can see if the IMEI number is printed on the device (like behind the battery) and just call the provider. They may not be able to give you info but may be able to contact the owner somehow.
http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-you-can-return-someones-lost-phone-by-thinking-like-a-thief/
If the phone isn't locked, the easiest thing to do would be to just open the contacts and send someone a message. I don't think that would be considered "tinkering" if you're not going through emails/photos/etc.
Economy Inn in Buechel is ghetto as fuck. Louisville has plenty of jacuzzi room hotels, just do a google search. Here's a link that might help: (http://www.tripadvisor.com/HotelsList-Louisville-Hotels-With-Hot-Tubs-zfp405205.html)

sounds like a blast for a bachelor party.
I've used these guys twice. They have a Groupon right now for $35.
https://www.groupon.com/deals/elite-carpet-cleaning
The Groupon is good for 3 rooms and one hallway. I had them come clean the house that I just moved out of the other day and only needed them to clean two rooms and I just told him that when he arrived. He seemed happy to have to do less work.
So give them a try. And shameless plug, if you aren't already on groupon, use my referral link so I get $10
Don't forget about Zoup! They have a constantly rotating menu of at least 12 soups. I would give them a try.
Ride your bike there.
You can do a loop out from English Station Rd, down Wibble Hill, along the path to the Echo Trail to Gilliland Rd, loop back on Eastwood Fisherville Rd which ends at Taylorsville Rd, looping you back to English Station Rd. You can see the map of the route here (roughly kilometer 17 to 38) https://www.strava.com/activities/355518146 Pretty sure that whole route has no stop lights, very little traffic, a little bit of climbing.
Yep. If you want a much better look, use Bing maps and switch over to Bird's Eye View.

Can't find much on the artist but there is this book from Willow House Publishing https://www.amazon.com/dp/0930321006/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_MS3970B24R2MPMECG0F2 Also an artist in Weatherford, TX passed away in 2009, could be him. If Willow House Publishing is still around you could try contracting them. If you are not rink28 from https://www.antiquers.com you could try contacting them and see what they found. Best I could do with Google alone.
I think it's super worth it if you can afford it (kind of like the limo suggestion) to go on one of Mint Julep Tours bourbon tours. You meet downtown, you learn a lot about the city, KY, and bourbon, you travel with a few other folks in an air conditioned bus and they're all really nice. I recently went on their Maker's Mark After Dark tour and it was AMAZING. You get to see so much more than you do on the average bourbon tour - something they only allow Mint Julep to do - plus you get a special cocktail, appetizers, and the bottle dipping is included! You can see a video about it here if you want a little preview : https://vimeo.com/99850441
Resume There are some things you should think about including like adding a reference page. There are some inconsistencies in dates for some of your jobs that I think you should fix. ex. for some reason some jobs are simply listed as "current" Did you just start these jobs?? and why were they randomly listed in the middle or end instead of the top? You have some jobs that don't have locations at all. There are some formatting issues that should be fixed as well.
Also, try and eliminate jobs on your resume that are not applicable to the jobs you are applying to. You might want to try and make a few resumes with specific jobs to cater to the company you are applying to. Their eyes will glaze over your resume and you probably won't get another chance because it's simply too long. Try and keep it 2 pages or 3 max.
EDIT: Best of luck to you! It's pretty harsh out there.
True IMAX has to be filmed in IMAX...I doubt TDKR was filmed entirely using IMAX 70mm, it would be ridiculously expensive and IMAX film is very cumbersome and noisy to work with. Probably a combo of 35mm and 70mm, with digital enhancement. There are a lot of differneces beteren commerical theaters and a TRUE IMAX theater, e.g., if you visit the science center, you'll notice the seating differences: typically all rows are within one screen height. http://gizmodo.com/5250625/cineplexes-getting-imax-but-is-it-imax-or-conspiracy
I believe the science center is dolby digital 5.1 surround which is outdated by modern standard (but still sounds amazing). http://www.louisvillescience.org/site/imax-factoids/
Agreed do NOT go to 4th Street Live... way overpriced and way over-hyped. You'll easily spend a hundred bucks and leave sober and disappointed. As a local, (and I don't speak for everyone) I avoid 4th Street Live like a plague.
If you want the "real" local Louisville experience, check out Bardstown Road "Highlands" area of town for your bar/club entertainment. Bardstown Road is "31E"

