If you look at his profile you can see that he's full of bullshit.

Symmetra almsot 70% winrate ... yeah no.
> I mean, they put it in the patch notes but it’s in the ‘bug fixes’ section

All they talk about is the mercy change. No where did they mention Lucio wallride change. The first time we heard of it being a bug was after it was already live, when Lucio's were complaining the bug is live.

8 seconds is a long-ass cooldown for reflect. I don't say that it should be lower, it's just that if you don't have reflect ready because you blocked a hook, you have to be more patient when engaging by keeping your dash for disengaging, which results in a less-effective Genji.
D.Va's DM has a maximum duration of 4 seconds, Also the duration of usage can be varied, so you can use DM for 0.5 seconds and block a hook while still having 3.5 seconds of DM for blocking other shit. Also the "hitbox" of the DM is huge so you can cover a whole area to block hooks on everyone on your team including yourself. These conditions make it really easy to use DM well. Blocking hooks with D.Va would be incredibly easy compared to Genji, both considering the "hitboxes" of the respective abilities and their cooldowns.
But hell, the individual in the screenshot is a 1973 ranked player with impressive 17 minutes on Genji, so he knows what he talks about!
Its not a bug. https://playoverwatch.com/en-us/game/patch-notes/pc/ Scroll down to Oct 10th patch notes. I'll quote:
>Cast-Time Ultimates: These abilities require a small window of time to pass before they become effective. If they’re interrupted during this window, they are canceled.
Ultimates in this category: Ana's Nano Boost, D.Va’s Call Mech and Self-Destruct, Hanzo's Dragonstrike, Junkrat's Rip-Tire, Lúcio’s Sound Barrier, Mei's Blizzard, Orisa's Supercharger, Reinhardt's Earthshatter, Sombra's EMP, Symmetra's Shield Generator and Teleporter, Tracer's Pulse Bomb, and Zarya's Graviton Surge.
Read that closely. small window of time to pass before they become effective. Mei's ult doesn't become effective until the robot hits the ground. It just so happens that cast time involves all the time it takes until the ability becomes active. They purposely changed these in this patch because the ultimate doesn't drain over time, but immediately when you press Q. Players were complaining that if you interrupted ultimates, they shouldn't be carried over due to the player committed to pressing their ultimate, and got punished through whatever means.

EDIT: Doesn't do anything on my G6. Splash screen for way too long, then it pops up an ad for other apps by this dev with a skip button that goes nowhere. Uninstalled.