I actually had the same problem with my Blackbox dashcam at first. I was using a Class 10 microSD card & those don't work well with it. I remember reading somewhere online that Class 4 microSD cards work best in it. I ordered one on Amazon (this one to be exact) and it's worked great ever since. I don't know if that'll fix your issue, but it might be worth looking into. Hope that helps!
If you have a degree in history (humanities) you likely studied: pre-history, American history, archaeology, anthropology and the history of Europe as requirements or electives.. You don't study one particular area of the Earth. I wanted to prove he had to study interpretive dance. With that degree he had to study: indigenous gods, religion, fables, creation stories and dancing. Toss in some Tao, The Art of War and some haiku... East Asian. If he studied religion, I'll leave it at that.
I’m not sure that there is a huge difference between being fired or quitting. This page says quitting is considered a qualifying event for special enrollment, which can include enrollment in Medicaid. But we all agree you should ask a Medicaid office first.

I'm not sure. It is considered U-Verse High Speed. It is a phone cable and uses two twisted pairs for the connection. They said it is capable of doing 100Mbps but is throttled down to 45.
Edit: It is a form of DSL using VDSL2 protocol more info on that here https://www.quora.com/What-is-the-difference-between-AT-T-DSL-and-U-verse-DSL

This is not true and is my only real problem with Costco. They told me this same lie when I signed up for the Executive card, but it's simply not part of the agreement that you sign. I have my $27 reward certificate from last year to prove it.
A friend of a friend shared this Airbnb listing last week. It's one of the more reasonably priced ones I've seen (considering it's Derby weekend) if you haven't found something yet.
On Nextdoor.com under Old Louisville, most of the complaints tend to be close to Oak Street. Neighborhoods can vary within a few blocks in Old Lou. I live there and love it, but I do not see many children around, and I live across the street from a playground.

If you need to get through Louisville and you are coming southbound on I65, it will be easier to go around the f'd up part of construction. To do that hop on I265 West, I64 E, then depending on if you are going downtown you can go straight and hit the 9th st exit. That will take you by the Louisville Slugger Museum. Or you can take Google Map
Another good one is the online conceal carry one.
Ends up being about 23 bucks. I'm sure there are more fees payable to the state.
https://www.groupon.com/deals/felton-training-group-2-louisville
The license is a Virginia license but it's recognized in Ky. Do your own research first, but I believe some Ky residents also get the Virginia non-resident permit because it gives you a few more states you can legally carry in, states that don't recognize the Ky one.
Plus you don't have to go sit through the 8 hour class. I know one person that is a Ky resident and only has the Virginia permit for the sole purpose of not having to sit through the class and he did it all online. He did get stopped once and told the officer he was carrying concealed and showed the permit, and the officer had to check on the legality of the Virginia license in Ky, so there is always that risk.
Damn, this wasn't posted to the Google Groups we made for Poker Nights so I'm just now seeing it. Can these be posted on the Google Groups so I get an e-mail as well? Seconding New Albanian, their pizza is excellent. Definitely worthy of being served alongside their beer, which I also think is excellent.
The menu at their Bank Street Brewhouse also has some excellent food.
So, my sister had her bachelorette and she is the exact same way.
We ended going on Airbnb, and got this killer loft for the night. This is the place: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/1105080
The place holds up to 20 people I believe, and we just went there and drank and had fun for the night, and left to go to a few bars. It was incredible because we all dressed up and pre-gamed there and went out to bars and came back and all crashed together. There are tons of beds and the hospitality was great.
Unique, simple, but something totally different.
I highly recommend Free Code Camp for getting started with JavaScript and frontend development. It starts with the basics of HTML and CSS and then moves on to JavaScript for the interactive stuff, but you can jump around depending on what you want to learn and how knowledgeable you are.

So not silicone, 303 Protectant. It's silicone based but its not oily and it keeps the rubber conditioned. I go over them with a rag and some soapy water and make sure to clean the surfaces the seals mate to, on my car that's the doors and frames because both have seals. I do see silicone recommended, if you put on a thin coat it with a rag it can help but a rubber protectant made for this purpose is better for the life of the seal.s

If anyone knows where to get bag in box coke cheaper let me know.

I'm using a Street Guardian, I've been using it for about a year with no issues. I like it a lot better than my previous one, a G1W, because it's in the shape of a wedge and a lot smaller than the previous camera. Most of it gets hidden by the tint strip on my front windshield so only the lens pokes out below the strip so you can't even see it unless you're looking for it.
I took it to Robert's Audio in Middletown when I got my windows tinted and had them hide the wire behind the trim and wire it into the fusebox so that it doesn't take up an outlet in my car.
I use the Street Guardian, no complaints from me. I took it to Robert's Audio to get them to hide the wire behind the trim and wire it into the fusebox when I got my windows tinted.
So her insurance is saying you have the wrong person or are they saying that you hit her? If they're saying you got the wrong person then that makes no sense cause how else would you have gotten her name and policy number. I would assume you took pics of both cars at the time right?
I would suggest avoiding collars, and any topical ointments as well - Both have extensive history of being very bad for your pet, the environment they roam in, and even the owners as well.

Not OP but I have the Street Guardian dash cam and love it. When I took my car to get tinted at Roberts Audio I paid them to also hard wire the camera so that it didn't tie up an outlet in the car. They also hid the wire behind the trim, you can't see the camera from the outside unless you bend down and really look. Same for inside, you can't see it unless you move the rear view mirror.

Bob also wrote a book on the subject for anyone interested.
But normal and average are not the same thing. The historical average high temp for September 9th is 84, but the record high is 101. I'm guessing 93 (yesterday's actual high) is still in the "normal" range. But again, I don't know the standard deviation, so I'm only guessing.
I'm saying a national weather site is calling it a 'historic storm' because on a national scale, it is. That's why our predictions were substantial, because there was a substantial risk of getting more like other areas in the path of the storm did.

The episode entitled "The Revenge of Rural America" sparked some fear in me- not that I am afraid of my fellow rural kentuckians, but that I fear that the author is far too right. I recommend that you listen to just that episode, if any.
Here ya go. Don't even need to understand tidal waves, light waves, or those crazy guys at sporting events trying to start the wave. If you have a good phone data connection, you should be able to listen to them anywhere (assuming they don't geo-lock their streams).
I know Xerox has a presence here.
We use HP, but it's done through our corporate office.
I used to work with the Xerox rep out of Lexington... https://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=434071088&authType=NAME_SEARCH&authToken=Y0Pn&locale=en_US&srchid=27419411438695542226&srchindex=1&srchtotal=1&trk=vsrp_people_res_name&trkInfo=VSRPsearchId%3A274194114386955...
That's his linked in profile, give him a shout.
This is the one that i got. There are cheaper ones, but i liked that this one had accessories that could go with it. I got the removable water tank with mine. I've even seen people make their own with scrap materials if the price is too high. This one is stainless steel, but they make iron and titanium as well depending on your needs
It's SUPER easy to do yourself in most cars. I ran my wire under the ceiling panel, starting my the rear view mirror, to the passenger side, along that side to the back, and to the back cam. The camera system I bought even came with a tool to help hide the wires too https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B071LPV7G6/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
That said, if you just want to hire it out, I would recommend Robert's as well. They were able to fix a remote starter issue for me literally on the lot.

I would say otherwise, but I am a bit more adventurous than the average person I suppose.
Join us tomorrow at 6:30 @ Willow Park, roll out @ 6:45. Ride to Iroquois and back. It's ~25 miles at 18-20 mph, some parts are faster than others. There's usually a couple of us on fixed.
This is the route we take. https://www.strava.com/segments/8308467
I used to park here. Back in the day it felt like my little secret. I still drive by occasionally and notice there's parking spaces even on mornings when school is in session.
It's a 2-3 minute walk to the SAC, and free/legal at any hour.
This light at westport rd and the watterson was flashing red when I was in louisville last weekend. I had no idea what to do. So many cars in the middle of the intersection!
I always see people getting their pictures taken right across the river at the park in Jeffersonville. It is the best place around to get the Louisville skyline and the river in a shot. I took this shot from there. There is also a very nice little ice cream shop there but I am not sure if it is still open.
Here is a start... outdated review content on the site, but the calendar is very helpful.
